Shackles of the soul.... state of suffering.... Saulus - Paulus....

The soul's desire is to be released from all suffering, for it is in a fettered state as long as it is still attached to earthly goods. Thus, on the one hand it desires the latter and thus creates the oppressive state for itself, but on the other hand it longs for final liberation and is grateful for every help which applies to the loosening of its fetters. And thus it is always its own will whether it gives in to the desire for earthly good or renounces this.... and accordingly its state will also be more or less free. But once it has perceived how much lighter and freer it feels when it has tamed its desire and voluntarily renounced it, its will is also stronger and it now consciously strives for this freer state, for a visible change is now taking place and the good spiritual forces are now also at its disposal. These seek to increase the soul's striving by presenting all spiritual advantages to the soul and are only ever concerned to weaken the desire for earthly good, for matter, and to keep the sense for spiritual truths awake, and thus a total change can become noticeable, a Saul can become a Paul, and a soul which hitherto indulged in earthly pleasures can renounce all these and now only strive to do justice to the spiritual task. Such a transformation is always the result of a previous spiritual upheaval.... It can be preceded by earthly suffering, but it can also be the sudden realization as a result of a heartfelt prayer which was sent up to the father of the universe by a fellow human being in love for this soul in order to support the soul in the earthly fight.... in fight for life in eternity, for such a prayer was sent up to the heavenly father entirely unselfishly and therefore already has the strength within itself, since love was the motive.... Love must now have a redeeming effect on the earthly child, and the soul feels this very well.... it feels the relief, and now it becomes easier for it to continue on the path it has taken, because it recognizes the benefit and now also becomes active of ist own accord. The soul’s striving will only apply to spiritual life and it will henceforth declare war on all matter, and although it still comes into contact with it far too often as a human being it will now be able to renounce it with a light heart and only live for liberation from its shackles, in the knowledge that this is the greatest necessity and that its life on earth should only apply to this striving....

Grilletes del alma.... Estado de sufrimiento.... Saulo – Paulo....

El deseo del alma es ser aliviado de todo sufrimiento, porque se encuentra en un estado de atadura mientras todavía esté apegada a los bienes terrenales. Entonces, por un lado, anhela lo último y, por lo tanto, así crea el estado opresivo para sí misma, por otro lado, anhela la liberación final y agradece cualquier ayuda destinada a aflojar sus grilletes. Y así es cada vez su propia voluntad, ya sea que se entregue al deseo del bien terrenal o renuncia a ello.... y, en consecuencia, su condición también será más o menos libre.

Pero una vez que ha hecho la percepción cuánto más liviana y libre se siente, cuando ha domesticado su deseo y lo ha renunciado voluntariamente, su voluntad también es más fuerte, y ahora lucha constantemente por este estado más libre, porque ahora se está produciendo un cambio visible, y las buenas fuerzas espirituales ahora también están disponibles para ella. Estas buscan aumentar los esfuerzos del alma presentando todas las ventajas espirituales al alma y siempre tratando solo de debilitar el deseo del bien terrenal, de la materia, y de mantener despierto el sentido para las verdades espirituales, y así una transformación total puede hacerse notable, y un Saulo puede convertirse en un Paulo, y un alma que se entregó anteriormente a los placeres terrenales puede renunciar a todo esto y solo esforzarse por hacer justicia a la tarea espiritual.

Tal transformación es siempre el resultado de un shock mental previo.... El sufrimiento terrenal puede haberlo precedido, pero el reconocimiento repentino también puede ser el resultado de una oración íntima, que fue enviado con amor por esta alma por parte de un semejante al Padre del universo hacia arriba para ayudar al alma en la lucha terrenal.... en la lucha por la vida en la eternidad, porque tal oración fue enviada al Padre Celestial completamente desinteresadamente y por lo tanto ya tiene la fuerza en sí misma, ya que el amor era la motivación....

El amor ahora debe tener un efecto redentor en el niño de la tierra, y el alma lo siente muy bien.... siente el alivio, y ahora se le hace más fácil continuar por el camino que se ha tomado, porque reconoce el beneficio y ahora también se pone activa de su parte. El esfuerzo del alma solo estará dirigida a la vida espiritual, y de ahora en adelante declarará la guerra a toda materia, y aunque como ser humano todavía entra en contacto con esta con demasiada frecuencia, ella ahora podrá renunciar con un corazón ligero y solo vivir para la liberación de sus grilletes, sabiendo que esta es la mayor necesidad y que su vida en la tierra solo debe estar dirigida a este esfuerzo....
