Spiritual arrogance of the leaders....

Spiritual arrogance does not let people accept the truth which is offered to them by Me through you. They certainly feel the divine in it but take offence at the messenger and don't want to submit to him. Consequently, the pure truth has no effect on people which they should recognize by virtue of their ability to judge, yet they cannot reject the truth in their hearts because they feel its effect as increased knowledge and comprehensibility of that which was previously incomprehensible to them. Thus they take possession of the truth, which they utilize, but do not recognize it as such towards their fellow human beings.... they are untrue to themselves.... This is a gross sin, because against their better knowledge they reject the most precious thing that can be offered to them. And yet I must tell you that you are right to speak without shyness where it is possible. The truth can also be spread as a supposed error by first being brought to people's attention in an adversarial sense, whereupon the individual's thinking activity kicks in and he can then accept or reject it of his own free will and reach his decision according to his way of life.... But how blind are men in spirit, and what will-o'-the-wisp do they follow....

(29.8.1948) They defy every right direction of their gaze and feel comfortable in darkness, and I am unable to do anything where such open resistance is offered. As soon as the veil falls from their eyes they will clearly recognize the error and blindness of those who only go through earthly life as followers and don't care about the path they have taken. And that is why the leaders should choose the right path, for they bear a great responsibility for all who follow them. But if someone who knows the way gives them hints, because he sees that the chosen path leads away from the aim, the leaders should not pass by loftily and look down on the one advising them; they should recognize the help from above and accept it gratefully. Great things are preparing themselves, and people will then questioningly follow the effects which, without knowledge, remain incomprehensible to them. I want to bring you clarification but you don't listen to it, I want to light a little light for you because of the coming events, for it will become very dark around you, a darkness will envelop you which only My light from the heavens can penetrate. And you try to extinguish the light, you don't take pleasure in its glow, although you see the light and cannot render its rays ineffective.... You put it under a bushel and no-one takes pleasure in it, no-one can delight in it.... and yet it is a light from the heavens.... But I have warned you and offered you My love.... But you are free in your will, thought and action, I show you the way but do not force you to go it....

Arrogância espiritual dos líderes....

A arrogância espiritual não permite que as pessoas aceitem a verdade que lhes é oferecida por Mim através de vós. Sentem certamente o divino nele, mas ofendem-se com o mensageiro e não querem submeter-se a ele. Consequentemente, a verdade pura não tem qualquer efeito sobre as pessoas que elas deveriam reconhecer em virtude da sua capacidade de julgar, mas não podem rejeitar a verdade nos seus corações porque sentem o seu efeito como um aumento do conhecimento e da compreensibilidade daquilo que anteriormente lhes era incompreensível. Assim, tomam posse da verdade, que utilizam, mas não a reconhecem como tal para com os seus semelhantes.... são falsas para si próprias.... Isto é um pecado grave, porque contra o seu melhor conhecimento rejeitam o que de mais precioso lhes pode ser oferecido. E no entanto devo dizer-lhe que tem razão em falar sem timidez onde isso é possível. A verdade também pode ser difundida como um suposto erro ao ser primeiro levada à atenção das pessoas num sentido adversário, em que a actividade de pensamento do indivíduo é desencadeada e ele pode então aceitá-la ou rejeitá-la de livre vontade e chegar à sua decisão de acordo com o seu modo de vida.... Mas quão cegos são os homens em espírito, e o que é que eles seguem.... (8/29/1948) Desafiam toda a direcção correcta do seu olhar e sentem-se confortáveis na escuridão, e eu não sou capaz de fazer nada onde essa resistência aberta é oferecida. Assim que o véu lhes cair dos olhos, reconhecerão claramente o erro e a cegueira daqueles que só passam pela vida terrena como seguidores e não se importam com o caminho que tomaram. E é por isso que os líderes devem escolher o caminho certo, pois têm uma grande responsabilidade para com todos os que os seguem. Mas se alguém que conhece o caminho lhes dá pistas, porque vê que o caminho escolhido afasta-se do objectivo, os líderes não devem passar por ele e olhar para baixo para aquele que os aconselha; devem reconhecer a ajuda de cima e aceitá-la com gratidão. Grandes coisas estão a preparar-se, e as pessoas irão então questionar os efeitos que, sem conhecimento, permanecem incompreensíveis para elas. Quero trazer-vos esclarecimentos mas não os escutais, quero iluminar-vos um pouco por causa dos acontecimentos que se avizinham, pois tornar-se-á muito escuro à vossa volta, uma escuridão envolver-vos-á que só a Minha luz dos céus pode penetrar. E tenta-se apagar a luz, não se tem prazer no seu brilho, embora se veja a luz e não se possa tornar os seus raios ineficazes.... Coloca-se debaixo de um alqueire e ninguém tem prazer nele, ninguém pode deleitar-se com ele.... e no entanto é uma luz dos céus.... Mas eu avisei-vos e ofereci-vos o Meu amor.... Mas é livre na sua vontade, pensamento e acção, eu mostro-lhe o caminho mas não o obrigo a ir...._>Ámen
