Influx of spiritual power.... maturity....

Hear the divine voice: Access to everything spiritual opens up for you humans from the hour you cultivate love within yourselves and thus already work spiritually. For love, which is truly unselfish, is spiritual work in itself, and so it also increases in itself through every new act of love, and therefore the man, who is active in love, will reach spiritual maturity, because all mature spiritual unites itself as it were with a loving earth child and therefore also increases spiritual power. If the influx of spiritual strength expresses itself during the time of earthly existence, then such an earthly existence has truly not been lived in vain, for it has already brought about the union with the spiritual, and thus the state of maturity must be assured where the union with the spiritual constantly takes place. If you humans at all times seek to unite yourselves with what is good, then the human being must naturally also be willing to do what he regocnizes as good.... He cannot strive for something whose possession does not seem valuable to him, and he will therefore only desire what is truly his innermost need.... And if he loves unselfishly, he will inevitably be drawn to God.... He is drawn to all spiritual power, the source of which is the eternal deity.... And he desires everything divine from the bottom of his heart and thus, as it were, demands spiritual power. He wants to increase within himself the desire for God, the love for God and all good strength, because this helps him to approach the eternal deity, and thus his plea and supplication is always turned towards God.... And the earthly child's desire grows the more intimately it devotes itself to God, for it is seized by spiritual strength. It is a perpetual overflow of this into the heart of the earthly child, which is therefore lovingly active, and it can therefore never be abandoned by good spiritual strength, since it continuously connects itself with this through every spiritual thought, through every spiritual conversation and through the very contact with God through heartfelt prayer. Prayer in itself already conveys an influx of spiritual strength to an indescribable degree, for when a person prays, he opens his heart to every gift of grace from above.... he implores God for strength and is therefore also the recipient of this strength, since he is willing to accept help from God. And thus the spirit constantly increases, and this results in spiritual maturity, for the human being, who constantly requests spirit from God, must also mature to the same extent, after all, he avails himself of divine grace which makes his path on earth an easy one....

Aanvoer van geestelijke kracht – Staat van rijpheid

Hoor de goddelijke stem: De toegang tot al het geestelijke opent zich voor jullie vanaf het moment, dat jullie de liefde beoefenen en dus al geestelijk werken. Want de liefde, die werkelijk onbaatzuchtig is, is al geestelijk werk op zich. En zo neemt ze ook in zichzelf door elke nieuwe daad van liefde toe en daarom zal de mens, die in de liefde werkzaam is, tot geestelijke rijpheid komen, omdat al het rijpe geestelijke zich als het ware met een mensenkind verbindt, dat in liefde werkzaam is en dus ook de geestelijke kracht vergroot.

Wanneer in de tijd van het bestaan op aarde de aanvoer van geestelijke kracht zich uit, dan is zo’n bestaan op aarde niet tevergeefs geleefd, want het bracht reeds de vereniging met het geestelijke tot stand en dus moet de graad van rijpheid gewaarborgd zijn, waar de vereniging met het geestelijke onophoudelijk plaatsvindt. Als jullie mensen altijd proberen je te verenigen met het goede, dan moet de mens natuurlijk ook bereidwillig zijn te doen, wat hij als goed herkent. Hij kan niet iets nastreven, waarvan het bezit hem niet waardevol lijkt, en hij zal dus alleen maar naar dat verlangen, wat voor hem werkelijk de meest innerlijke behoefte is.

En als hij nu onbaatzuchtig liefheeft, wordt hij onvermijdelijk naar God getrokken. Hij wordt aangetrokken door alle geestelijke kracht, waarvan het uitgangspunt weer de eeuwige Godheid is. En hij verlangt uit het diepste van het hart naar al het goddelijke en eist in zekere zin de geestelijke kracht op. Hij wil het verlangen naar God, de liefde voor God en alle goede krachten in zich vergroten, omdat dit hem helpt om de eeuwige Godheid te naderen en dus is zijn vragen en smeken altijd tot God gericht.

En het verlangen van het mensenkind groeit, naarmate het zich inniger aan God overgeeft, want het wordt gegrepen door geestelijke kracht. Het is een voortdurend overgaan van deze kracht in het hart van het mensenkind, dat dus liefhebbend werkzaam is. En het kan dus nooit door goede geestelijke kracht verlaten worden, omdat het zich voortdurend door elke geestelijke gedachte, door elk geestelijk gesprek en door juist het contact met God door innig gebed met deze kracht verbindt.

Het gebed brengt op zich al toestroom van geestelijke kracht in een onbeschrijflijke hoeveelheid tot stand, want als de mens bidt, opent hij zijn hart voor elke genadeschenking van boven. Hij smeekt God om kracht en is dus ook ontvanger van deze kracht, omdat hij bereidwillig is de hulp van God aan te nemen. En zo vergroot de geest zich voortdurend en dit heeft de rijpheid van de ziel tot gevolg, want de mens, die voortdurend geest uit God vraagt, moet in dezelfde mate ook uitrijpen, want hij bedient zich toch van de goddelijke genade, die zijn weg op aarde tot een gemakkelijk begaanbare weg maakt.
