Destinul în veșnicie după voia Lui.... Materia iubirii false....

Tot ceea ce o persoană se străduiește să obțină va deveni al ei, căci numai voința sa îi va determina soarta în eternitate. Dacă vă străduiți pentru împărăția lui Dumnezeu, o veți ocupa și voi și veți fi co-guvernatori al tuturor lumilor.... dar dacă vă străduiți pentru lume, pentru satisfacerea dorințelor și poftelor pământești, atunci nici lumea, adică bunurile pământești, nu vă va părăsi, chiar dacă ați intrat în lumea de dincolo, pentru că dorințele voastre vă creează și ele mediul în care locuiește sufletul vostru. Cu toate acestea, nu veți fi fericiți în posesia acestor bunuri, deoarece veți recunoaște foarte curând irealitatea lor, astfel că nu veți mai găsi împlinirea dorințelor voastre, dar veți continua să le doriți, iar această dorință vă va chinui, și de aceea trebuie să vă străduiți să scăpați de astfel de dorințe pe Pământ încă de pe acum, trebuie să vă doriți bunuri spirituale dacă vreți să fiți fericiți într-o zi. Tot ceea ce vă străduiți să obțineți va fi partea voastră.... Astfel, fiecare om își creează propria soartă și, de aceea, ar trebui să fie conștient de marea sa responsabilitate, căci în fața sa se află eternități, eternități pe care le poate petrece în fericire sau pe care trebuie să le trăiască în mizerie. Căci pot trece veacuri întregi până când el nu va fi depășit materia pământească, deoarece în împărăția spirituală ispitele sunt chiar mult mai rele, deoarece el nu le opune decât o mică rezistență, în timp ce pe Pământ poate scăpa foarte ușor de ele, dacă își dorește cu adevărat. Un suflet care a învins și intră liber în împărăția de dincolo este nespus de fericit, căci îl așteaptă plăceri mult mai glorioase, pe care voi, oamenii de pe Pământ, nu vi le puteți imagina. Și el își va dori, dar va găsi întotdeauna împlinirea, pentru că ceea ce își dorește este binele spiritual, este emanația iubirii lui Dumnezeu care îl face infinit de fericit, care este dorința lui constantă și care îi este acordată în mod constant. Iar această emanație a iubirii lui Dumnezeu îi spiritualizează întreaga ființă, el se aliniază tot mai mult cu iubirea eternă și se simte atras în mod constant de ea, dorește în mod constant apropierea lui Dumnezeu pentru a se uni cu El pentru eternitate și a fi astfel nespus de fericit. Oamenii de pe Pământ își doresc bucurii pământești, plăceri fizice și se străduiesc doar pentru posesiuni materiale.... Și totul se termină odată cu moartea corpului.... Ei nu pot duce nimic în împărăția spirituală dacă nu au adunat bunuri spirituale care, totuși, pot fi obținute doar prin renunțarea la dorințele pământești. Iar dacă sunt încă în stare să se despartă de lume înainte de moartea trupească, dacă și-au recunoscut dinainte inutilitatea și se ocupă cu gânduri de dincolo, pot fi binecuvântați, pentru că atunci nu le mai este închisă calea spre înălțare în împărăția spirituală, chiar dacă este nespus de greu de urcat, dar atunci nu vor mai lupta pentru bunurile pământești și nu vor mai trebui să se teamă de ispitele rele care fac sufletul slab și incapabil de rezistență. Atunci vor găsi foarte curând sprijin din partea ființelor de lumină, care îi vor ajuta distribuindu-le bunuri spirituale, deși în anumite limite, până când sufletul va face un efort pentru a se mări, până când își va recunoaște sarcina în împărăția spirituală și se va strădui să o îndeplinească. Ceea ce cere îi va fi acordat.... Doar voința este decisivă și, pentru ca voința să decidă corect, oamenii sunt informați în mod constant de Dumnezeu despre voința Sa, dar ei nu Îl ascultă, continuă să dorească lumea și își pun sufletul în mare pericol. De aceea, Dumnezeu are milă de ei și, evident, le arată valoarea materiei pământești permițând ca aceasta să se piardă pentru oameni, luându-le în mod repetat ceea ce posedă și de care își atașează inima fără să fie conștienți că este o iubire greșită care doarme în ei.... El ia de la ei ceea ce ei nu vor să dea de bunăvoie pentru a le arăta deja pe Pământ că acest lucru poate fi depășit, pentru a-i ajuta să se elibereze de poftă și de a se mulțumi cu puțin și de a-și îndrepta dragostea spre bunurile spirituale, care sunt incomparabil mai valoroase și veșnice. Fiecare pierdere pământească care se întâmplă unei persoane este un ajutor de la Dumnezeu, este un avertisment blând pentru a se îndepărta de acel lucru și un semn al trecerii a tot ceea ce este pământesc.... Și oricine privește în jur cu ochii deschiși poate recunoaște pretutindeni activitatea lui Dumnezeu, Care vrea să ajute oamenii să-și orienteze gândurile și aspirațiile în sens spiritual, astfel încât să învețe să disprețuiască materia încă înainte de moartea trupului și să se străduiască doar pentru binele spiritual.... astfel încât să-și creeze o soartă în lumea de dincolo care înseamnă fericire.... pentru ca ei să fie binecuvântați pentru că aceasta este voința lor....

Fate in eternity corresponds to will.... Love of matter is wrong....

Whatever the human being strives for he shall receive, for his will alone determines his fate in eternity. If you strive for the kingdom of God you will also acquire it and become joint ruler of all worlds.... yet if you strive for the world, for fulfilment of all earthly wishes and longings, then the world, that is, worldly commodities, will not leave you even though you will have entered the beyond, for your wishes also create your soul's environment. The possession of these goods, however, will not make you happy, for soon you will realise that they are unreal, thus your cravings can no longer be satisfied yet you continue to crave, and this longing will torment you, consequently, you already ought to endeavour on earth to let go of such cravings, you ought to desire spiritual possessions if you want to be blessed one day.

Whatever you strive for will be your share.... And thus every human being creates his own fate and should therefore be conscious of his great responsibility, for he is facing eternities ahead of him, eternities which he can either spend in beatitude or experience in wretchedness. For eternities can pass by until he has overcome earthly matter, in view of the fact that the temptations in the spiritual realm are far worse since he offers them little resistance, whereas he can easily detach himself on earth if he seriously wants to do so.

A soul which has risen above matter and enters the kingdom of the beyond in a free state is indescribably happy, since the pleasures awaiting it are far more magnificent than people on earth can possibly imagine. This soul, too, will desire, yet it will find constant fulfilment, for it desires spiritual possessions, it is God's emanation of love which beatifies it without end, for which it constantly yearns and which it will constantly receive. And this emanation of love spiritualises its whole being, it will bring itself ever more into line with the eternal love and will constantly feel attracted by it, it will incessantly desire the presence of God in order to be united with Him for all eternity and thus to be indescribably blessed. People on earth demand earthly joys, physical pleasures and only ever strive for material possessions.... And all that will come to an end with the death of the body.... They will be unable to take anything along into the spiritual kingdom if they have failed to gather spiritual possessions which, however, can only be gained by neglecting earthly wishes. If they are still able to detach themselves from the world before their physical death, if they still recognise its worthlessness before and ponder thoughts of the hereafter they can be considered blessed, for then their path of ascent in the spiritual kingdom will no longer be closed to them, even though inexpressibly difficult to climb, but then they will no longer strive for earthly possessions and no longer have to fear the awful temptations which weaken the soul and render it incapable of resistance. Then they will soon find support from the beings of light which will help them by handing out spiritual possessions, if only within certain limits, until the soul makes its own effort to increase them, until it has recognised its task in the spiritual kingdom and strives to comply with it. What it wants it will receive.... Only its will is decisive, and in order for the will to make the right decision God constantly instructs people of His will, yet they won't listen to Him, they will continue to desire the world and thereby seriously endanger their souls.

Therefore God has mercy on them, and He clearly shows to them the value of earthly matter by allowing people to lose it, by time after time taking away what they own and what is dear to their heart without realising that they harbour the wrong kind of love within them.... He takes away what they don't want to give voluntarily, in order to show them on earth already that it can be overcome, in order to help them become free from their longing for it, to content themselves with less and to turn their love to spiritual possessions which are incomparably more valuable and everlasting.

Every earthly loss affecting the human being is God's help; it is a gentle admonition to turn away from it and an indication of the fleeting nature of worldly things.... And anyone looking around with open eyes will be able to recognise God's activity everywhere, Who wants to help people become spiritually minded, so that they will still learn to despise matter before the death of their body and only strive for spiritual wealth.... so that they will create for themselves a blissful fate in the afterlife.... so that they will become blessed because it is their will....
