Unused life on earth....

Many a person travels his earthly path without significant success for his soul, and this is all too understandable in view of the fact that he has no thought of survival after death. An earthly life, which only has earthly prosperity as its only goal, understandably cannot result in eternal goods, and therefore such a life will not achieve anything which serves the soul's progress and is consequently lived uselessly.... The grace of embodiment has been disregarded and a millennia-long struggle has not found the right conclusion that it should find according to God's will.... But how serious and significant the consequences of an unutilized earthly life are for the spiritual being cannot be overlooked by the human being as such, yet his soul will have to bitterly atone for such an omission, after all, it is in greatest distress as a result and the thought is unspeakably bitter for it, that a marvellous life was actually granted to it and that it has robbed itself of it and that nothing will bring back the missed opportunity, thus it can never again reach the degree of perfection which it could easily achieve with the right use of earthly life. It can indeed struggle, and that now with extreme difficulty in the beyond, but it will hardly reach that degree over there which is the prerequisite for becoming a child of God. It is not for nothing that the lord has made the earth the centre of His creation.... He has endowed people with every ability that is fully sufficient for them to work their way up to a God-like creature.... And the divine creator's love is again so profound that it draws the earthly child upwards.... But where the latter neither respects this fatherly love nor cultivates the abilities that guarantee its spiritual progress, its mind is not directed towards drawing closer to the creator and producer. It turns more towards the opposite pole, which uses every means at its disposal to prevent this rapprochement with the eternal deity, but instead makes all earthly goods easily accessible to man.... thus allowing him to fall under the spell of matter, thereby increasing matter and preventing a higher development of the soul on earth. The spiritual influences of the opposing power are immense and thus poison the thinking of those who are too weak to offer resistance. And yet the lord God has created all people for the same purpose.... He has called them all to become bearers of His divine power.... He shows them all the right path, He distributes favours to them again and again, and yet this love is not respected to the extent that would be necessary to attain the degree of maturity on earth.... This gift of grace and God's obvious love is indeed often regocnized, yet without his own endeavour the human being can never attain this degree, and thus his will has to be active first and consciously dedicate himself to the highest goal on earth, and he must not forget the task he has been given for earthly life, then he will pay more attention to his earthly life in a spiritual respect, and this life of his will not have been lived in vain for eternity....

Vida terrenal no aprovechada....

Muchos pasan su camino terrenal sin ningún éxito notable para su alma, y esto es incomprensible en vista del hecho de que no piensen en una supervivencia de su alma después de la muerte. Una vida terrenal que solo tiene la prosperidad terrenal como único objetivo, comprensiblemente no puede producir bienes eternos, y por lo tanto, tal vida no logrará nada que sirva al progreso del alma y, en consecuencia, es vivido inútilmente.... La gracia de la encarnación ha sido descartada y una lucha que ya dura miles de años no ha encontrado una conclusión correcta que debería haberla encontrado según la voluntad de Dios....

Cuán grave y significativo es el efecto de una vida terrenal no aprovechada para el ser espiritual, esto no puede imaginarse el hombre como tal, pero su alma tendrá que pagar amargamente por tal descuido, ya que está en una gran necesidad por eso.... Y es indescriptiblemente amargo para ella que normalmente le fue dedicada una vida maravillosa de la cual ella misma se había robado y que nada le devuelve la oportunidad perdida.... y que nunca más puede alcanzar el grado de madurez, que ella podía lograr fácilmente al aprovechar correctamente la vida terrenal. Ella puede luchar, pero esto es extremadamente difícil el más allá y difícilmente alcanzará en el más allá aquel grado de madurez que es el requisito previo para una relación de infancia con Dios.

No en vano el Señor ha creado la tierra como el centro de Su creación.... Él ha dotado a los hombres con cualquier capacidad que les basta completamente para que se abran camino hacia hacía arriba y transformarse a una criatura semejante a Dios.... y el amor del Creador divino es otra vez tan profundo que levanta al niño terrenal hacia arriba.... Pero cuando este no respeta el amor paternal ni cuida las capacidades que garantizan su progreso espiritual, sus sentidos no están dirigidos al acercamiento al Creador y Productor.

Se dirige más al polo opuesto, que por un lado usa todos los medios para evitar este acercamiento a la Deidad eterna, pero hace que todos los bienes terrenales sean fácilmente accesibles para el hombre.... es decir, dejarlo caer bajo el hechizo de la materia, por lo que se aumenta la materia para de este modo poder evitar un desarrollo superior del alma en la tierra. Las influencias mentales del contrapoder son enormes y, por lo tanto, envenenan el pensamiento de aquellos que son demasiado débiles para ofrecer resistencia.

Y, sin embargo, Dios el Señor ha creado a todos los hombres para el mismo objetivo.... Él los ha llamado a todos a convertirse en portadores de Su fuerza divina.... Él los muestra a todos, el camino correcto, Él los dona Sus gracias continuamente y, sin embargo, este amor no es respetado en la medida en que sería necesario para alcanzar el grado de madurez en la tierra....

Probablemente uno se da cuenta a menudo de esas ayudas de gracia y del amor obvio de Dios, pero el hombre nunca puede alcanzar este grado sin sus propios esfuerzos, por lo que su voluntad primero debe ser activa y dedicarse conscientemente a la meta más alta en la tierra, y él no debe olvidar la tarea que se le ha encomendado en la vida terrenal, entonces prestará más atención a su vida terrenal en el aspecto espiritual y esta, su vida terrenal, no será vivido inútilmente para la eternidad....
