Teacher responsibility.... truth....

The person who offers to impart spiritual knowledge to his fellow human being takes upon himself an immense responsibility, for he is then not responsible for his fellow human being's earthly life but for that of the soul, which is immortal, which can attain eternal life through its will if the right knowledge is imparted but can also fall prey to spiritual death if error is imparted. And therefore the one who wants to teach must first stand in the truth in order to be able to spread it.... he himself must know about the great danger that spreading false teachings means for the soul. And he must know and also fulfill all preconditions which guarantee him the pure truth. God Himself imparts this knowledge to him if he is of serious will. He instructs him in the most comprehensible way as soon as it is His will to bring the truth to his fellow human beings for the salvation of their souls. But he must also be aware of the responsible task he has taken on so that he constantly strives for the pure truth in order to be able to receive it. Thus the human being must carry out his ministry fully consciously, he must be so moved by the truth himself that he is urged to pass it on to his fellow human beings, he must not become lukewarm and lethargic because this would weaken his desire for truth and thus signify danger. The person who wants to teach has, so to speak, the spiritual fate of those who receive knowledge from him in his hands, and he must remain mindful of this during his teaching activity. That is why the conviction must first take root in his heart, he must himself penetrate so deeply into the truth that he can also represent it fully and completely to his fellow human beings. And only this state enables him to work for God, and it is the result of a will fully turned towards God. Through unconditional devotion to God he will now change himself such that he can become the bearer of light, of pure truth from God. The will must emanate from the human being himself, then he will also receive the strength from God to put the will into action. Thus the human being who has the salvation of his fellow human beings' souls at heart will also be able to help them, he will be able to teach them by imparting the spiritual knowledge to himself which he can then pass on. The teaching activity should not be understood as a profession in the earthly sense, but in complete unselfishness fellow human beings should be offered what God has previously offered to the teacher himself, he should only be driven by love for God and for his neighbor, for the unredeemed human being, and this will only be the case if he himself knows about the human being's task on earth, that is, if he has been qualified to receive the truth from God through his own God-pleasing way of life and a will completely subordinate to God. Then he will take his teaching ministry seriously and only strive to expand his knowledge in order to pass it on to his fellow human beings unchanged. Then he will also be aware of his responsibility and seriously strive for truth of his own accord, and then he can also safely impart the spiritual knowledge he has received to those who desire it, he can teach love to those who are still ignorant and thereby guide them onto the right path which leads to God, to eternal life. And therefore only the human being who knows no other goal than to serve God and who reveals this to Him through his constant will to receive spiritual possessions, who therefore constantly and permanently maintains the connection with God and is now introduced by Him into the right knowledge, into the truth from God....

Responsabilidad de los que enseñan.... Verdad....

Quien se ofrece a impartir conocimiento espiritual a sus semejantes asuma una enorme responsabilidad, porque entonces no es responsable de su vida terrenal, sino la del alma, que es imperecedera y que prospera cuando se le imparte el conocimiento adecuado puede lograr la vida eterna a través de su voluntad, pero también puede caer en la muerte espiritual si se imparte el error. Y es por eso que la persona que quiere enseñar debe primero estar en la verdad para poder difundirla.... él mismo debe saber del gran peligro que significa para el alma la difusión de herejías. Y debe conocer y cumplir todos los requisitos previos que le garantizan la verdad pura....

Dios Mismo le imparte este conocimiento si se lo toma en serio. Le enseña de la manera más comprensible, en cuanto es su voluntad llevar la verdad a sus semejantes para la salvación de sus almas. Pero también debe ser consciente de la tarea responsable que ha asumido, de modo que se esfuerce constantemente sólo por la verdad pura para poder recibirla. Por lo tanto, la persona debe desempeñar su oficio con plena conciencia, debe dejar llevarse por la verdad de tal manera que le impulse a transmitirla a sus semejantes, no debe volverse tibio y perezoso porque esto debilita su deseo por la verdad y por lo tanto representa un peligro. La persona que quiere enseñar tiene en sus manos, por así decirlo, el destino mental de quienes reciben el conocimiento de él, y esto debe tenerlo presente durante su actividad docente.

Por eso la convicción debe primero arraigar en su corazón; él mismo debe penetrar tan profundamente en la verdad que pueda representarla plenamente ante sus semejantes. Y es este estado el que le permite trabajar para Dios, y este es el resultado de una voluntad completamente dirigida hacia Dios. A través de su devoción incondicional a Dios, ahora cambiará de tal manera que podrá convertirse en portador de la luz, la verdad pura de Dios. La voluntad debe venir de la persona misma, entonces Dios le da la fuerza de poner su voluntad en acción.

Así la persona que se preocupa por la salvación del alma de sus semejantes también será capaz para ayudarlos; será capaz para transmitirles el bien espiritual que él mismo ha recibido. La actividad docente no debe ser vista como una profesión en el sentido terrenal, sino que, con total desinterés, se debe ofrecer al prójimo lo que Dios mismo previamente ofreció al que quiere enseñar: sólo amor a Dios y al prójimo, a la persona no redimida, se le debe ofrecer el impulso de ser activo en la enseñanza, y esto sólo será así sí él mismo sabe de la tarea del hombre en la tierra, es decir, si ha sido honrado por su estilo de vida agradable a Dios y una voluntad completamente subordinada a Dios, de recibir la verdad de Dios.

Entonces toma en serio su puesto de profesor y sólo se esfuerza por ampliar sus conocimientos para transmitirlos sin cambios a sus semejantes. Entonces también será consciente de su responsabilidad y se esforzará fervientemente por la verdad por sí mismo, y entonces también podrá impartir con seguridad los bienes espirituales que él ha recibido a quienes los deseen, podrá enseñar el amor a quienes aún son ignorantes y, a través de esto guiarles al camino correcto que conduce a Dios, a la vida eterna. Y es por eso que sólo puede ser considerado maestro la persona que no conoce otro objetivo que servir a Dios y que se Lo hace saber a través de su constante voluntad de recibir bienes espirituales, quien por lo tanto siempre y constantemente mantiene la conexión con Dios, y ahora será introducido por Él al conocimiento correcto, a la verdad de Dios....
