Bread of heaven food for the soul.... "Seek ye first the kingdom of God...."

You humans should not disregard spiritual nourishment, for it is the most important thing in earthly life that the bread of heaven be given to you for the nourishment of your souls. The physical body cannot exist without food, likewise also the soul, but it needs food even more urgently because it is immortal and the lack of spiritual food results in an unimaginably agonizing state, which is far worse than the passing away. Every building substance for the preservation of the body is supplied to it through earthly food, and yet the preservation of it only has the one purpose to grant the soul a stay so that it can fulfil its earthly task. But in order to be able to fulfil this, the soul must be supplied with food, which gives it power, and this food is the bread of heaven, the word of God, which the love of God offers it as food on its way through the earth valley. And no soul will need to hunger and thirst that desires such. Myriads of God-serving beings hand out the divine gift, the bread of heaven, to people on earth. They stand everywhere along the path of the earth traveller and offer it to the hungry and thirsty so that they can feast on it and continue on their way strengthened. And the bread of heaven is the word of God.... it is the most delicious gift of grace that God has in store for you humans, and you will receive its strength when you are in great need. Just as a fresh drink refreshes you, so the divine word will always refresh and strengthen you, for this is Jesus' promise that whoever drinks of the water He offers people will thirst no more for eternity.... And His word is truth.... God Himself is the fountain from which the living water springs.... God Himself is the bread of life which He offers to you humans for the nourishment of the soul so that you may receive it and strengthen yourselves.... And therefore the spiritual food is to be desired first. Earthly food will then be given to you at the same time, for God will not let those who are physically destitute think of their soul first, which He also promised with the words: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and all other things shall be added unto you...." You never need to worry about your physical well-being, nor do you need to worry about the form in which food will come to you if this does not seem possible on earth.... God's word is truth and if you believe in it, His promise will be fulfilled. He will always provide for you, spiritually and physically, as soon as you unite with Him and want to receive His gifts. Yet you must desire the spiritual food first, for your soul needs it on its path upwards, and for the sake of your soul God has given you earthly life, which also requires earthly nourishment. Thus God will truly give you what you need to maintain the body if you endeavour to maintain the body for the sake of your soul. And the spiritual food, the word of God, will also be able to sustain the body, for this is strength from God which flows directly to the human being through His word, and this strength sustains everything, it also sustains the body as soon as earthly nourishment is withdrawn from it. For it is the power of God that sustains every work of creation that has emerged from this power. Hence, if the human being receives God's direct emanation of strength he will not need any other nourishment and yet will be able to survive if this is God's will. And it will be God's will in the time to come that the power of the divine word will be revealed through extraordinary manifestations, which will flow to those who firmly and steadfastly believe and keep God's commandments. For if a person is willing to consider his soul first and desires the bread of heaven for it, he will be satisfied both spiritually and physically, for God's love is unchanging and His word is truth: "Do not worry about what you will eat and drink, but seek first the kingdom of God, and everything else will be added to you...."

Brot des Himmels Nahrung der Seele.... "Suchet zuerst das Reich Gottes...."

Die geistige Speisung dürfet ihr Menschen nicht außer acht lassen, denn es ist das Wichtigste im Erdenleben, daß euch das Brot des Himmels zugeführt werde zur Nahrung eurer Seelen. Der leibliche Körper kann nicht bestehen ohne Nahrung, desgleichen auch die Seele, die aber die Nahrung noch dringender benötigt, weil sie unvergänglich ist und der Mangel an geistiger Speise sich in einem unvorstellbar qualvollen Zustand auswirkt, der weit schlimmer ist als das Vergehen. Jegliche Aufbausubstanz zur Erhaltung des Körpers wird diesem zugeführt durch die irdische Nahrung, und dennoch hat das Erhalten dessen nur den einen Zweck, der Seele Aufenthalt zu gewähren, auf daß sie ihre Erdenaufgabe erfüllen kann. Um aber diese erfüllen zu können, muß der Seele Nahrung zugeführt werden, die ihr Kraft gibt, und es ist diese Speise das Brot des Himmels, das Wort Gottes, das die Liebe Gottes ihr bietet als Wegzehrung auf ihrem Wandel durch das Erdental. Und es wird keine Seele hungern und zu dürsten brauchen, die solche begehrt. Myriaden Gott-dienender Wesen teilen die göttliche Gabe, das Brot des Himmels, den Erdenmenschen aus. Sie stehen überall am Wege des Erdenwanderers und bieten es den Hungernden und Durstenden an, auf daß sie sich daran laben und gekräftigt ihren Weg fortsetzen können. Und es ist das Brot des Himmels das Wort Gottes.... es ist die köstlichste Gnadengabe, die Gott bereithält für euch Menschen, und ihr werdet seiner Kraft innewerden, so ihr in großer Not euch befindet. Wie ein frischer Trank euch erquickt, so wird allzeit das göttliche Wort euch laben und stärken, denn das ist die Verheißung Jesu, daß, wer von dem Wasser trinkt, das Er den Menschen bietet, nicht mehr dürsten wird in Ewigkeit.... Und Sein Wort ist Wahrheit.... Gott Selbst ist der Quell, aus dem das lebendige Wasser entspringt.... Gott Selbst ist das Brot des Lebens, das Er zur Nahrung der Seele euch Menschen darbietet, auf daß ihr es in Empfang nehmet und euch stärket.... Und daher soll die geistige Speise als erstes begehrt werden. Irdische Speise geht euch dann gleichzeitig zu, denn Gott lässet nicht körperlich darben, die zuerst ihrer Seele gedenken, was Er gleichfalls verheißen hat mit den Worten: "Suchet zuerst das Reich Gottes, alles andere wird euch zufallen...." Ihr brauchet nimmermehr zu bangen um euer körperliches Wohl, ihr brauchet euch auch keine Sorgen zu machen, in welcher Form euch die Nahrung zugeht, wenn irdisch dies nicht möglich erscheint.... Gottes Wort ist Wahrheit, und so ihr daran glaubet, erfüllt sich Seine Verheißung. Er wird euch stets bedenken, geistig und leiblich, sowie ihr euch mit Ihm verbindet und Seine Gaben empfangen wollt. Doch die geistige Speise müsset ihr als erstes begehren, denn eure Seele benötigt diese auf ihrem Weg zur Höhe, und um eurer Seele willen hat euch Gott das Erdenleben gegeben, das auch irdische Nahrung bedingt. Also wird euch Gott wahrlich geben, was ihr zur Erhaltung des Körpers benötigt, so ihr um eurer Seele willen den Körper zu erhalten trachtet. Und es wird die geistige Speise, das Wort Gottes, auch den Körper zu erhalten imstande sein, denn es ist dies Kraft aus Gott, die unmittelbar dem Menschen zuströmt durch Sein Wort, und diese Kraft erhält alles, sie erhält auch den Körper, sowie irdische Nahrung ihm entzogen wird. Denn die Kraft Gottes ist es, die jegliches Schöpfungswerk erhält, das aus dieser Kraft hervorgegangen ist. Nimmt also der Mensch die unmittelbare Kraftausstrahlung Gottes in Empfang, so wird er auch keiner anderen Speisung bedürfen und doch bestehen können, so dies der Wille Gottes ist. Und es wird in der kommenden Zeit der Wille Gottes sein, daß durch außergewöhnliche Erscheinungen die Kraft des göttlichen Wortes offenbar werde, die denen zuströmt, die fest und unerschütterlich glauben und Gottes Gebote halten. Denn so der Mensch willig ist, zuerst seine Seele zu bedenken, und für sie das Brot des Himmels begehrt, so wird er gesättigt werden seelisch und körperlich, denn Gottes Liebe ist unwandelbar und Sein Wort ist Wahrheit: "Sorget nicht, was ihr essen und trinken werdet, sondern suchet zuerst das Reich Gottes, alles andere wird euch zufallen...."
