Earth task conscious striving.... unused time....

The soul needs to stay on earth in order to reduce its distance from God. This is the purpose of life on earth. It is at the furthest distance from God at the beginning of the embodiment and can be very close to Him at the end.... but it can also be at the same distance from God when it dies, and then life on earth was pointless. The walk on earth should be a service in love, then the distance from God must also inevitably be reduced, for a loving being shapes itself such as is a prerequisite in order to come close to God. If the soul now shapes itself according to divine will then it is no longer something distant from God, it has become a being which has returned to its original state.... it is only love and therefore a divine part, and then it no longer needs to stay on earth but separates itself from earth and enters the spiritual kingdom. This state is the goal of every soul and can only be reached through conscious endeavour. In other words, the human being must be aware of his deficient state, want to rectify it and do what God requires.... He must be active in love and therefore work on himself. There is no other way to reduce the distance to God than to mould himself into love. And the more seriously a person takes his task, the less time he will need for it, and he should bear this in mind if he threatens to become lukewarm and careless, for all time on earth is lost for eternity, which he uses for other than soul work. He should only think of life after death, then he will utilize earthly time in the right way, yet if he only cares for earthly life he will remain at the same stage of development and precious time will be lost to him....

Esfuerzo consciente es tarea terrenal.... Tiempo no aprovechado....

El alma necesita la estancia en la tierra para reducir la distancia de Dios. En esto consiste el propósito de la vida terrenal. Al comienzo de la encarnación el alma está a la distancia más lejana de Dios y puede estar muy cerca de Él al final.... pero también puede estar a la misma distancia a Dios cuando muere, y entonces la vida en la tierra fue vivida inútilmente.

El camino en la tierra debe ser un servicio en el amor, entonces la distancia de Dios debe reducirse inevitablemente, porque un ser amoroso se desarrolla de tal manera, como es un requisito previo para acercarse a Dios.

Si el alma ahora se forma según la voluntad divina, entonces ya no está lejos de Dios, sea convertido en un ser que ha vuelto al estado original.... Ella solo es amor y, por lo tanto, parte divina, y ya no necesita la estancia en la tierra, sino que se separa de la tierra y entra en el reino espiritual.

Este estado es el objetivo de cada alma y solo puede ser logrado a través del esfuerzo consciente, es decir, el hombre tiene que saber acerca de su estado imperfecto, querer arreglarlo y hacer lo que Dios exige.... debe ser activo en el amor y, por lo tanto, trabajar en sí mismo. No hay otra manera de disminuir la distancia de Dios que transformarse al amor.

Y cuanto más en serio toma un hombre su tarea, más corto es el tiempo que lleva para esta, y esto debe tenerse en cuenta, cuando amenaza con volverse tibio y en peligro de descuidarse, porque cada tiempo perdido en la tierra también se pierde por la eternidad, lo que usa para otro trabajo que no sea el trabajo del alma. Él solo debe pensar en la vida después de la muerte, entonces aprovecha el tiempo terrenal de la manera correcta, pero si solo preocupa por la vida terrenal, se detiene en la misma etapa de desarrollo y pierde el tiempo precioso....
