"받아서 먹으라, 이는 내 살이요"

내 손으로부터 하늘의 양식을 받기 원하는 모든 사람을 위해 나는 하늘의 양식을 준비했다. 내가 제자들에게 말했다: "받아 먹으라. 이것이 내 몸이니. 받아 마셔라 이것이 내 피니라. 너희가 이를 행하여 나를 기념하라" 즉 내가 그들에게 나누어 주었고, 그들에게 같은 방식으로 내 이름으로 나눠주라는 사명을 주었다. 이를 이해하는 일이 얼마나 쉬운가! 그러나 사람들이 이를 어떻게 해석하는가! 나는 그들에게 육체를 위한 것이 아니라, 혼을 유지하고, 강하게 하기 위한 양식을 주는 상징으로 빵을 주었다. 너희의 배고픔을 해결해야 하고, 너희에게 너희가 축복을 받기 위해 필요한 힘을 제공해야 할 만나인 하늘의 양식이 너희 사람들에게 전달돼야만 한다.

나는 내 제자들에게 양식을 주었고, 그들은 같은 일을 행해야 한다. 그들이 내 사랑과 은혜로 받은 진실로 내 살이요, 내 피인 내 말씀을 전해야 한다. 왜냐면 나 자신이 영원으로부터 말씀이기 때문이다. 내가 내 말씀을 이 땅에 전하고, 나에 의해 택함을 받은 사람이 나로부터 직접 온 내 말씀을 영접하면, 내가 그에게 하늘의 양식을 주는 동시에 배고프고 목마른 이웃에게 전해서 내 말씀으로 배부르게 먹고 마실 수 있게 하라는 사명을 주는 것이다.

나를 기념하기 위해 이를 행하라. 내 말씀을 전하면서 나를 증거하라. 왜냐면 사람들이 나를 구원자로서 알고, 구원자로 인정해야만 하고, 사람들이 단지 나를 통해 구원받았다는 전적인 믿음으로 나를 기념해야만 하기 때문이다. 그렇지 않으면 내 구원의 역사가 그들 자신의 잘못으로 그들을 구원할 능력이 없게 된다. 나는 나를 세상의 구세주로 믿는 믿음을 요구한다. 그러므로 단지 나 자신이 사람들에게 내 말씀을 전하고, 내 말씀을 통해 나를 증거하면, 비로소 내 말씀이 올바르게 전달될 수 있다.

너희가 하늘을 양식을 받고, 너희가 나로부터 너희에게 흘러가는 능력인 내 영이 너희 안에서 역사할 수 있게 되면, 너희가 단지 내 말씀의 뜻을 이해할 수 있게 된다. (1952년 12월 22일) 나는 또한 단지 나와 연결을 이루는 사람에게 이런 양식을 줄 수 있고, 너희는 사랑을 통해 나와 연결을 이룬다. 너희는 실제 귀로 내 음성을 들을 수 있다. 그러나 너희가 내 말씀대로 살 때, 비로소 사랑의 영이 너희 안에서 깨어나고, 너희 안에 사랑의 영을 가지고 나에게 오고, 주님의 식탁으로 오게 되어 나와 성찬을 함께 나누게 된다. 그러면 너희에게 제공되는 내 말씀이 너희의 혼을 위한 올바른 음식이고 올바른 음료이고 그러면 너희는 진리 안에서 내 양식과 내 포도주를 받는다. 너희는 내 피와 살을 먹고, 마시게 되고, 너희가 나 자신을 너희 안으로 영접한다. 나는 사람 안에 사랑의 영이 있기 때문에 내가 문을 두드릴 때, 나에게 친절하게 문을 여는 모든 사람 안으로 들어간다.

그러면 너희는 내가 이 땅에서 살 동안에 내가 사람들에게 말한 모든 말씀을 이해할 수 있게 된다. 왜냐면 내가 너희 영을 깨우쳐 주기 때문이다. 나는 너희가 모든 연관관계를 이해할 수 있게 하고, 너희가 영적인 의미를 깨닫게 한다. 그렇지 않으면 너희는 너희에게 진실로 단지 크지 않은 축복을 주는 항상 문자적인 의미를 깨닫게 된다. 왜냐면 지식이 영적인 일에 대한 지식일지라도, 너희가 세상지식과 같은 죽은 지식을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 너희는 실제 예수 그리스도의 말씀을 굳게 붙잡고, 말씀을 통해 예수 그리스도를 증거할 수 있다고 믿는다. 그러나 나는 너희에게 더 이상을 요구한다. 나는 겉보기에 내 말씀을 성취한 것 같은, 그러나 내가 내 제자들에게 말한 "받아 먹으라 이것이 내 몸이니라. 받아 마셔라 이것이 내 피니라. 너희가 이를 행하여 나를 기념하라"는 말씀의 깊은 의미에 유사하게라도 합당하지 않는 어떤 형식에도 만족하지 않는다.

"Receive and eat, this is My flesh...."

I have prepared the bread of heaven for all who will receive it from My Hand.... For I said to My disciples: "Take and eat, this is My flesh; take and drink, this is My blood.... do this in remembrance of Me...." So I distributed and commanded them to distribute likewise in My Name.... How simple are these words to understand, and how are they interpreted. I broke the bread.... as a sign that I wanted to give them a nourishment, a nourishment that should not preserve and strengthen the body but the soul. The bread of heaven must be supplied to you humans, the manna which is to satisfy your hunger, which is to supply you with a strength you need to reach beatitude. I gave the bread to My disciples and they should do the same.... distribute what they had received through My love and grace: My word, which is in truth My flesh and My blood, for I Myself am the word from eternity.... And if I now convey My word to earth, if one chosen by Me receives this word of Mine directly from Me, then I hand him the bread of heaven at the same time with the order to distribute it to his fellow human beings, to those who are hungry and thirsty and are fully satisfied and watered with My word.... Do this in remembrance of Me.... A testimony shall be given of Me with the proclamation of My word.... For I must be recognized and acknowledged by people as redeemer, and people must remember Me in full faith that they have only been redeemed through Me, otherwise My act of salvation will not have the redeeming power for them through their own guilt. I demand faith in Me as redeemer of the world, and therefore My word can only be proclaimed correctly when I Myself am proclaimed to people, when people testify of Me through My word. The meaning of My words can only be grasped if My spirit can work in you humans,

(22.12.1952) which is the strength flowing to you from Me if you accept My bread from heaven.... I, in turn, can only give you this bread if you make contact with Me, and you establish this contact through love.... You can certainly receive My word with your ears but only when you are willing to obey it will the spirit of love awaken in you, and if you then come to Me, to the lord's table, with this spirit of love within you in order to take supper with Me, then My word, which is now offered to you, is a right food and a right table, then you will receive My bread and My wine in truth, you will eat My flesh and drink My blood, you will receive Me Myself within you, Who enters everyone who joyfully opens the door for Me when I knock, for the spirit of love is already working in him. But then you will also understand every word I spoke to people when I lived on earth, for then I will enlighten your spirit, I will give you an understanding for all correlations, I will make the spiritual meaning accessible to you, whereas otherwise you would only grasp the literal sense which will truly not bring you much blessing, for then you will only possess dead knowledge which is the same as worldly knowledge even though it touches spiritual things. Then you will certainly stubbornly hold on to Jesus Christ's words and believe to testify to Him through them. But I demand more from you, I am not satisfied with a form which is an apparent fulfilment of My words and yet does not come close to the profound meaning of what I said to My disciples: Receive and eat, receive and drink.... this is My flesh, this is My blood.... do this in remembrance of Me....
