혼의 불멸을 믿는 믿음. 진리.

육체의 죽음이 혼의 끝이 아니다. 사람들에게 이런 지식이 부족하고, 이를 믿는 믿음이 없다. 그러므로 사람들은 나의 뜻에 합당하게 이 땅의 삶을 활용하지 않는다. 그들은 어떤 의미에서 단지 자신의 몸을 위해 질서를 만들지만, 그들의 혼은 생각하지 않는다. 그들은 그들의 혼에게 무책임하게 행하다. 왜냐면 그들이 혼의 존재와 불멸함을 확신하지 못하기 때문이다. 그러므로 사람들이 그들의 삶의 방식을 바꾸도록 유도하려는 너희의 노력이 성공하기 위해서는, 가장 먼저 그들에게 혼의 불멸을 알려줘야만 한다. 그러나 혼의 불멸을 믿기 위해, 그 사람 자신의 의지에 달려 있고, 강제로 달성할 수 없는 스스로 생각해보는 일이 필요하다.

혼의 불멸성은 또한 이 땅의 삶의 의미와 목적을 이해할 수 있게 해줄 것이다. 그러면 비로소 사람이 변화될 수 있는, 혼의 생명을 육체의 생명보다 더 중요하게 깨달을 수 있는 가능성이 있다. 인류는 두 가지 큰 위험에 처해 있다. 이 두가지는 혼과 혼의 불멸을 믿지 않는 일과 영적인 성장을 위한 혼의 불멸을 믿는 일을 방해하는 잘못된 가르침이다. 왜냐면 잘못된 가르침이 그에게 영원한 신성에 대한 잘못된 인상을 주고, 그러면 대부분의 사람들이 영적으로나 올바른 기도를 통해 나와 긴밀한 관계를 맺는 한가지 일을 놓치기 때문이다.

이런 한가지 일이 단지 사람들에게 영적인 성장을 보장한다. 왜냐면 그러면 나 자신이 역사할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 이 땅의 나의 종들의 가장 중요한 일은 잘못된 가르침을 없애고, 죽음 후에도 계속되는 삶을 믿는 믿음이 깨어나게 하는 일이다. 사람들이 그들에게 삶의 종말의 때까지 남아 있는 짧은 이 땅의 기간에 성공하려면, 그들은 나의 종들의 말을 들어야만 할 것이다.

그들은 단지 하늘로부터 제공되는 곳에서 완전히 진리에 합당한 설명을 얻을 수 있게 될 것이고, 죽음 후의 혼의 삶과 그리스도의 가르침에 대해 간접적으로나 직접적으로 나의 가르침을 받을 수 있게 될 것이다. 그러면 그들의 믿음이 확신을 얻을 수 있고, 모든 이의 제기에 대해 방어할 수 있고, 영적인 성장을 보장받고, 혼이 축복 된 영원한 생명을 얻게 된다. 그렇지 않으면 혼의 운명은 불행하게 된다. 왜냐면 혼은 절대로 영원히 존재하는 일을 그치지 않기 때문이다. 그럴지라도 혼은 영원 가운데 자신의 의지로, 혼의 불신과 나의 뜻에 합당하지 못한 삶의 방식으로 자신이 스스로 만든 상태에 거한다.

혼의 불멸을 굳게 믿는 사람은 훨씬 더 빨리 자신의 혼에 대한 작업을 시작할 것이다. 그러나 자신의 삶이 육체의 죽음으로 끝날 것이라고 믿는 사람은 자신의 혼에 대한 작업에 미지근하고 느리거나 또는 전적으로 작업을 할 능력이 없고, 그 일을 원하지 않는 가운데 머문다. 그러므로 나의 종들은 그들에게 증명할 수는 없지만, 혼이 계속해서 산다는 것을 그들에게 아무리 진지하게 알려줘도 충분하게 알려줄 수 없다. 그러나 그에 대한 향한 진지하게 생각해보는 일을 통해 인간은 또한 너희의 말이 진리라는 확신을 가질 수 있다. 왜냐면 그들이 진지하게 원하고, 너희의 말을 듣지 않고 거절하지 않는다면, 나 자신이 그들이 올바르게 깨닫도록 그들을 돕기 때문이다.

믿는 사람들에게 이 땅의 삶은 완전히 다른 의미를 갖게 된다. 그는 이 땅의 삶을 더 이상 그 자체를 목적으로 여기지 않고, 단지 목적을 위한 수단으로 여기고, 자신의 의지대로 개선하려고 하는 자신의 삶의 방식을 스스로 중단한다. 순수한 진리가 그에게 전해지면, 그의 믿음이 또한 강하게 된다. 반면에 잘못된 가르침은 그를 단지 파괴하고, 사람들을 다시 어두움 속으로 가라 앉게 한다. 그러므로 혼에게 생명을 불어 넣으려면, 진리를 전파해야만 한다. 왜냐면 오류와 거짓은 영의 나라에서 혼의 죽음이기 때문이다. 그러나 이는 혼 자신의 죽음을 의미하는 것이 아니라 완전한 무력함을 의미하고, 이로써 극심한 고통의 상태를 의미한다. 나는 모든 혼들이 이런 고통을 피하게 해주기를 원한다. 그러므로 나는 너무 늦기 전에 혼에게 도움을 줄 일꾼들을 항상 또 다시 혼에게 보낸다.

Belief in the immortality of the soul.... Truth....

The death of the body is not the end of the soul. People fail to realise and believe this and therefore do not evaluate earthly life in accordance with My Will. They more or less only care for the needs of their body but not for their soul.... they behave irresponsibly towards their soul because they are not certain of its existence and of its immortality. For that reason they have to be taught about the immortality of soul first if your efforts to modify their way of life should be successful. But a belief in this also requires their own reflection which requires their own will and which cannot be compelled. The immortality of soul makes the meaning and purpose of earthly life understandable, and only then is it possible for the human being to change himself, to regard the life of the soul more important than the life of the body.

Humanity is confronted by two major dangers.... disbelief in the soul and its immortality, and misguided teachings. The latter are a hindrance to spiritual ascent even to those who believe in the immortality of soul, because they portray a wrong image of the eternal Deity and because people usually neglect to implement one thing.... to establish a sincere relationship with Me either mentally or by means of the right kind of prayer.... Only this will guarantee their spiritual ascent because then I will be able to become effective Myself. Thus My servants’ most important work on earth relates to the eradication of misguided teachings and the awakening of faith in a continuation of life after death.... And people will have to listen to My servants if they want to be successful during the brief time on earth which remains to them before the end. They will only be able to obtain completely truthful explanations where such are sent down from heaven; they can only be taught about the soul’s life after death and the teaching of Christ by Myself either directly or indirectly, but then their faith can become a convinced one that will stand firm against all contentions, which ensures spiritual ascent and brings the soul everlasting life in blissful happiness. Otherwise the fate of the soul is unhappiness, because it will never cease to exist and yet it is in a state in eternity which it has voluntarily created for itself due to its disbelief and an earthly life in opposition to My Will.

Anyone who firmly believes in the immortality of the soul will start the work of improving his soul much sooner, but the person who believes that his life will end with the death of his body remains indifferent and lethargic or totally incapable and unwilling. You, My servants, cannot describe to them the soul’s continuation of life seriously enough, even though you cannot prove it to them. Yet with serious thought the human being can come to the inner conviction that you spoke the truth because I Myself will help them to recognise the truth providing they genuinely want it and do not refuse to listen to you. Earthly life takes on an entirely different meaning for the believer; he no longer perceives it as an end in itself but only as a means to an end and reproaches his own way of life which he subsequently tries to improve, depending on his strength of will. And as soon as he is presented with the pure truth his faith will be strengthened while misguided teachings will only destroy him and let him relapse into darkness.... Thus the truth must be spread to bring life to the souls, because misconceptions and lies are the soul’s death in the spiritual kingdom but not it’s passing away, it merely means complete weakness and is therefore a state of severe distress which I would like to avert from the soul by sending My messengers to bring help before it is too late....
