La liaison de l'âme avec le spirituel

L'homme doit seulement s'imaginer que son âme a la nostalgie de la libération, et il fera appel à toute sa volonté pour l'aider à sortir de la captivité. L’âme de l'homme est purement quelque chose de spirituel qui doit trouver Dieu, c’est de la substance qui se sent bien à l'état libre et perçoit la forme qui l'enveloppe comme une terrible contrainte. Elle est sans aucun lien avec le spirituel procédé de Dieu tant qu’elle n'a pas encore trouvé la voie juste, mais toute seule elle est un être non libre, tourmenté, qui arrive à une certaine liberté seulement par l'unification avec l'esprit. Tant que les désirs de l'âme coïncident avec les désirs du corps, son état n'est pas libre ; seule l’entrée dans le désir de l'esprit la rend libre, et si maintenant elle aspire à la totale unification avec lui, elle se détache de la contrainte de la relégation. Pour mener à terme ce processus, la volonté pour l’unification définitive avec le spirituel doit être extraordinairement forte, l'âme doit donc penser et sentir comme la volonté dans l'homme, elle doit être tournée seulement à vivre selon ce but, elle ne peut donc plus vivre sa vie terrestre sans un plan, mais elle doit se mettre avec toutes ses forces en liaison avec ces Forces qui l'aident dans son travail et qui maintenant doit rester l'unique travail, parce que l'âme a été affaiblie dans sa volonté. Elle peut effectuer ce travail sur elle-même seulement avec un soutien. D'abord elle doit se servir de la Force que Dieu lui met à disposition sans limites, et pour accepter celle-ci la volonté de l'âme doit être active. Et elle doit effectuer elle-même cette activité de la volonté ; elle doit avoir le désir d'arriver en haut, le désir pour l'état libre, non lié, et conformément au désir de sa volonté elle doit vouloir de nouveau devenir ce qu’elle était et qui est sa vraie destination, alors elle sera aussi libre, parce qu'elle est soutenue dans son but, elle est pourvue avec la Force et maintenant elle peut prendre sans entrave la voie vers le haut, elle peut se former de sorte qu’une unification avec l'esprit de Dieu soit la conséquence de sa tendance. Elle peut renoncer à son état non libre et abandonner la dernière forme terrestre en tant qu’être complétement libre.

Connecting the soul with the spiritual....

Man need only imagine that his soul longs for liberation and he will muster all his will to help it out of captivity. The soul of man is likewise spiritual, which is to find the way to God.... it is a substance that feels comfortable in freedom and perceives the form that envelops it as a terrible constraint. As long as it has not yet found the right path, it is without any bond with the spiritual substance that has emerged from God, but it alone is an unfree, tormented being that only attains a certain freedom in union with the spirit. As long as the soul fulfils the desire of the body, its state is an unfree one; only when it enters into the desire of the spirit does it become freer, and when it now strives for complete union with it, it releases itself from the constraint of being bound. In order to now complete this process the will for the final unification with the spiritual has to be exceptionally strong, the soul, therefore all thinking, feeling and wanting in man, has to be directed only towards living according to this aim, it is therefore no longer allowed to live earth life without a plan but it has to get in touch with those powers which help it with the work, which is now only to be the only task, because the soul is weakened in its will. It can only master this work on itself with support. It first has to make use of the power for it, which God however puts at its disposal unmeasured, only the will of the soul has to become active to receive it. And it has to accomplish this activity of will itself; it has to carry the desire to ascend, the desire for a free, unbound state, through the desire for it it has to express its will to want to become again what it was and what its actual destiny is, then the path is also open to it, for it will be supported in its endeavour, it will be given strength and can now take the path upwards unhindered, it can shape itself such that a unification with the spirit from God is the result of its striving.... It can give up its unfree state and leave the last earthly form as a completely free being....
