Prayers for souls in the beyond which had not acquired love on earth....

An unredeemed soul's path of suffering is impossible to describe to people, and yet they should know that it must endure an inconceivably hopeless state because this knowledge is intended to impel people into helpfully supporting such souls, hence they are constantly admonished not to forget these souls. They will thank those people a thousand fold who ease their agony by praying for them. Souls in the beyond which leave people behind on earth with whom they were lovingly connected have an advantage compared to those which did not acquire love for themselves on earth. Loving thoughts and devout wishes follow the former, or such souls receive strength through heartfelt prayer, which can substantially improve their situation. Every loving thought is soothingly experienced by the souls and awakens love again, which then will manifest itself towards equally suffering souls. However, souls which lived without love on earth must starve and suffer unspeakably. They are quickly forgotten or they are only thought of unkindly, and this has appalling consequences on their state in the beyond. Every kind thought of people on earth for the souls in the beyond alleviates their torments, every bad thought increases them and the souls themselves are unable to defend themselves or enforce people's love for them.

Now the soul is perceptively affected by love or heartlessness which either ease or impede its struggle towards ascent. Souls which entirely lack people's love on earth have to completely depend on themselves in utterly dark surroundings and suffer indescribable hardship. These souls should be particularly considered on earth in prayer so that they, too, feel the blessing of intercession, so that they feel the strength of love within themselves and thus an inner change takes place. For as soon as a loving thought fleetingly touches such lonely souls they notice it and turn towards the place of origin of this thought, they come close to the person who mercifully thought of them and observe him and his characteristics, his actions and his train of thought. They will never harass a person who is good to them either, although they themselves are rarely capable of good feelings. Yet they dwell on the reason why their state of suffering eases when they are close to these people and they sense noticeable relief through the prayer on behalf of the struggling souls in darkness. And they learn to recognise that love is the only means for improving their situation. And once the soul has gained this realisation then it will also become gentle and helpful towards other souls and they will have escaped the bitterest hardship. People on earth would be able to redeem infinitely many souls from their hardship if they tried to imagine the helplessness of these souls. For if they feel a spark of love within themselves their great suffering should move them and arouse their will to help these souls. People should include these poor souls which lack the strength to help themselves in their prayer, they should call upon God for grace and mercy for these souls, they shall give them their love and never think heartlessly of a deceased person so as not to increase his pain. For then the soul will be in great danger of becoming completely hard and every good inclination in it dying.... But the souls should be redeemed and people on earth can contribute an awful lot towards achieving it....

Oração pelas almas no além que não adquiriram amor na terra....

O caminho do sofrimento de uma alma não redimida não pode ser descrito às pessoas e, no entanto, elas devem saber que é um estado inconcebivelmente desolado que ela tem de suportar, e esse conhecimento deve impelir as pessoas a ajudar essas almas, e por isso são repetidamente admoestadas a não se esquecerem dessas almas. Eles agradecem mil vezes às pessoas que os ajudam no seu tormento, rezando por eles. As almas do além que deixam para trás pessoas com as quais estavam unidas no amor, quando deixam a Terra, têm vantagem sobre aquelas que não adquiriram amor na Terra. Os primeiros são seguidos por pensamentos amorosos e desejos piedosos, ou através de oração sincera por essas almas que recebem força e a sua situação pode melhorar consideravelmente como resultado. Todo pensamento amoroso é sentido beneficamente pelas almas e desperta de novo o amor, que depois se expressa às almas igualmente sofredoras. Contudo, aquelas almas que viveram na Terra sem amor têm que sofrer de forma indescritível. Eles são rapidamente esquecidos ou apenas pensados de forma pouco gentil, e isso tem um efeito terrível sobre o seu estado no além. Todo pensamento bom das pessoas na Terra para as almas no além alivia a sua agonia, todo pensamento mau aumenta-o, e as próprias almas não podem defender-se ou forçar o amor das pessoas. Portanto, agora o amor ou a indelicadeza tem um efeito tangível e torna a luta da alma para cima mais fácil ou mais difícil para ela. As almas que têm de prescindir completamente do amor das pessoas terrenas dependem sozinhas de si mesmas no ambiente mais sombrio, e as suas dificuldades são inexprimivelmente grandes. Estas almas devem ser especialmente lembradas na Terra em oração, para que também elas sintam a bênção da intercessão, para que sintam a força do amor em si mesmas e assim se produza uma mudança nelas. Pois, assim que um pensamento amoroso toca essas almas solitárias, elas percebem e se voltam para o lugar de origem desse pensamento, aproximam-se da pessoa que misericordiosamente pensou nelas e observam a ele e à sua natureza, suas ações e sua linha de pensamento. Eles também nunca oprimirão uma pessoa que lhes faz o bem, mesmo que eles próprios sejam capazes de poucos impulsos bons. Mas eles ponderam a causa disso, que o seu estado de sofrimento diminui nas proximidades dessas pessoas e que eles sentem alívio tangível através da oração pelas almas que lutam nas trevas. E eles aprendem a reconhecer que o amor é o único meio de melhorar a sua situação. E, uma vez que a alma tenha ganho essa realização, ela também se tornará macia e disposta a ajudar outras almas, e terá escapado às mais amargas provações. As pessoas na Terra podem libertar infinitamente muitas almas das suas adversidades, se tentarem imaginar a impotência dessas almas. Pois se eles sentem uma centelha de amor dentro de si mesmos, o grande sofrimento deve ir ao seu coração e estimular a sua vontade de ajudar essas almas. As pessoas devem incluir estas pobres almas nas suas orações que não têm forças para se ajudar a si mesmas, devem invocar a Deus por misericórdia e graça para estas almas, devem voltar o seu amor para elas e nunca se lembrarem de uma pessoa falecida em indelicadeza, para não aumentar a sua agonia. Pois então a alma corre o maior perigo de se tornar completamente endurecida e cada bom impulso nela morrerá..... Mas as almas serão redimidas, e as pessoas na Terra podem contribuir com uma quantia indescritível para esta...._>Amém
