La Personificazione di Dio

La fede in una Divinità essenziale non premette per nulla una Divinità personificata, per cui l’uomo non deve farsi un concetto strettamente limitato di Dio, il Quale E’ onnipresente ed al di sopra di Tempo e Spazio. Egli riempie tutto con il suo Spirito, l’intero Cosmo, tutto il Regno spirituale, e perciò Lui non è immaginabile come Persona, limitato secondo il concetto umano di spazio. Si deve prendere piuttosto totalmente la distanza da una Personificazione di Dio, se l’uomo vuole immaginarsi minimamente l’Entità di Dio la più sublime e perfetta. Dio ha reso Sé Stesso bensì visibile alle Sue creature in una Forma umana colmando il Corpo di Gesù con la sua Divinità e Si mostrava agli uomini in uno stato trasfigurato, affinché si poteva ora immaginare l’eterna Divinità in Gesù Cristo. Ma quando l’anima avrà deposto il suo corpo ed entrerà nel Regno di Luce, le sarà chiaro che l’eterna Divinità nel Suo Essere non può mai essere afferrata dall’intelletto d’uomo e che l’Incorporazione in Gesù Cristo deve risvegliare o rinsaldare la fede in una Divinità essenziale agli uomini durante la loro vita terrena, altrimenti per loro sarebbe difficile avere una tale fede, ma che è necessaria per stabilire un contatto con Dio attraverso la preghiera. In Gesù Cristo quindi l’eterna Divinità E’ diventata visibile agli uomini, la Quale nel Suo Amore misericordioso cerca di avvicinare Sé Stessa a loro, per indurli alla preghiera rivolta a Sé, a stabilire il contatto con Sé. Gesù Cristo Era la Forma, nella quale l’eterna Divinità Si celava per gli uomini sulla Terra. Nel Regno di Luce la stessa Forma verrà vista spiritualmente dagli esseri che hanno raggiunto il grado di maturità, per giungere alla contemplazione di Dio. Ma l’essenziale Divinità E’ presente ovunque e perciò non Si esaurisce mai in una Forma limitata. Perciò non può nemmeno venir considerata una Divinità personale, perché questo è un concetto che è da impiegare solamente per la vita terrena, per gli uomini stessi, che come essere singolo stando isolato nel Cosmo, pretende di sollevare il riconoscimento di una personalità, quindi sotto persona è sempre da intendere un essere vivente umano. Che questo concetto non è mai da usare sull’eterna Divinità risulta dal fatto, che Dio E’ uno Spirito, lo Spirito però non E’ mai qualcosa di limitato, legato in una forma, quando è perfetto. La perfezione più sublime è di conseguenza libera oltre tutti i concetti ed irradia attraverso l’intero Infinito, E’ onnipresente, per la sua sostanza primordiale è l’Amore, che pure non è limitato e quindi nemmeno immaginabile come forma. L’uomo ha soltanto una capacità limitata di comprendere, non può immaginarsi di più che delle cose che esistono sulla Terra, finché è ancora di spirito non risvegliato. Perciò cerca di immaginarsi anche l’eterna Divinità come Persona, appena crede in un Dio essenziale, in un Dio al Quale si può rivolgere nella preghiera. Dio è venuto incontro a questo desiderio puramente umano, incorporandoSi in Gesù Cristo, cioè Si mostrava agli uomini come un uomo che vive secondo il Compiacimento di Dio, può trovare sulla Terra l’unificazione con Dio e quindi è uno con Lui. Egli voleva mostrare agli uomini la via per raggiungere la meta finale, la totale unificazione con Dio. L’Irradiazione dell’Entità divina colmava l’Uomo Gesù, di conseguenza soltanto ancora l’involucro esteriore, la Forma corporea, era umana, l’Anima e lo Spirito però Erano divini, Si Erano totalmente uniti di nuovo con Dio, dal Quale Erano proceduti. Ma l’eterna Divinità non Si E’ esaurita, perché questo era impossibile per l’Essere più perfetto che trova mai una limitazione in una Forma. Ciononostante l’eterna Divinità E’ Qualcosa di Essenziale, cioè Forza spirituale, alla Quale dev’essere concessa la Volontà e la Facoltà di pensare, quindi un Essere, con il Quale l’uomo può entrare in intima presa di contatto anche tramite la sua volontà ed il suo pensare, perché nemmeno il volere e pensare dell’uomo è legato alla forma esteriore, ma è parte dello spirituale che è incorporato nella forma umana. Appena l’involucro corporeo decade, lo spirituale, l’essenziale, continua ad essere capace di pensare e di volere, soltanto che questa facoltà può essere più debole o più forte secondo il suo stato di maturità, mentre l’eterna Divinità come il più perfetto Essere porta all’Esecuzione il Suo Volere e Pensare nella più profonda Sapienza ed inimmaginabile Forza. La forma corporea dell’uomo è soltanto un mezzo allo scopo per la durata della vita terrena. Ma chi crede nell’immortalità dell’anima comprenderà anche, che la forma esteriore, la persona, non è necessaria per la continuazione dell’esistenza dell’anima. Ciononostante l’anima rimane un essere singolo nella sua consapevolezza, persino quando si è unita con dello spirituale ugualmente maturo, come anche l’eterna Divinità Rimarrà continuamente l’Essere più sublime e più perfetto anche per gli esseri di Luce più sublimi, che hanno trovato l’unificazione con Lei, che sono totalmente uniti con Dio e malgrado ciò nella consapevolezza della loro propria esistenza sono indicibilmente beati, perché ricevono e percepiscono sempre e continuamente la Forza d’Amore di Dio, il Quale come eterno Padre E’ nella più intima unione con loro.

Personification of God....

The belief in a spiritually tangible Deity by no means implies a personified Deity, for this reason the human being should not have a narrow idea of God, Who is omnipresent and beyond time and space. He permeates everything with His spirit, the whole universe, the whole spiritual kingdom.... and therefore He is not conceivable as a person who, according to human comprehension, is spatially limited. Instead, a personification of God must be completely avoided if the human being wants to come anywhere near visualising God as the highest and most perfect Being of God. God has indeed made Himself visible to His living creations in a human form by permeating Jesus' body with His Divinity and showed Himself in His transfigured state to people, so that they were able to visualise the eternal Deity in Jesus Christ. Yet once the soul has discarded its body and enters the kingdom of light it will realise that the eternal Deity can never be grasped by human intellect and that the embodiment in Jesus Christ was intended to awaken or strengthen the belief in a spiritually tangible Deity in people during their earthly life, otherwise they would find it difficult to have faith which, however, it is necessary to have in order to establish a connection with God through prayer....

Thus the eternal Deity became visible to people in Jesus Christ and in merciful love It tries to make Itself accessible to people in order to encourage them in establishing their contact with Itself. Jesus Christ was the form which sheltered the eternal Deity for the people on earth.... In the spiritual kingdom the same form will be spiritually visible by those beings which have attained the degree of maturity that enables them to behold God.... But this spiritually tangible Deity is present everywhere and therefore never expended in a limited form. Hence It cannot be addressed as a personal Deity either, because this concept is only used for earthly life, for the human being himself who, as an isolated individual being within the universe, claims for himself the acknowledgment of being a personality, thus a person always has to be understood to be a human creature. That this concept can never be applied to the eternal Deity is due to the fact that God is a spirit.... but the spirit is never something restricted, something bound in a form, once it is perfect. The supreme Perfection is therefore limitless beyond all comprehension and permeates the whole of infinity; it is omnipresent because its fundamental substance is love which likewise is not restricted and therefore also not conceivable as a form. The human being's intellectual capacity is limited, he is unable to visualise anything but earthly things as long as he is still spiritually unenlightened. And therefore he tries to imagine the eternal Deity as a person as soon as he believes in a spiritually tangible God, in a God to Whom he can pray.

And God accommodated this purely human desire by embodying Himself in Jesus Christ, that is, by demonstrating how a human being living a God-pleasing life can unite with God on earth and thus become as one with Him.... He wanted to show people the path to achieve the final goal, the total unification with God. The emanation of the Divine Being completely permeated the man Jesus, consequently only the external frame, the physical form, was human, but His soul and spirit were divine, they had entirely united with God again from Whom they had come forth. Yet the eternal Deity did not expend Itself, because it is impossible for the most perfect Being ever to be limited within a form. Nevertheless the eternal Deity is something spiritually tangible, that is, it is spiritual strength which has to be granted will and faculty of thought, thus existing as a being with Whom the human being can also make heartfelt contact by using his will and his thoughts. For the human being's will and thoughts are not tied to the external form either but are part of the spiritual essence which is embodied in the human form. Once the physical shell falls away, the soul, the spiritually tangible being, remains capable of thinking and wanting, but according to its state of maturity the ability can merely be weaker or stronger, whereas the eternal Deity, as the most perfect Being, executes Its will and Its thoughts in profound wisdom and inconceivable strength.

The human physical form is just the means to an end for the duration of his earthly life. Yet anyone believing in the immortality of the soul will also understand that the external form, the person, will not be required for the soul's continued existence. Nevertheless, the soul remains conscious of itself as an individual being, even when it has joined equally mature souls.... just as the eternal Deity will likewise remain the highest and most perfect Being for the most elevated beings of light which have entered into union with It.... which are totally united with God and yet are inexpressibly happy in their own existence because they always and forever receive and feel God's strength of love Who, as eternal Father, is in intimate contact with them....
