God does not withhold the power of life from any human being, even if it is not always utilized according to His will, yet since God has given the human being free will for the time on earth He must also grant him the strength to use this will, and this in every direction. He will then not prevent him from carrying out God-opposing plans by withdrawing His strength but He will also let the flow of life flow to him for this purpose, otherwise free will would be completely pointless. Only that the human being who receives this stream of life and does not utilize it for spiritual striving is wasting something precious, that he could achieve wonderful successes with this stream of strength which would last for eternity, and instead he uses it for a completely insignificant physical life which remains worthless without spiritual striving, no matter how brightly it shines on the outside. The human being who uses the life force to seek connection to spiritual strength will understandably be able to achieve extraordinary things, for the life force already enables the human being to achieve extraordinary feats in earthly relationships, how much more so if the human being now also utilizes the strength of spiritual friends in the beyond in addition to this life force. This power is also available to all people, but can only be acquired through conscious request, while the life force is also available to people who have little or no connection with the spiritual world. And every gift can be used according to free will. But the life force is taken from him when the predetermined earthly life has been covered by the human being. Then he can stand empty and ignorant at the gate to eternity, for he has disregarded a grace.... he did not request the strength from God in order to be able to use his will in the right way, for spiritual strength was also at his disposal, but he was content with the life force and did not yet use it in the right way either. And this is tantamount to regression, for he is still on the same level as before the embodiment on earth. He accepted a gift from God without using it, because he was supposed to work with this gift, but he only used it for the comfort of the body. God does not take the power from him for the duration of his life, but how he should use it is not prescribed to him; one day, however, he will have to answer for not having respected the divine gift....

이런 생명의 흐름을 받아들이고, 영적인 노력에 사용하지 않는 사람은 영원하게 지속되는 이 힘의 흐름으로 놀라운 성공을 이룰 수 있었던, 가장 귀한 것을 낭비하고, 그는 그 대신에 전혀 중요하지 않은 육체의 삶을 위해 사용한다. 영적인 추구를 하지 않는 육체의 삶은 겉으로는 아주 광채가 나게 보일지라도, 쓸모 없는 것으로 머문다.

영의 세력과 연결을 구하기 위해 생명력을 사용하는 사람은 당연히 특별한 일을 행할 수 있게 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 생명력은 이미 그 사람이 세상적인 측면에서 특별한 업적을 이룰 수 있게 해주기 때문이다. 사람이 단지 이런 생명력 외에 또한 저세상의 영의 친구의 힘을 받는다면, 얼마나 많은 일을 이루겠느냐?

이 힘은 또한 모든 사람에게 마찬가지로 제공이 되지만, 그러나 의식적인 요구를 통해 비로소 얻을 수 있다. 반면에 생명력은 영의 세계와 거의 또는 전혀 관련이 없는 사람에게도 주어진다. 모든 선물은 자신의 자유의지에 따라 사용할 수 있다. 그러나 생명력은 사람에게 미리 정해진 이 땅의 삶을 마친다면, 그에게서 다시 거두어 드리게 된다.

그러면 그는 영원의 문 앞에 빈손으로 무지한 가운데 설 수 있게 된다. 왜냐면 그가 은혜에 주의를 기울이지 않았고, 그가 자신의 의지를 올바르게 사용할 수 있도록 하나님께 힘을 요청하지 않았기 때문이다. 영의 힘이 그에게도 마차가지로 제공되었다. 그러나 그는 생명력으로 만족하고, 생명력을 올바른 방식으로 사용하지 않았다.

이런 일은 그가 이 땅에서 육신을 입기 전과 같은 수준에 있기 때문에 퇴보하는 것과 같다. 그는 하나님의 은사를 받아, 사용하지 않았다. 왜냐면 그는 이런 은사를 가지고 일해야 하지만, 그러나 그는 단지 몸의 안락함을 위해서만 사용했기 때문이다. 하나님은 그의 생애 동안 그로부터 힘을 다시 취하지 않는다. 그러나 그가 이 힘을 어떻게 사용해야 하는 지를 그에게 지정해주지 않았다. 그러나 그가 하나님의 선물을 존중하지 않았다면, 그는 언젠가 그에 대한 책임을 져야만 한다.
