God seeks to inspire reciprocal love....

The darkness spread across earth is truly great and therefore people's sinfulness also increases the closer the end is.... And again and again My love seeks to bring light to people, for no matter how low they have sunk, no matter how far they are from Me.... My merciful love knows about the dreadful fate that is destined for all of them who do not find their way back to Me before the end, who have not taken the path of return before the end comes. I know about the power of the adversary to whom people succumb, I know about their weaknesses and lack of will, I have to allow their will freedom, and I see how they constantly head towards the abyss.... that they will be banished again for an infinitely long time in creation.... And I take pity on their fate so that My love follows every single soul until the end and still tries to win it.... But I also know that every soul will one day come to the light, even if eternities pass by.... My love for My living creations is overwhelming and therefore leaves no stone unturned in order to shorten their wretched state, in order to snatch them from My adversary's hands, because I fear for My children like a father and want to spare them all suffering.... because I want to provide them with abundant bliss. Yet My supremely perfect being will always work in lawful order, and thus a being can never enjoy beatitude which consciously opposes Me, which does not approach Me voluntarily but persists in its resistance, which once caused its darkness and meant great distance from Me.... I cannot make such a being happy but nevertheless I do not withdraw My love from it.... on the contrary, I pursue it with My love.... I try to make Myself known to it as a God of love so that it will be easy for it to return My love and then all danger of being lost will be averted.... Love awakens love in return.... If I now expect or hope for love from My living creations which live on earth as human beings, then I must first prove Myself to them as a God of love, to Whom they will then trust and offer Him love in return.... If I want to experience love from My living creations, they must also know about My love for them.... even though it is often difficult to convince people of the love of their God and creator, Who wants to be their father for all eternity.... Yet I want to win the hearts of My children, and this presupposes.... (20.11.1961) that they learn to recognize Me, it requires that I help them when they are in need and turn to Me for My support.... People must feel love from My side which then awakens counter-love.... Yet very often they are unable to recognize My love because their spiritual state is still very dark as a result of their own lack of love, and then they have to be enlightened in all truth, but always in such a way that My love is emphasized but not My judicial power. Threats of punishment will not lead them onto the path of love but they will only fear Me if they believe in a God at all Who has all power over heaven and earth. However, if it is possible to make them understand a loving God through the supply of truth, Whose means are only ever understood if the correlations are truthfully explained to them, if My love for all people is repeatedly emphasized, then it is also possible that their hearts will turn to Me in love, and then they will voluntarily do what is My will, and then I will already have won their love and their return to Me is assured. And therefore I will never stop wooing My living creations' love, for it cannot be gained by force, and thus My words must also be addressed to you humans with all love if I want you to listen to Me and consider all My words with all seriousness.... For what is offered in love will also be more likely to be heeded; harsh, angry words, on the other hand, even if they were justified, will not awaken love but result in renewed resistance, and then I will have gained nothing. My gospel of love shall be spread throughout the world and where this happens with unselfish love it will truly not be without success. But if only fear of punishment is awakened in people, the change to love will remain undecided..... Then a person can certainly make an effort to act correctly but his way of life is not yet an activity of love of his own free will, which alone, however, will bring the creations back to Me as My children who once left Me voluntarily.... I woo the love of these My living creations and only ever seek to reveal Myself to them as God of love, as 'father'.... And therefore I draw their attention to the effect of an unloving way of life, that they should think about it and give account to themselves as to how far they fulfil My commandments of love. For they must possess the knowledge of My commandments of love, it must be imparted to them, but fulfilment cannot be achieved through compulsion.... My love will eternally belong to you, My living creations, and it will not rest until you have returned to Me again.... until you, too, will return My love and the union with Me, which belongs to eternal bliss, is now also restored....

하나님은 응답하는 사랑이 깨어나길 원한다.

이 땅에 퍼져 있는 어두움은 진실로 크다. 그러므로 종말이 가까이 다가올수록 사람들의 죄악이 증가하고 있다. 내 사랑은 항상 또 다시 사람들에게 빛을 전달해 주려고 시도한다. 왜냐면 사람들이 아직 깊이 빠져 있을지라도 그들이 나로부터 아주 멀리 떨어져 있을지라도 내 긍휼히 여기는 사랑이 종말 전에 그들이 나를 찾지 못한 다면, 귀환의 길을 가지 않으면, 그들 모두에게 주어지는 운명을 알고 있기 때문이다.

나는 사람들을 누르고 있는 대적자의 권세를 안다. 나는 그들의 연약함과 의지가 없음을 안다. 나는 그들의 의지를 자유롭게 놔둬야만 한다. 나는 그들이 지속적으로 다시 끝 없이 긴 기간 동안 창조물 안으로 파문을 받아야 하는 멸망을 향해 가고 있는 것을 보고 있다.

내가 이런 사람들의 운명을 긍휼히 여겨서 내 사랑이 마지막까지 각각의 혼들을 뒤 따르고 그들을 다시 얻으려고 시도한다. 그러나 나는 모든 혼들이 언젠가 비록 영원에 영원의 시간이 필요하다 할지라도 빛에 도달함을 안다. 내 피조물에 대한 내 사랑은 넘친다. 이 사랑은 그러므로 그들에게 불행한 상태를 짧게 해주기 위해 그들을 내 대적자의 손에서 찾기 위해 어떤 것도 시도하지 않고 남겨두지 않을 것이다.

왜냐면 내가 아버지처럼 내 자녀들을 위해 애를 쓰고 그들에게 모든 고난을 피하게 해주기 원하기 때문이다. 왜냐면 내가 그들에게 넘치게 축복을 전해주기를 원하기 때문이다. 그러나 최고로 온전한 존재인 나는 항상 법의 질서 안에서 움직이게 될 것이다.

그러므로 나에게 의식적으로 저항을 하고 자유의지로 나에게 다가오지 않고 한때 그들을 어두움 가운데 거하게 했고 나로부터 멀리 떨어지는 것을 의미하는 저항하는 상태에 머무는 존재에게 축복을 절대로 부어줄 수 없다. 나는 이런 존재를 축복되게 할 수 없다. 그러나 나는 그럴지라도 내 사랑을 그에게서 거두어 들이지 않는다. 반대로 나는 내 사랑으로 존재들과 함께한다.

나는 그가 나를 사랑의 하느님으로 깨달을 수 있게 만들려고 시도한다. 그래서 그가 내 사랑에 응답하는 것을 쉽게 만들어 주고 멸망을 받는 위험을 피하게 해주려고 한다. 사랑은 응답하는 사랑을 깨어나게 한다. 내가 이제 이 땅의 과정을 가는 내 피조물 들로부터 사랑받기를 기대하면, 나는 먼저 그들에게 나를 신뢰하고 사랑으로 응답할 수 있는 사랑의 하나님으로 증명해야만 한다.

내가 내 피조물들의 사랑을 받으려면 피조물들은 자신들을 향한 내 사랑을 알아야만 한다. 비록 모든 영원에 영원까지 그들의 아버지가 되길 원하는 그들의 창조주 하나님의 사랑에 대한 확신을 사람들에게 갖게 하는 것이 어려울지라도 나는 그들의 사랑을 얻기를 원한다. 이렇게 되기 위해는 그들이 나를 깨닫는 법을 배워야 한다. (1961년 11월 20일)

이렇게 되기 위해는 그들이 위험 가운데 나에게 도움을 청하면, 내가 그들을 돕는 것을 전제로 한다. 사람들이 내 편에서 오는 사랑을 체험해야만 한다. 그러면 응답하는 사랑이 깨어나게 된다. 그러나 사람들은 자주 내 사랑을 깨닫지를 못한다. 그들 자신의 사랑이 없는 상태의 결과로서 그들의 영적인 상태가 아주 어둡기 때문이다. 그들은 모든 진리로 그러나 항상 내 심판하는 권세를 강조하는 것이 아니라 내 사랑을 강조하는 방식으로 설명을 받아야만 한다.

심판에 대한 위협으로는 그들을 사랑의 길로 인도할 수 없고 그들이 만약 하늘과 땅의 모든 권세를 가진 나를 믿기라도 하면, 단지 나를 두려워한다. 그럴지라도 그들에게 진리를 전해줌으로써 사랑의 하나님을 이해할 수 있게 만들면, 그들에게 진리에 합당하게 연관관계를 설명해 줬을 때 항상 또 다시 모든 사람을 향한 내 사랑을 강조하였을 때 이 때 사용한 수단을 항상 단지 이해한다.

그러면 그들의 심장을 사랑 안에서 나에게 향하게 하는 것이 가능한다. 그러면 그들은 내 뜻을 자유의지로 행할 것이다. 그러면 나는 그들의 사랑을 이미 얻은 것이다. 그들의 나에게 귀환은 보장이 된다. 나는 내 피조물들의 사랑을 얻기 위한 일을 절대로 중단하지 않을 것이다.

왜냐면 강제로는 그들을 얻을 수 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 너희가 나에게서 듣고 내 모든 말을 모든 진지함으로 생각하게 되길 내가 원하면, 내 음성이 모든 사랑으로 너희 사람들에게 전해져야만 한다. 왜냐면 사랑으로 전하는 것에 더 관심을 가지게 되기 때문이다. 이렇게 할 권리가 있다 할지라도 심한 말과 분노하는 말들은 사랑을 깨우지 못하고 새롭게 저항하려는 의지를 줄 것이다.

그러면 나는 어떤 것도 얻지 못한다. 내 사랑의 복음은 모든 세상에 전해야 한다. 이런 일이 자신을 유익을 구하지 않는 사랑 가운데 일어나면, 진실로 성공하지 못하게 되지 않을 것이다.

그러나 사람들 안에 단지 형벌에 대한 두려움을 깨어나게 하면, 이렇게 해서는 사랑으로 변화되는 것이 의심스럽게 될 것이다. 실제로 사람이 올바르게 행동하게 노력을 할 것이다. 그러나 자유의지 가운데 사랑을 행하는 것이 그의 삶의 방식이 아직 아니다. 그러나 이런 삶의 방식 만이 한때 자유의지로 나를 떠났던 피조물들이 내 잔여로써 나에게 돌아오게 한다.

나는 이런 내 피조물들의 사랑을 얻으려고 하고 항상 단지 사랑의 하나님으로 “아버지”로 나를 그들에게 계시하려고 시도한다. 그러므로 나는 그들에게 사랑이 없는 삶의 나타나는 효과에 관심을 갖게 하고 그들이 이에 관해 생각하게 하고 스스로 자신이 얼마나 내 사랑의 계명을 성취하고 있는지 점검하게 한다.

내 사랑은 계명에 관한 지식을 그들은 소유해야만 한다 이 지식이 그들에게 전달되어와 만한다. 그러나 강요를 통해서는 이런 일을 이룰 수 없을 것이다. 내 피조물인 너희에게 내 사랑이 영원히 속할 것이다. 이 사랑은 다시 나에게 돌아올 때까지 내 사랑이 응답을 받을 때까지 영원한 축복에 이르는 나와의 연합이 다시 이루어질 때까지 쉬지 않을 것이다.
