Teacher responsibility.... truth....

The person who offers to impart spiritual knowledge to his fellow human being takes upon himself an immense responsibility, for he is then not responsible for his fellow human being's earthly life but for that of the soul, which is immortal, which can attain eternal life through its will if the right knowledge is imparted but can also fall prey to spiritual death if error is imparted. And therefore the one who wants to teach must first stand in the truth in order to be able to spread it.... he himself must know about the great danger that spreading false teachings means for the soul. And he must know and also fulfill all preconditions which guarantee him the pure truth. God Himself imparts this knowledge to him if he is of serious will. He instructs him in the most comprehensible way as soon as it is His will to bring the truth to his fellow human beings for the salvation of their souls. But he must also be aware of the responsible task he has taken on so that he constantly strives for the pure truth in order to be able to receive it. Thus the human being must carry out his ministry fully consciously, he must be so moved by the truth himself that he is urged to pass it on to his fellow human beings, he must not become lukewarm and lethargic because this would weaken his desire for truth and thus signify danger. The person who wants to teach has, so to speak, the spiritual fate of those who receive knowledge from him in his hands, and he must remain mindful of this during his teaching activity. That is why the conviction must first take root in his heart, he must himself penetrate so deeply into the truth that he can also represent it fully and completely to his fellow human beings. And only this state enables him to work for God, and it is the result of a will fully turned towards God. Through unconditional devotion to God he will now change himself such that he can become the bearer of light, of pure truth from God. The will must emanate from the human being himself, then he will also receive the strength from God to put the will into action. Thus the human being who has the salvation of his fellow human beings' souls at heart will also be able to help them, he will be able to teach them by imparting the spiritual knowledge to himself which he can then pass on. The teaching activity should not be understood as a profession in the earthly sense, but in complete unselfishness fellow human beings should be offered what God has previously offered to the teacher himself, he should only be driven by love for God and for his neighbor, for the unredeemed human being, and this will only be the case if he himself knows about the human being's task on earth, that is, if he has been qualified to receive the truth from God through his own God-pleasing way of life and a will completely subordinate to God. Then he will take his teaching ministry seriously and only strive to expand his knowledge in order to pass it on to his fellow human beings unchanged. Then he will also be aware of his responsibility and seriously strive for truth of his own accord, and then he can also safely impart the spiritual knowledge he has received to those who desire it, he can teach love to those who are still ignorant and thereby guide them onto the right path which leads to God, to eternal life. And therefore only the human being who knows no other goal than to serve God and who reveals this to Him through his constant will to receive spiritual possessions, who therefore constantly and permanently maintains the connection with God and is now introduced by Him into the right knowledge, into the truth from God....

La responsabilité de l'enseignant – la Vérité

L'homme assume une énorme responsabilité en transmettant au prochain le savoir spirituel, parce qu'il n’en porte alors pas la responsabilité pour sa vie terrestre, mais pour celle de l'âme, qui est impérissable, parce qu'avec la transmission du juste savoir on peut conquérir par sa volonté la Vie éternelle, mais avec la transmission de l'erreur il peut aussi tomber dans la mort spirituelle. Et donc celui qui veut enseigner, doit d'abord se trouver dans la Vérité pour pouvoir la répandre, il doit aussi savoir le grand danger que signifie pour l'âme la diffusion de doctrines erronées. Et donc il doit connaître et même s'acquitter de toutes les conditions préalables qui lui garantissent la pure Vérité. Dieu Lui-Même lui confère ce savoir, s'il est de volonté sérieuse. Il l'instruit de la manière la plus compréhensible, dès que c’est sa volonté de porter au prochain la Vérité pour le salut de leur âme. Mais il doit aussi se rendre compte de la responsabilité de la tâche qu’il a prise sur lui, pour qu'il tende continuellement à la pure Vérité, pour pouvoir maintenant aussi la recevoir. Donc l'homme doit exécuter sa fonction pleinement conscient, la Vérité doit le pousser à la donner au prochain, il ne doit pas devenir tiède ni paresseux, parce que cela affaiblit son désir pour la Vérité et donc signifie un danger. Celui qui veut enseigner a pour ainsi dire en main le sort animique de ceux qui accueillent de lui le savoir, et il doit se rendre compte de cela pendant son activité d'enseignant. Donc d'abord la conviction doit prendre des racines dans son cœur, lui-même doit pénétrer profondément dans la Vérité de sorte qu’il puisse la soutenir pleinement même dans ses rapports avec le prochain. Et seulement cet état le rend capable d'agir pour Dieu et est la conséquence d'une volonté totalement tournée vers Dieu. Au moyen d’un dévouement inconditionnel à Dieu il changera maintenant de sorte qu’il puisse devenir un porteur de la Lumière, de la pure Vérité de Dieu. La volonté doit procéder de l'homme lui-même, alors la Force de Dieu lui arrive pour transformer la volonté en action. Donc l'homme qui a à cœur le salut de l’âme du prochain, sera aussi en mesure de l'aider, il sera en mesure de l'instruire pendant qu'à lui même il est transmis le bien spirituel que maintenant il peut apporter aux autres. L'activité d'enseignant ne doit pas être considérée comme une profession dans le sens terrestre, mais l'homme doit offrir au prochain dans un complet désintéressement ce que Dieu Lui-Même lui a offert, il doit être poussé seulement par l'amour pour Dieu et pour le prochain, pour l'homme non sauvé, à être actif dans l'enseignement, et cela sera ensuite seulement le cas lorsque lui-même connaît la tâche de l'homme sur la Terre, lorsqu’il a été rendu digne par son chemin de vie complaisant à Dieu et sa volonté totalement soumise à Dieu, de recevoir de Lui la Vérité. Alors il peut prendre sérieusement sa fonction d'enseignement et tendre seulement à augmenter son savoir, pour le donner au prochain sans modification. Alors il sera aussi conscient de sa responsabilité et tendra à la Vérité tout seul lui-même, et alors il pourra transmettre sans préoccupation le bien spirituel reçu à ceux qui le désirent, il pourra enseigner l'amour à ceux qui sont encore ignorants et les guider avec cela sur la voie qui mène à Dieu, à la Vie éternelle. Et donc seulement l’homme qui n’a pas d’autre but que de servir Dieu et de L'annoncer au moyen de sa constante volonté de recevoir du bien spirituel peut être considéré comme enseignant, il doit maintenir toujours et continuellement le contact avec Dieu et maintenant il est introduit par Lui dans le juste savoir, dans la Vérité de Dieu.
