Justification of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ....

The commandments of love for God and neighbour are the primary things in human existence. For if they are fulfilled, then the meaning and purpose of earthly life is fulfilled, and then the divine order, which was once overturned, is also restored. God's plan of salvation now only aims at the establishment of divine order, and all His working and activity is only directed towards this, because the state of order is a divine one and because everything divine is also incomparably blissful. God as eternal love will only ever want to make happy, but according to His perfect nature a making happy of His creatures can never take place outside of justice.... Thus only something divine and perfect can be made happy by Him as it corresponds to His love, because the imperfect is guilty of its nature, because in free will it gave itself up to perfection, thus it also voluntarily spurned bliss. This was a guilt which put a barrier in God's delightful love, admittedly not a barrier which God's power could not break through but which would question His supremely perfect being if God, despite this rejection, wanted to bestow on the imperfect being what perfection presupposes. The debt must first be paid, the being must recognize its guilt and seek to restore the state in which it originally found itself. For justice cannot be eliminated. The creature's happiness can therefore only take place in a state of divine order, and happiness means 'being permeated by divine strength of love', it means that divine strength of love flows into the being, which is now also able to create and shape itself for its own happiness.... But it is extremely difficult for the being which once rejected God's strength of love to enter the state of divine order again, because in the lack of strength resulting from the rebellion against God it also lacks the strength to change itself again, and therefore it would have to eternally remain in the voluntarily striven for wretched state if it were dependent on the being itself to return into the state of divine order. Alone, without help, it is no longer able to do so, for the guilt was too great and the depth abysmal into which it fell through this guilt.... God's love and mercy, in turn, was so great that He wanted to provide this help for the beings which had fallen away from Him.... But His love could not simply cancel a guilt because His justice did not allow for this. He had to demand an atonement and the debt had to be paid.... And because the debt was immense and the beings themselves would never have been able to pay it off in their weakness and darkness, a supreme being of light offered to pay the debt on behalf of God so that God would become righteous and His love could give itself away again.... The being of light wanted to make a sacrifice to God which, however, also corresponded to this great guilt. It wanted to make use of God's strength of love in order to be able to carry out a work of mercy as a 'human being' which was intended to bring redemption to all fallen beings.... It wanted to divest Itself of Its strength and light, take on a human form and now, as a self-weak being, walk an excruciatingly difficult earthly path with the aim of sacrificing Itself, of giving Its life for Its fallen brothers.... And it only wanted to make use of God's strength of love for this purpose, it wanted to bring love within itself to its highest development and thus exemplify a life of love to people which earned it God's strength of love, which resulted in 'eternal love' completely filling it, that it took possession of the body of the man Jesus and thus it was now also possible for it to suffer the most dreadful death on the cross and to atone for guilt through its suffering and death.... And God accepted the sacrifice, His love was willing to make even the compensation by Himself which God's justice demanded.... The guilt was therefore redeemed by Jesus, in Whom God embodied Himself, because love.... which is God.... completely filled the human being Jesus and thus the 'human being' deified himself, i.e. united with God, thus became one with Him. Every once fallen being must strive for this deification and make it its aim, and since deification can only be achieved through the irradiation of divine strength of love, the fallen being must therefore live a life of love in the human stage, through which it enters into intimate union with God and thus the divine order is also restored.... (9/23/1957) And because people are without realization until the divine light of love illuminates them, they have been given the commandments of love for God and neighbour, the fulfilment of which earns them that light of love.... And they should also know why this commandment is the most important commandment, they should know that only love can lead to union with God and that union with God also means divinization, the establishment of the original state where everything moves in the law of eternal order and can now also use the strength flowing to it from God in love and wisdom.... in the will of God, which is now also the will of the being. Love is therefore the fundamental law.... But the human being is still weak and darkened in spirit as long as he stands outside of divine order, as long as he still lives under the burden of original sin. And so long he will hardly perform works of neighbourly love. But the knowledge that Jesus Christ's act of salvation has also been accomplished for him can cause him to call upon Him, he can mentally occupy himself with Him even if he is not fully convinced of His spiritual mission.... And every thought of Him in good will is already a bond which has a beneficial effect. For the divine redeemer Himself already thereby gains influence on the human being's soul. And everything else merely depends on whether the human being allows himself to be determined by this influence or not. But the influence consists of stimulating the human being into loving activity, for Jesus Christ will do the same as He did on earth as the human being Jesus: He will only ever point to love, because this is the principle of divine order, thus love has to be practiced without fail in order to first reach a degree of enlightenment which then determines the human being to seriously seek unity with God.... And thus even people who know nothing about Jesus Christ and His act of salvation can attain this degree of enlightenment if only they live in love. For a spark of love is placed in every person's heart.... Thus a person only needs to be willing to love because the ability to love exists as a divine gift of grace. The human being can remedy the weakness which burdens him through original sin through loving activity, because Jesus Christ died for all people, because He accomplished the act of salvation for all people. These people have entered the divine order through their willingness to love, and if the knowledge of Jesus Christ is conveyed to them they will also grasp it and enter into conscious contact with Him, to Whom they had already unconsciously united through love.... But the realization will come to them in a flash when they leave earthly life, and therefore they can be considered redeemed because the soul pushes towards Jesus Christ by virtue of its love.... Every person is able to practice love.... because God does not completely abandon a person to His adversary and because the human being's will is also influenced from a good spiritual side.... But the weakness of will is often so great that he needs help, which will certainly be given to him through the call of Jesus Christ. But where the knowledge of Jesus Christ has not yet been conveyed to the human being, the forces of light are constantly endeavouring to stimulate people into a life of love, and the knowledge can also reach them through inner enlightenment, no matter in which form it is offered to them. But they will learn to believe in a God who is inclined towards them in love and mercy.... And if they consciously surrender to Him they will also be released from their past guilt, they will be freed from the power which kept them bound, because eternal love Itself loosens the chains of the being which practices love and thereby joins It again in free will....

La motivazione dell’Opera di Redenzione di Gesù Cristo

I Comandamenti dell’amore per Dio e per il prossimo sono la cosa primaria nell’esistenza umana, perché quando vengono osservati, è adempiuto il senso e lo scopo della vita terrena, ed allora è ristabilito anche l’Ordine divino, che una volta era stato rovesciato. Il Piano di Salvezza di Dio punta ora solamente sul ristabilimento dell’Ordine divino, e tutto il Suo Agire ed Operare è soltanto rivolto a questo, perché lo stato del Ordine è divino e perché tutto il divino è anche indescrivibilmente beato. Dio come l’Eterno Amore vorrà sempre soltanto rendere felice, ma rispetto il Suo Essere perfetto il rendere felici le Sue creature non può mai aver luogo al di fuori della Giustizia. Quindi Lui può rendere felice solamente qualcosa divino e di perfetto, come corrisponde al Suo Amore, perché l’imperfetto è colpevole nella sua costituzione, perché nella libera volontà ha rinunciato alla perfezione, quindi ha disdegnato anche liberamente la felicità beata. Questa era una colpa, che ha posto una barriera nell’Amore di Dio che voleva rendere felice, certo non una barriera che la Potenza di Dio non avesse potuto spezzare, che però metterebbe in dubbio il Suo Essere più sublimemente perfetto, se Dio volesse donare qualcosa all’essere imperfetto malgrado il suo rifiuto, cosa che premette la Perfezione. Dapprima dev’essere pareggiata la colpa, l’essere deve riconoscere la sua colpa e cercare di ristabilire di nuovo lo stato in cui si trovava primordialmente, perché la Giustizia non può essere esclusa. Il rendere felice la creatura può quindi aver luogo solamente nello stato dell’Ordine divino e rendere felice significa “Irradiare con la divina Forza d’Amore”, significa, che la Forza divina dell’Amore fluisce nell’essere, che ora è anche capace attivarsi in modo creativo e formativo per la sua propria felicità. Ma per l’essere che una volta ha respinto la Forza d’Amore di Dio, è smisuratamente difficile rientrare nello stato dell’Ordine divino, perché attraverso la mancanza di Forza subentrata tramite la ribellione contro Dio gli manca anche la Forza di cambiare di nuovo e perciò dovrebbe rimanere eternamente nello stato miserevole a cui ha teso liberamente, se dipendesse dall’essere stesso di ritornare nello stato dell’Ordine divino. Soltanto, senza Aiuto non ne è più in grado, perché la colpa era così grande e l’abisso, nel quale era caduto attraverso questa colpa, era senza fondo. L’Amore e la Misericordia di Dio era ora nuovamente così grande, che voleva prestare questo Aiuto dall’essere caduto da Lui. Ma il Suo Amore non poteva semplicemente cancellare una colpa, perché questo non lo permetteva la Sua Giustizia. Doveva pretendere un’espiazione e la colpa doveva essere pagata. E dato che la colpa era incommensurabilmente grande e gli esseri stessi non l’avrebbero mai potuto rimettere nella loro debolezza ed oscurità, Si è offerto un Essere di Luce più sublime, di estinguere in modo sostitutivo la colpa, affinché a Dio venisse data Giustizia ed il Suo amore ora potesse di nuovo donarSi. L’Essere di Luce voleva portare un Sacrificio a Dio, che però corrispondeva anche a quella grande colpa. Per questo voleva approfittare della Forza d’Amore di Dio, per poter eseguire come “Uomo” un’Opera di Misericordia, che doveva portare la Redenzione a tutto l’essenziale caduto. Voleva privare Sé Stesso della Sua Forza e della Sua Luce, assumere una forma umana ed ora percorrere, come Essere Lui Stesso debole, un percorso terreno terribilmente difficile con la meta di Sacrificare Sé Stesso, di dare la Sua Vita per i Suoi fratelli caduti. Egli si voleva servire per questo soltanto della forza d’Amore di Dio voleva portare al più sublime sviluppo l’Amore in Sé e quindi vivere per gli uomini una vita d’amore come esempio, che Gli procurava la Forza d’Amore di Dio, che aveva per conseguenza che “l’Eterno Amore” Lo colmava totalmente, che prendeva possesso del Corpo dell’Uomo Gesù ed ora gli era anche possibile di subire l’atroce morte sulla Croce e di espiare la colpa attraverso la Sua sofferenza e morte. E Dio accettò il Sacrificio, il Suo Amore era disposto a creare Lui Stesso il pareggio, che esigeva la Giustizia di Dio. La colpa è quindi stata estinta da Gesù, nel Quale Dio Stesso Si incorporava, perché l’Amore che E’ Dio, colmava totalmente l’Uomo Gesù e di conseguenza “l’Uomo” Si è divinizzato, cioè Si E’ unito con Dio, E’ quindi diventato Uno con Lui. A questa Divinizzazione deve ora tendere ogni essere caduto e averla come meta, e dato che la Divinizzazione può essere raggiunta solamente tramite l’Irradiazione della Forza divina dell’Amore, allora l’essere caduto nello stadio come uomo deve condurre una vita d’amore, con cui ora entra in intima unione con Dio e con ciò è anche ristabilito l’Ordine divino. E dato che gli uomini sono così a lungo senza conoscenza, finché li illumina la divina Luce d’Amore, a loro sono stati dati i Comandamenti dell’amore per Dio e per il prossimo, il cui adempimento procura loro quella Luce d’Amore. Devono anche sapere, perché questo Comandamento è predominante, devono sapere, che soltanto l’amore più condurre all’unificazione con Dio e che questa significa anche la Divinizzazione, il ristabilimento dello stato primordiale, dove tutto si muoveva nella Legge dell’eterno Ordine e che può ora anche utilizzare nell’amore e nella sapienza la Forza di Dio che ora gli affluisce, nella Volontà di Dio, che adesso è anche la volontà dell’essere. Perciò l’amore è la Legge di Base. Ma l’uomo è ancora debole e di spirito oscurato finché si trova al di fuori dell’Ordine divino, finché cammina ancora sotto il peso del peccato ur. E fino ad allora difficilmente svolgerà delle opere d’amore per il prossimo. Ma il sapere che l’Opera di Redenzione di Gesù Cristo è stata compiuta anche per lui, lo può indurre ad invocarLo, può occuparsi mentalmente con Lui, persino quando non è pienamente convinto della Sua Missione spirituale. Ogni pensiero rivolto a Lui nella buona volontà è già un legame, che ha l’effetto benefico, perché il divino Redentore Stesso con ciò conquista già l’influenza sull’anima dell’uomo. Tutto il resto dipende semplicemente dal fatto, se l’uomo si lascia ora determinare o no da questa influenza. L’influenza però consiste nel fatto, di stimolare l’uomo all’agire nell’amore, perché Gesù Cristo farà lo stesso ciò che Egli ha fatto come l’Uomo Gesù sulla Terra: indicare sempre soltanto l’amore, perché questo è il principio dell’Ordine divino, quindi l’amore deve assolutamente essere esercitato, per giungere intanto ad un grado di illuminazione, che determina poi l’uomo a cercare seriamente l’unificazione con Dio. Questo grado d’illuminazione lo possono quindi raggiungere anche degli uomini che non sanno nulla di Gesù Cristo e della Sua Opera di Redenzione, se soltanto vivono nell’amore, perché in ogni cuore d’uomo è posta una scintilla d’amore. Quindi un uomo deve soltanto essere volenteroso d’amare, perché esiste la capacità d’amare come Dono di Grazia divina. L’uomo può eliminare con l’agire d’amore la debolezza aggravante che è sorta dal peccato ur, perché Gesù Cristo E’ morto per tutti gli uomini, perché Egli ha compiuto l’Opera di Redenzione per tutti gli uomini. Questi uomini sono entrati nell’Ordine divino tramite la loro volontà d’amare, e se a loro viene guidato il sapere su Gesù Cristo, allora lo afferreranno anche ed entrano coscientemente in contatto con Colui con il Quale si erano inconsapevolmente uniti tramite l’amore. Ma a loro verrà fulmineamente la conoscenza quando abbandonano la vita terrena e perciò possono valere come redenti, perché l’anima spinge verso Gesù Cristo grazie al loro amore. Per ogni uomo è possibile esercitare l’amore, perché Dio non lascia nessun uomo totalmente al Suo avversario e perché sulla volontà dell’uomo viene agito anche dalla parte spirituale buona. Ma sovente la debolezza di volontà è così grande, che ha bisogno d’Aiuto, che gli viene certamente prestato tramite l’invocazione di Gesù Cristo. Ma dove il sapere su Gesù Cristo non è stato ancora guidato all’uomo, là le Forze della Luce si adoperano costantemente, per stimolare gli uomini ad una vita nell’amore ed anche là può giungere il sapere tramite un’illuminazione interiore, non importa, in quale forma gli venga offerto. Ma impareranno a credere in un Dio il Quale Si china su loro nell’Amore e nella Misericordia. E se si danno coscientemente a Lui, allora anche loro avranno la Redenzione dalla loro colpa di una volta, diventeranno liberi dal potere che li teneva legati, perché l’Eterno Amore Stesso scioglie le catene dall’essere che esercita l’amore e con ciò si unisce di nuovo con Lui nella libera volontà.
