Wort Gottes.... Fleisch und Blut....

Nimm alles, was dir geboten wird, im Herzen auf, dann wird es vollwahr in dich übergehen, deinen Glauben stärken und jeden Zweifel zunichte machen. Denn dem Willen des Herrn entspricht es, daß die geistige Kost in aller Demut empfangen, jedoch mit größtem Eifer und vollster Hingabe aufgenommen wird und so Eingang findet in des Menschen Herz. So wird sich auch alle Kraft diesem mitteilen.... die geistige Kost wird wohl stärkende Nahrung, durch die das Erdenkind tauglich wird für das Leben in der Ewigkeit. Es fördert die leibliche Gesundheit, wer immer dem Körper Speise und Trank im rechten Maß zuführt.... Doch der Seele gesunde und zuträgliche Nahrung ist nur allein das Wort Gottes.... es ist Speise und Trank zugleich.... es ist das Fleisch und Blut des Herrn Jesu Christi Selbst.... "Wer Mein Fleisch ißt und Mein Blut trinkt, der hat das ewige Leben....", so ihr gestärkt seid durch das Wort Gottes könnet ihr nimmer dem Tod der Seele verfallen, sondern ihr werdet leben in Ewigkeit. Und so der Herr euch solches verheißen hat, brauchet ihr nicht zu fürchten den leiblichen Tod, denn die Seele, die ihre Nahrung entnahm aus dem Wort Gottes, verläßt nur ihre körperliche Hülle, um einzugehen in den ewigen Frieden. So schrecket nicht vor dem Tod des Leibes zurück, ist dieser für euch doch nur der Eingang in die ewige Seligkeit. Wenn euch nun das Wort Gottes in unverfälschter Form geboten wird, so spendet euch der Herr Selbst die rechte Speise, deren eure Seele bedarf, und so liegt es nur an euch, daß die Gabe des Himmels von euch im vollsten Sinne als Fleisch und Blut des Herrn Jesu Christi hingenommen wird.... daß ihr nicht nur begehret, das Wort Gottes zu hören, sondern es befolget und danach lebet.... so wird alle Kraft und aller Segen diesem entströmen, und ihr werdet wahrlich essen Sein Fleisch und trinken Sein Blut und somit das ewige Leben haben....

The Word of God - Flesh and blood

Receive everything that is offered to you in your heart, then it will truly enter into you, strengthen your faith and destroy all doubts. For it corresponds to the will of the Lord that spiritual food is received in all humility, but with the greatest zeal and fullest devotion and thus finds entrance into the heart of man. Thus also all strength will communicate itself to this.... the spiritual food becomes good, strengthening food, by which the earthly child becomes suitable for the life in eternity. It promotes physical health, who always supplies the body with food and drink in the right measure....

But only the Word of God is healthy and beneficial food for the soul.... it is food and drink at the same time.... it is the flesh and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.... "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood, has eternal life...." If you are strengthened by the Word of God, you can never fall into the death of the soul, but you will live forever. And if the Lord has promised you this, you need not fear bodily death, because the soul, which took it's nourishment from the Word of God, only leaves it's physical shell to enter eternal peace. So do not shrink back from the death of the body, for this is only the entrance into eternal bliss for you.

When the Word of God is offered to you in an unadulterated form, the Lord Himself gives you the right food that your soul needs, and so it is only up to you that the gift of heaven is received by you in the fullest sense as the flesh and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ..... that you not only desire to hear the Word of God, but obey it and live by it.... so all power and blessing will flow from it, and you will truly eat His flesh and drink His blood, and thus have eternal life....
