Necessity of divine activity.... truthfulness....

People need mediators between themselves and God because they themselves are not in contact with Him but God, in His love, does not want to leave them without assistance. And this is the reason why a direct connection from the beyond to earth is permitted in a form which should eliminate all doubt of divine activity. The first reason is therefore to be found in humanity's plight, but furthermore the truth is so little represented on earth and it is only possible to convey it to earth in this way. The teaching of Christ has undergone changes through human influence over the course of time and must therefore be brought back to humanity as it was in the beginning. And so the necessity of divine activity can already be seen from this. For God as the eternal truth cannot tolerate that something is spread as pure truth which no longer corresponds to it. Thus knowing beings have to transmit the truth to earth and look for a willing human being who declares himself ready as a mediator and accepts the spiritual gift in order to pass it on. The conscious will to serve God now enables this person to perform an extraordinary function.... to listen with a spiritual ear and to collect the results in order to be able to use them as spiritual goods. Thus something purely spiritual arises in earthly form, eternal wisdom is channelled to earth through divine love and therefore spiritual darkness is banished and the spiritual state of humanity is illuminated. And yet, the majority of people carelessly pass it by, and that merely because they do not want to recognize such an obvious manifestation of God. Unless someone proclaims God's activity with full conviction as a spiritual experience, he will hardly find believing followers among people. And so God endows them with great strength and allows them to achieve extraordinary things and thus wants to turn people's faith towards Himself. And so God gives people the truth and the proclaimers great strength. He lets them recognize when it is God's will to use this power, and then God Himself works through these people and draws their attention to the divine gift offered from above. And now it will turn out that word and deed agree, that everything proclaimed through divine truth can shape people such that they themselves become bearers of divine strength, thus that they can now also work through this strength, and that accordingly the human being can accomplish everything if he accepts the divine word imparted to him and obeys it, since the same strength is inherent in it. Then the divine word will be accepted by many, for it will provide them with the evidence that God's word is truth in itself. But the will of the earthly child must always precede, it must be willing to believe and to a certain extent testify to its willingness to do what is demanded of it by the divine word. Then he will feel the strength of the word in himself as his desire for it will increase; and the will to be of service to the lord will also enable him to work for Him. And thus God proves to humanity the truthfulness of what comes to people from above as truth....

Notwendigkeit göttlichen Wirkens.... Wahrhaftigkeit....

Es brauchen die Menschen Mittler zwischen sich und Gott, weil sie selbst sich nicht in Verbindung setzen mit Ihm, Gott aber in Seiner Liebe sie nicht ohne Beistand lassen will. Und das ist der Grund, weshalb eine direkte Verbindung vom Jenseits zur Erde zugelassen wird in einer Form, die jeden Zweifel des göttlichen Wirkens ausschalten sollte. In der Notlage der Menschheit ist also erste Begründung zu suchen, ferner aber ist die Wahrheit auf der Erde so wenig vertreten, und es ist nur auf diesem Wege möglich, sie zur Erde zu leiten. Die Lehre Christi hat durch menschliches Einwirken im Laufe der Zeit Umänderungen erfahren und muß sonach wieder so der Menschheit nahegebracht werden, wie sie uranfänglich war. Und so ist daraus schon die Notwendigkeit göttlichen Wirkens zu ersehen. Denn Gott als die ewige Wahrheit kann es nicht dulden, daß etwas als reine Wahrheit verbreitet wird, was dieser nicht mehr entspricht. Also müssen wissende Wesen die Wahrheit zur Erde übertragen und sich einen willigen Menschen suchen, der sich als Mittler bereit erklärt und geistige Gabe entgegennimmt, um sie weiterzuleiten. Das bewußte Gott-dienen-Wollen befähigt diesen nun zu einer außergewöhnlichen Funktion.... zu hören mit geistigem Ohr und die Ergebnisse zu sammeln, um sie dann als geistiges Gut zur Anwendung bringen zu können. Es entsteht also etwas Reingeistiges in irdischer Form, es werden durch die göttliche Liebe ewige Weisheiten zur Erde geleitet, und also wird dadurch die geistige Dunkelheit gebannt und der Geisteszustand der Menschheit erhellt. Und doch geht der größte Teil der Menschen achtlos daran vorüber, und das lediglich deswegen, weil sie eine so offensichtliche Äußerung Gottes nicht anerkennen wollen. Ehe nicht jemand voller Überzeugung Gottes Wirken verkündet als geistiges Erlebnis, wird er schwerlich gläubige Anhänger unter den Menschen finden. Und also stattet Gott mit großer Kraft jene aus, und Er läßt sie Außergewöhnliches leisten und will so den Glauben der Menschen Sich zuwenden. Und so gibt Gott den Menschen die Wahrheit und den Verkündern große Kraft. Er läßt sie erkennen, wann es Gottes Wille ist, diese Kraft anzuwenden, und dann wirket Gott Selbst durch diese Menschen und lenket die Aufmerksamkeit auf die von oben gebotene göttliche Gabe. Und nun wird es sich erzeigen, daß Wort und Tat übereinstimmen, daß alles, was durch die göttliche Wahrheit verkündet wird, die Menschen so gestalten kann, daß sie selbst Träger göttlicher Kraft werden, also nun auch wirken können durch diese Kraft, und daß demnach der Mensch alles zuwege bringt, so er das ihm vermittelte göttliche Wort entgegennimmt und es befolgt, da diesem die gleiche Kraft innewohnt. Dann wird das göttliche Wort angenommen werden von vielen, denn es wird ihnen der Beweis geliefert, daß Gottes Wort in sich Wahrheit ist. Doch immer muß der Wille des Erdenkindes vorangehen, es muß bereit sein zu glauben und die Bereitwilligkeit gewissermaßen bezeugen, daß es tut, was durch das göttliche Wort verlangt wird von ihm. Dann spürt er an sich selbst die Kraft des Wortes, indem sein Verlangen danach immer größer wird; und der Wille, dem Herrn zu Diensten zu sein, macht ihn auch zum Wirken für Ihn fähig. Und also beweiset Gott der Menschheit die Wahrhaftigkeit dessen, was den Menschen von oben als Wahrheit zugeht....
