Communie

De geestelijke communie, de verbinding van de Geestvonk in u met de Vadergeest van eeuwigheid, kan alleen door de liefde tot stand worden gebracht. U zult zich ook wel in gedachten met Mij kunnen verbinden door innig gebed, u roept Me dan en Ik buig Me neer tot u, maar het blijft zolang een roep uit de verte, als u zonder liefde bent. Er bestaat dan nog geen innige gemeenschap, die echter door werkzaam zijn in liefde meteen tot stand wordt gebracht, zodat u dan als het ware nauw met Mij bent verbonden en in deze staat nu het Avondmaal met Mij zult kunnen houden, dat wil zeggen dat Ik Zelf u het voedsel voor uw ziel kan doen toekomen, dat Ik u het Brood des hemels, Mijn Woord, kan aanbieden, Dat u alleen zult kunnen vernemen als u Mij in u aanwezig zult laten zijn, dus de communie met Mij bent aangegaan. Communiceren heet bijgevolg, Vlees en Bloed - Mijn Woord en zijn Kracht - uit Mijn Hand in ontvangst nemen, waartoe onvoorwaardelijk de liefde volledig een mensenhart in beslag moet nemen, daar anders Mijn tegenwoordigheid ondenkbaar is. Van Mijn aanwezigheid zal nooit een mens kunnen spreken, die de liefde tot Mij niet bewijst door onbaatzuchtige naastenliefde. Nooit kan een mens zich met zijn Vader van eeuwigheid verenigen, die zijn medemens niet als zijn broeder beschouwt, die tegenover hem zonder liefde is en bijgevolg ook nooit de Vader kan liefhebben, Wiens kind de medemens is.

Laat het u duidelijk zijn, dat alleen de liefde het kind met de Vader verbindt, dat door de liefde de mens pas de verhouding kind tot Vader aangaat en dat dan het kind aan de tafel van de Vader te eten en te drinken krijgt met goede gave en eeuwig geen nood meer hoeft te lijden. En Mijn Woord is het kostbaarste, dat een mens kan ontvangen. Het is waarlijk lafenis en versterking en waar Mijn Woord klinkt, daar is ook Mijn tegenwoordigheid bewezen, zoals omgekeerd Mijn aanwezigheid niet in te denken is, zonder een uiting van kracht. En daar Ik Zelf Kracht en Licht ben, openbaar Ik Me ook als Licht en Kracht aan de mens, in wie Ik tegenwoordig kan zijn; die Mijn tegenwoordigheid in zich toelaat door werkzaam te zijn in liefde. Maar Licht en Kracht stroomt uit Mijn Woord, Licht en Kracht hebben de zielen nodig voor de positieve ontwikkeling, dus zijn Licht en Kracht het voedsel, dat Ik de ziel aanreik, als de mens met Mij het Avondmaal houdt, als hij Mijn gast is, dus met Mij in innigste gemeenschap beantwoording van zijn liefde ondervindt.

Alleen dat is onder communie te verstaan. Alleen zo wil Ik weten, dat het Avondmaal wordt verstaan, waartoe Ik u allen uitnodig, dat Ik heb ingesteld met de Woorden: “Neem dit aan en eet, neem dit aan en drink - dat is Mijn Vlees, dat is Mijn Bloed.” Uit Mijn Hand zult u het voedsel voor uw ziel in ontvangst nemen en dit vereist de innige band met Mij, die niet anders dan alleen door liefde tot stand kan worden gebracht.

Communion....

The spiritual communion, the link of the spiritual spark in yourselves with the eternal Father-Spirit, can only be established through love.... You can certainly associate with Me in thought through heartfelt prayer, in which case you call Me and I draw close to you, but it remains a call from afar as long as you are without love; no heartfelt relationship has yet been established which, however, will instantly happen through actions of love. Then you will be closely connected with Me at the same time and in this state you will be able to take supper with Me, i.e. I Myself can provide the nourishment for your soul.... I can give you the bread of heaven, My Word, which you can only hear when you allow Me to be present in you, thus when you entered into communion with Me. To commune therefore means to accept flesh and blood.... My Word and its strength.... from My hand, for which it is absolutely essential that a human heart is alive with love or My presence is unthinkable.... No human being will ever be able to speak of My presence who does not prove his love to Me through unselfish neighbourly love. No human being will ever be able to unite with his eternal Father who does not regard his fellow human being as his brother, who is without love for him and therefore can never love the Father either, Whose child is the fellow human being....

You should realise that only love unites the child with the Father, that the human being only enters the child relationship through love, and that the child will then receive the gift of food and drink at the Father’s table and need never again suffer hardship.... And the most delectable gift a human being can receive is My Word, it is truly refreshing and strengthening, and where My Word is spoken My presence is proven, whereas, alternatively, My presence is unthinkable without an expression of strength. And since I Am strength and light Myself I also reveal Myself to people as light and strength, by being present in anyone whose actions of love allow My presence in him. But light and strength flow from My Word, light and strength are needed by the souls for higher development, thus light and strength are the nourishment I offer to the soul when the human being takes supper with Me, when he is My guest and in closest relationship with Me finds a response to his love....

This alone is to be understood as Communion, only in this way do I want the Last Supper to be understood to which I invite you all, which I instituted with the Words: ‘Take and eat, take and drink.... this is my body, this is my blood....’ You should take the nourishment for your soul from My hand and this necessitates the close relationship with Me which cannot be established in any other way but through love....
