Zweck göttlicher Offenbarungen....

Die ewige Gottheit Selbst offenbart Sich euch Menschen in Ihrer unendlichen Liebe und Erbarmung. Diese Offenbarungen sind von so großer Wichtigkeit, daß ihr Diener Gottes auf Erden eure ganze Kraft daran.... setzen sollet, sie zu verbreiten. Sie sind ein Zeichen der ständigen Sorge Gottes um Seine Geschöpfe, wie sie aber auch eine ununterbrochene Kette von Anregungen sind, die den Menschen helfen sollen, sich selbst zu finden und in den göttlichen Willen einzugehen. (23.9.1948) Die göttlichen Offenbarungen umfassen ein Wissen, das in alle Gebiete hineinreicht und das so umfangreich ist, weil das Verständnis für alles im Menschen geweckt werden soll, auf daß keine Lücke des Wissens Zweifel in die reine Wahrheit aufkommen lassen kann. Denn es ist Gottes Wille, daß sich die Menschen in der Wahrheit bewegen, um dadurch ihren Vater und Schöpfer von Ewigkeit erkennen und lieben zu lernen und sich Ihm nun aus freiem Willen zu unterwerfen, auf daß das Urverhältnis wieder zwischen Ihm und Seinen Geschöpfen hergestellt werde, das unbegrenzte Seligkeit für letztere bedeutet. Es hat der Mensch auch stets die Fähigkeit, die göttlichen Offenbarungen als solche zu erkennen, jedoch setzt dies immer seinen Willen voraus, und der Wille soll angeregt werden dadurch, daß diese Offenbarungen in einer Weise den Menschen vermittelt werden, die übernatürlich erscheint und die nachdenklich machen soll; es muß ihre Aufmerksamkeit darauf hingelenkt werden und somit in Gesamtheit auf das Geistige, weil der Mensch zur Zeit seines Erdenwandels sich durch die Materie gefangennehmen läßt und geistiges Gebiet von ihm gemieden wird aus Unwissenheit und oft falscher Einstellung zu Gott. Es kann aber das Interesse dafür geweckt werden durch Hinweise und Belehrungen und also auch Bekanntgabe des sichtlichen Wirkens Gottes durch einen Menschen, das aber für alle Menschen bestimmt ist und für alle Menschen Bedeutung hat. Es muß ihnen der Zusammenhang von Gott und Mensch zum Bewußtsein gebracht werden, auf daß sie nun von selbst in das rechte Verhältnis zu Ihm treten und nun sowohl erkenntnisfähig sind für das Wirken Gottes als auch für die ihnen vermittelten Lehren und durch das Wissen um Seinen Willen sich so gestalten, wie es nötig ist, um das Urverhältnis wieder herzustellen.... rechte Kinder des Vaters zu sein mit Licht und Kraft und dadurch selbst weise und machtvolle Wesen, die schaffen und gestalten können nach eigenem Willen, der dann auch der Wille Gottes ist....

Purpose of divine revelations....

The eternal deity reveals Itself to you humans in Its infinite love and mercy. These revelations are of such great importance that you servants of God on earth should use all your strength.... to spread them. They are a sign of God's constant concern for His creatures, but they are also an unbroken chain of suggestions to help people find themselves and enter into the divine will. (23.9.1948) The divine revelations encompass knowledge which reaches into all areas and which is so extensive because the understanding for everything is to be awakened in the human being so that no gap of knowledge can raise doubts into the pure truth. For it is God's will that people should live in truth in order to learn to recognize and love their father and creator of eternity and to submit to Him of their own free will, so that the original relationship between Him and His living creations, which signifies unlimited beatitude for the latter, will be re-established. The human being also always has the ability to recognize divine revelations as such, however, this always presupposes his will, and the will should be stimulated by conveying these revelations to people in a way which appears supernatural and which should make them think; their attention must be drawn to it and thus to the spiritual as a whole, because at the time of his earthly change the human being allows himself to be captivated by matter and spiritual territory is avoided by him due to ignorance and often wrong attitude towards God. However, interest can be awakened through instructions and teachings and thus also the announcement of God's visible activity through a human being, which, however, is intended for all people and has significance for all people. They must be made aware of the connection between God and human beings so that they will enter into the right relationship with Him of their own accord and now be able to recognize both God's working and the teachings imparted to them and, through the knowledge of His will, shape themselves in such a way as is necessary to re-establish the original relationship.... to be true children of the father with light and strength and thereby wise and powerful beings themselves who can create and shape according to their own will, which is then also the will of God....
