Earth task conscious striving.... unused time....

The soul needs to stay on earth in order to reduce its distance from God. This is the purpose of life on earth. It is at the furthest distance from God at the beginning of the embodiment and can be very close to Him at the end.... but it can also be at the same distance from God when it dies, and then life on earth was pointless. The walk on earth should be a service in love, then the distance from God must also inevitably be reduced, for a loving being shapes itself such as is a prerequisite in order to come close to God. If the soul now shapes itself according to divine will then it is no longer something distant from God, it has become a being which has returned to its original state.... it is only love and therefore a divine part, and then it no longer needs to stay on earth but separates itself from earth and enters the spiritual kingdom. This state is the goal of every soul and can only be reached through conscious endeavour. In other words, the human being must be aware of his deficient state, want to rectify it and do what God requires.... He must be active in love and therefore work on himself. There is no other way to reduce the distance to God than to mould himself into love. And the more seriously a person takes his task, the less time he will need for it, and he should bear this in mind if he threatens to become lukewarm and careless, for all time on earth is lost for eternity, which he uses for other than soul work. He should only think of life after death, then he will utilize earthly time in the right way, yet if he only cares for earthly life he will remain at the same stage of development and precious time will be lost to him....

La tâche terrestre est une tendance consciente - le temps rendu inutile

L'âme a besoin du séjour sur la Terre pour diminuer la distance de Dieu. Cela est le but de la vie terrestre. Le début de l'incarnation est dans la plus grande distance de Dieu et à la fin il peut être très proche de Lui, mais au décès il peut aussi être à la même distance de Dieu et alors la vie terrestre a été inutile. Le parcours sur la Terre doit être utilisé pour servir dans l'amour, alors la distance de Dieu doit aussi diminuer inévitablement, parce qu'un être affectueux se comporte d’une manière qui est la condition pour s'approcher de Dieu. Si maintenant l'âme se forme selon la Volonté divine, elle n'est alors plus quelque chose qui est loin de Dieu, elle est devenue un être qui est revenu à l'état primordial, elle est seulement amour et donc une Partie divine et elle n'a alors plus besoin du séjour sur la Terre, et elle quitte celle-ci et entre dans le Royaume spirituel. Cet état est le but de chaque âme et peut être atteint seulement à travers une tendance consciente. C'est-à-dire que l'homme doit avoir conscience de son état imparfait, vouloir le suspendre et faire ce que Dieu exige. Il doit être actif dans l'amour et donc travailler sur lui-même. Il n'existe pas d’autre possibilité pour diminuer l'éloignement de Dieu que de se former dans l'amour. Et plus sérieusement l'homme prend sa tâche, moins il aura besoin de temps pour y arriver et il doit y penser lorsqu’il risque de devenir tiède ou négligent, parce que chaque temps sur la Terre qui a été employé pour autre chose que le travail sur l'âme, est perdu pour l'Éternité. Il doit penser seulement à la Vie après la mort, et utiliser le temps terrestre de la manière juste, mais s'il pourvoit seulement à la vie terrestre, il reste arrêté sur la même marche de développement et perd un temps précieux.
