Il compito dei servitori di Dio – Dapprima la fortificazione della fede

Quale compito attende ancora voi che vi siete offerti a Dio per il servizio, vi verrà comunicato quando il vostro agire per il Signore sarà necessario. Ma voi stessi dovete dapprima diventare forti nella fede, dovete ancora resistere a molte aggressioni che vi vengono inflitte dal mondo. Voi stessi dovete diventare sapienti, per poter poi dare il vostro sapere agli uomini che sono ancora ciechi nello spirito. Il vostro compito particolare è di predicare la Parola di Dio, di insegnare agli uomini l’amore, di muoverli alla fede e di fortificare le vostre parole attraverso uno straordinario agire, perché Dio Stesso Si vuole servire del vostro involucro per rivelarSi all’umanità. Gli uomini devono imparare a riconoscere che cosa può fare la Forza della fede, devono vedere che la Parola di Dio è la Verità, che l’uomo può svolgere dello straordinario quando desidera il Sostegno di Dio, cioè è in strettissimo contatto con Dio attraverso il cammino di vita compiacente a Lui. Devono imparare a conoscere il valore di una vera fede che rende gli uomini liberi e lieti, perché non sono più attaccati ai beni terreni, perché hanno riconosciuto la loro caducità e perché il tendere al bene spirituale è diventato lo scopo della Vita più sublime. Dovete dimostrare ai prossimi questa fede, voi stessi dovete essere profondamente credenti che nulla vi può far vacillare. Questo sarà necessario, perché verrete oppressi per via della vostra fede, verrete disdegnati e vi si vorrà ostacolare ad essere attivi per Dio. Ma anche allora la Forza della fede si affermerà, perché non temerete nulla di ciò che vi minaccia dal mondo, perché sapete che Dio Stesso vi protegge, che sotto la Sua Protezione siete indenni contro gli attacchi del mondo, contro le minacce del potere terreno, perché Dio ha bisogno di voi come Suoi combattenti, vi ha assegnato il compito di adoperarvi per la Sua Parola davanti al mondo e dapprima vi istruisce per questa funzione. Ma il vostro agire inizia soltanto dopo l’Intervento divino, quando gli uomini avranno bisogno di conforto ed incoraggiamento e quando dev’essere loro insegnata la fede che manca loro. Al vostro agire precederanno dei tempi gravi e voi stessi avrete molto sovente bisogno della Forza divina, affinché diventiate forti e maturi interiormente per il vostro compito. Ma Dio E’ con voi, Egli protegge coloro che Lo vogliono servire e la Sua Forza vi affluisce costantemente, appena vi siete rifugiati in Lui, perché sono soltanto pochi che si mettono coscientemente al servizio di Dio e questi pochi possono sempre essere certi del Suo Aiuto. Egli è al loro fianco in ogni momento e li conduce su tutte le vie, affinché raggiungano la vera meta. Quindi adempiranno anche il compito nella Sua Volontà che a loro è assegnato per via della salvezza delle anime dei prossimi.

The task of God's servants.... strength of faith before....

The task that still lies ahead of you, which you have offered yourselves to God for service, will be made known to you when your work for the lord is necessary. But first you have to become strong in faith yourselves, you still have to withstand many temptations which will be given to you by the world. And you must become knowledgeable yourselves in order to then be able to pass on the knowledge to people who are still blind in spirit. Your special task is to preach the word of God, to teach people love, to persuade them to believe and to confirm your words through extraordinary work.... For God Himself wants to make use of your shell in order to reveal Himself to humanity. People should learn to recognize what the strength of faith can do, they should see that God's word is truth, that the human being can accomplish extraordinary things as soon as he desires God's support, i.e. is in closest union with God through a way of life which is pleasing to Him. They should learn to recognize the value of true faith, which makes people free and cheerful because they are no longer attached to earthly possessions, because they have recognized their transience and because striving for spiritual possessions has become their highest purpose in life. And you have to prove this faith to your fellow human beings, you have to believe so deeply yourselves that nothing can make you waver. And this will be necessary because you will be harassed for the sake of your faith, you will be reviled and people will want to prevent you from working for God. Yet even then the strength of faith will prove itself, for you will fear nothing that threatens you from the world because you know that God Himself protects you, that under His protection you are immune to all attacks of the world.... against threats of earthly violence. For God needs you as His fighters, He has given you the task of standing up for His word before the world and He trains you for this ministry beforehand.... But your work will only begin after the divine intervention, when people will need comfort and encouragement and when they are to be taught the faith they lack. Difficult times will precede your work and you will often need divine strength yourselves so that you will become strong and inwardly mature for your task. Yet God will stand by you, He will protect those who want to serve Him and His strength will constantly flow to you as soon as you take refuge in Him. For there are only a few who consciously place themselves at God's service and these few can always be sure of His help.... He stands by them in every danger and He guides them on all paths so that they reach the right goal.... Thus they will also fulfil the task according to His will which is given to them for the sake of the salvation of their fellow human beings....
