끈기 있게 포도원 일을 하라는 권면.

사람들 가운데 생각의 혼란이 항상 더욱 증가되고 있다. 그들은 항상 더욱 진리로부터 멀어지고 있다. 왜냐면 그들은 전적으로 진리의 원수의 영향 아래 있기 때문이고 그들의 생각이 세상을 향해 있기 때문이다. 이를 통해 그들은 사람들이 진리를 멀리하게 만들려는 어떠한 시도를 하지 않고 가만히 있지 않을 이 세상의 주인에게 복종한다. 그러나 사람들은 자신을 가르치도록 허용하지 않고 그들은 올바르고 공의롭게 살고 있다는 확신을 가지고 있다. 왜냐면 그들이 항상 단지 자신의 이익을 생각하고 그러므로 그들에게 유익을 주는 모든 것을 좋은 것으로 여기기 때문이다. 이런 자세가 그가 진리를 절대로 받을 수 없게 한다. 진리는 세상을 경시하고 단지 영적인 나라를 추구하는 사람의 소유이다. 세상에 감동을 받고 동시에 진리에 감동을 받는 일은 불가능하다. 왜냐면 진리는 세상을 포기하는 일을 요구하기 때문이다.

세상의 재물을 거부하는 일이 단지 사람에게 영적인 재물을 준다. 그러나 사람이 단지 세상 재물을 추구하는 동안에는 그에게 진리가 주어지지 않을 것이다. 또는 그에게 진리가 제공이 되면, 그러할지라도 그는 진리를 진리로 깨닫지 못할 것이고 활용하지 않을 것이다. 그러나 세상에 속한 사람은 진리를 갈망하지 않고 그는 이 땅의 삶을 그에게 편하게 해주는 재물로 만족한다. 그는 죽음 후의 혼의 삶을 생각하지 않고 그의 영의 상태는 더욱 어두워지게 될 것이고 생각은 더욱 오류에 빠지고 그의 혼은 항상 더욱 불행하게 될 것이다.

내가 이제 너희에게 현재의 영적인 어두움의 이유를 말하면, 그러나 이 말은 이 땅의 내 일꾼인 너희가 나와 내 나라를 위한 일을 게을리하라는 의미가 아니다. 너희가 어떠한 성공도 할 수 없는 곳에서 너희 발의 먼지를 털고 계속 가라. 너희는 끈기 있게 내 포도원 일을 해야 한다. 왜냐면 이 일은 헛된 일이 아니고 결국 성공할 것이기 때문이고 어떠한 영적인 일도 쓸모 없는 것이 아니기 때문이다. 너희 자신이 단지 어떤 방식으로 너희 노력의 효과가 나타나는 지를 볼 수 없다.

그러므로 너희는 피곤해지지 말아야 하고 항상 새롭게 내 말씀을 모든 세상에 전파해야 한다. 한 사람이 거부하면, 다음 사람에게 항상 계속해 가라. 모두에게 작은 것이라도 남는다. 씨앗이 돌밭에 떨어질 수 있다. 그러나 너희가 더 이상 이를 생각하지 않을 때 남모르게 씨앗에서 싹이 틀 수 있다. 단 한 마디가 생각에 남을 수 있다. 그래서 나중에 조용하게 다시 들릴 수 있고 그러면 반응을 얻을 수 있다. 왜냐면 말씀은 그의 효과를 잃지 않기 때문이다. 나는 이를 예상한다.

너희는 희망이 없이 손을 내려서는 안 되고 너희는 너희가 하는 일을 포기해서는 안 된다. 너희는 항상 단지 나 자신이 너희와 함께 하고 나와 내 나라를 위한 모든 일을 축복하고 이 축복이 언젠가 분명하게 나타남을 알아야 한다. 그러므로 어떤 일도 헛되게 하는 것이 아니다. 왜냐면 세상을 향한 갈망이 줄어 들면, 지금까지 혼돈되었던 생각이 선명해지고 깊은 곳에 있던 것이 겉으로 떠오르기 때문이다. 언젠가 세상을 향한 갈망이 줄어든다. 이렇게 되도록 나 자신이 비록 자주 고통스러운 방법이라 할지라도 도울 것이다. 그러나 이는 혼의 구원을 위한 것이고 육체의 구원을 위한 것이 아니다. 육체의 고난은 더할 수 없게 혼에게 구원이 될 수 있다. 그러므로 너희는 염려하지 말고 끈기 있게 너희가 자유의지로 자신을 나에게 드린 일을 위해 행하라.

경멸적인 말들을 끈기 있게 받아들이고 이로 인해 너희가 방해받지 마라. 항상 계속 전진하고 너희가 만나는 내 은혜 선물을 제공하라. 너희는 그러나 때때로 영접을 받고 축복이 충만한 일을 할 수 있게 될 것이다. 나에게 속한 모든 사람이 단지 한 혼을 구원한다면, 그는 너희가 측량할 수 없는 크기로 역사하는 축복된 일을 행한 것이다.

그러나 너희는 항상 세상을 대적자로 갖게 될 것이다. 그러나 너희는 세상 사람들에게도 그들에게 구원을 주는 것을 제공해야 한다. 왜냐면 그들 가운데 많은 사람들이 내가 너희에게 오래 전에 이미 알려 준 것이 성취되는 때가 오면, 너희 말을 생각할 것이기 때문이다. 그러면 씨앗이 싹이 틀 수 있고, 열매를 맺을 수가 있다. 왜냐면 모든 사람에게 종말이 오기까지 아직 나 자신을 부를 수 있는 가능성이 있고 어떠한 나를 부르는 부름도 헛되지 않을 것이기 때문이다.

Exhortation to undaunted vineyard work....

People's mental confusion increases more and more and they move away from the truth more and more because they are completely under the influence of the one who is an enemy of truth. For their thoughts are meant for the world and thus they also surrender to the lord of this world who leaves no stone unturned to keep the truth from people. But they don't allow themselves to be taught either; they are convinced that they live right and justly because they only ever consider their own advantages and consider everything to be good which therefore benefits them. And such an attitude can never earn them the truth, which is the share of the one who despises the world and only strives for the spiritual kingdom. It is impossible to move in the world and in truth at the same time because truth requires giving up the world. A renunciation of earthly goods only earns the human being spiritual goods. But as long as the human being strives for nothing but earthly goods, truth will be denied him or he will not recognize and value it as truth if it is nevertheless offered to him. But a worldly person does not desire truth either, he is content with the goods which make earthly life pleasant for him and does not think about the soul's life after death. And his spiritual state becomes ever more dark, his thinking ever more erroneous and his soul ever more wretched.... If I now give you reasons for the present spiritual darkness, this should not mean that you, My servants on earth, should therefore slacken in your work for Me and My kingdom. Where you have no success at all, there "shake the dust off your feet" and walk on.... You should undauntedly carry out your work in My vineyard, for it is not done in vain, it will nevertheless result in success, because no spiritual work is useless, you yourselves just cannot see the effect of your efforts. And therefore you should not tire and always carry My word anew into all the world.... If one rejects you, then go to the next and on and on, a grain remains with everyone; it can fall on stony ground, but a seed can also sprout in secret at a time when you no longer think about it.... A single word may have remained in your memory and at a later time sound again softly and then find an echo.... For it does not lose its power, and I count on it.... You should not let your hands drop hopelessly, you should not give up your work.... you should only always know that I Myself am with you and bless every work for Me and My kingdom.... and that this blessing will be evident one day, thus no work is done in vain. For as soon as the desire for the world subsides, the hitherto confused thoughts will also clear up and the submerged will come to the surface.... And that once the desire for the world subsides, I Myself will see to that, even if often in a painful way.... But it is the salvation of the soul and not of the body that is important. And suffering of the body can be exceedingly beneficial for the soul. Therefore do not worry but undauntedly do the work for which you have voluntarily offered yourselves to Me.... Also accept derogatory remarks undauntedly and do not let them hinder you.... Keep on walking and offer My gift of grace to everyone you meet.... Every now and then you will find shelter and be able to do beneficial work. And if each one of My own saves just one soul again, he will have done a blessed work which will have an effect which you cannot measure.... But you will always have the world as your adversary, yet you should also administer to the worldly people what is salvific for them.... For many of them will remember your words when the time has come when what I have long announced to you will be fulfilled.... And then the seed can still sprout and bear fruit.... For until the end every person still has the opportunity to call upon Me, and no call to Me will be in vain....
