Measures taken by earthly power against faith in Jesus Christ....

It remains a futile endeavour of the world to completely detach people from Christ, that is, to alienate His name from them and to eradicate His teaching. Although it will appear as if the worldly power is to succeed in this, it will only be able to force people to deny Jesus Christ up to a certain limit, but then it will also work for it to the same extent as against it. And Jesus' disciples will also have a power at their disposal that far surpasses worldly power. Only by invoking His name will they accomplish things which are impossible for worldly power, and this will increase the number of Jesus' followers, and then people's faith will come alive and the reputation of worldly power will diminish to the same extent as faith in Jesus Christ will grow. And the earthly power will not look upon it with favour, it will rather try with all its might to shake the faith in Jesus Christ; it will adopt a threatening attitude and threaten the harshest punishments to those who stand up for the spreading of the divine word and thus profess to be followers of Jesus. These will have to bow to earthly power and will be subjected to great tribulations. But even if it may seem earthly, as if all power is on their side, they will be unable to do anything against the power of faith of those who fight for God. These will manifest themselves through obvious signs and wonders that God Himself works in and through the believers. And where the believers no longer know what to do, there God Himself will appear and tell people what they should do, and people will speak when and how God wills it, and all measures which the world and its representatives take in order to eradicate faith in God, in the divine saviour, will be weak human work. They will have little success and this will increase their indignation to such an extent that they will make decrees upon decrees, but without real success, without reaching their goal. Many will certainly fall away from faith in Jesus Christ during this time, but those who stand firm and profess Him will endure the harshest trials; they will no longer surrender what they possess because Jesus Christ means far more to them than what earthly power can ever offer them....

Medidas del poder terrestre contra la creencia en Jesús....

Es una tarea imposible erradicar por completo el nombre de Jesús y sus obras de la tierra, o alejar a los hombres completamente de Cristo. Parece como que el poder mundial lo va a conseguir, pero solo hasta un cierto límite puede forzar a la gente a negar a Jesucristo, pero a la vez se trabaja de la misma manera en contra esto como para conseguirlo. Y los discípulos de Jesús reciben fuerzas que sobresalen del poder mundial. Podrán realizar cosas llamando a Su nombre que para el mundo normal son imposible, y esto va a aumentar el número de seguidores de Jesus, y ahora la creencia de los hombres se convierte en una más viva, y la admiración del poder mundial va a disminuir al mismo tiempo como la fe en Jesús va a crecer. El poder mundial no lo va considerar aquello, intenta con mucho más fuerza sacudir la creencia en Jesús; va a amenazar con castigos afilados a aquellos que intentan repartir a la palabra divina y que se ven como seguidores de Jesus. Aquellos van a sufrir gran opresión para someterse al poder mundial. Os parece muy terrestre si parece que todo el poder está por parte de aquellos, pero no pueden hacer nada contra la fuerza de la creencia de los luchadores de Dios. Van a resaltar con señales y milagros obvios, que Dios Mismo va a realizar a través de los creyentes. Y donde creyentes se sienten perdidos, allí mismo Dios va a aparecer en persona para decirles qué deben hacer, y los hombres van a hablar cuando y como Dios quiera, y todas las medidas del mundo y sus representantes para combatir a la creencia en Dios, para eliminar al salvador divino solo son obras humanas muy débiles. No tendrán mucho éxito y este hecho le va a aumentar su desagrado de tal modo que van a sacar una medida tras otra, pero sin tener un buen efecto, sin llegar a la meta. En aquel tiempo hay mucha gente que perderá la fe en Jesucristo, pero aquellos que resisten y le defienden, cuya creencia va a ganar cualquier ataque; no dan nada lo que han conseguido, porque Jesucristo les vale mucho más que cualquier poder terrestre les pudiera ofrecer jamás....
