"You shall have no foreign gods beside Me.... "

You shall have no gods beside Me.... These words are very meaningful because everything you strive for in earthly life can mean more to you than I, your God and father from eternity, as well as your heart is attached to earthly goods and therefore you seek no bond with Me.... Then what you desire with all your senses is your God.... And even if you still accept Me by acknowledging a power above you, Which created you, you still have foreign gods next to Me.... always according to the desire which arises from your heart. Be it earthly goods, the desire for honour and fame or even people who displace Me from your heart, it is always foreign gods which prevent your ascent upwards, for all these gods are transient, you have to sacrifice them, when your earthly life is over, and one day you will enter the kingdom of the beyond empty-handed if you don't put Me Myself first, Who, after all, wants to be your only goal in earthly life and Whom you must strive for with all your strength if you want to become blessed.... I am your God and creator, from Whom you once originated, and I want you to recognize and acknowledge Me.... And you shall give Me the evidence of this by being willing to give up everything if you exchange Me Myself and My love for it. Then I am truly the one God for you, to Whom you should feel that you belong and Who wants to be united with you as your father for time and eternity. But now consider your life on earth, which only seems worth living to you if you possess everything your heart desires.... So you have created many gods for yourselves which you place next to Me.... provided that you believe in Me as your creator. But this faith is worthless as long as you don't seriously strive towards Me.... but the world and your desire for it holds you back. Your love belongs to many things which, however, are My adversary's share, and you should overcome the desire for them so that I Myself will now be placed in the foreground of your thinking and you will drop all other gods.... But you also create gods for yourselves besides Me if you call upon beings in the spiritual kingdom in the belief that you will reach the goal, eternal bliss, through their intercession.... Even then your attitude towards Me is not yet right, because in earthly life it is a matter of establishing the bond with Me which you once voluntarily broke off.... And you have to accomplish this act of voluntary and conscious return to Me yourselves, and no intercessor would be able to achieve this through his intercession.... They will only ever mentally show you the path to Me Myself, which you irrevocably have to take in order to become blissfully happy. For you should know that the love of those beings of light is so great that they would like to bring you back to Me if My law of eternal order were not also anchored in them, that they themselves do not force a person to want and think on earth.... But according to the law of order I demand from eternity that every soul voluntarily takes the path to Me, and therefore I want to be and remain their God, for Whom they are willing to sacrifice everything. I want to completely possess your hearts because I want to fill them with My love.... But as long as a heart is not yet free from desires and cravings of all kinds, this heart therefore still has foreign gods within it, which prevent Me from entering and reigning in it alone.... Yet if I fully possess a soul this means that I can now also prepare the highest happiness for it, and truly, it will not regret having given up the other goods in order to exchange Me for them, but now I am the sole ruler in the human being's heart and nothing can undo the intimate bond between us. Therefore, seriously examine yourselves as to whether you are still filled with desire for things which mean more to you than I Myself, be they material things or people, and seek to dethrone them so that the first place remains for Me.... seek to stifle all earthly desire within yourselves and free yourselves from all idolatry, which includes all love for the world, for then you will truly only serve My adversary, the prince of darkness, to whom this world belongs, and thus he is your god to whom all sacrifices you offer are meant. Mammon will then be your god, and this god will crush you, for he does not belong to My kingdom where I alone reign in love and wisdom.... And those who want to belong to Me shall worship Me alone, i.e. only carry Me in their heart, and I will not only be their God and creator but also their father to them....

너희는 나 이외에 다른 신을 두지 말라.

너희는 나 이외에 다른 신을 두지 말라. 이 말씀은 아주 큰 의미가 있다. 왜냐면 이 땅에서 너희가 추구하는 모든 일들이 영원하신 너희의 아버지 하나님인 나보다 더 의미가 있을 수 있기 때문이다. 예를 들어 너희가 세상적인 물질에 연연해 함으로써 나와의 연합을 구하지 않을 수 있다.

그러면 너희가 너희의 모든 감각으로 갈망하는 것이 바로 너희의 하나님이다. 너희가 너희 위에 있는 너희를 창조한 권세를 인정하면서 나를 수긍할지라도 너희는 항상 너희 심장에서 나오는 갈망에 맞는 다른 신을 내 옆에 둔다. 이 것이 나를 너희 심장에서 몰아내는 세상적인 물질이 될 수 있고 명예와 명성 또는 사람일 수 있다.

이런 것들이 너희가 높은 곳으로 성장하는 일을 방해하는 다른 신들이다. 이런 다른 신들은 쇠하는 것들이다. 너희가 이 땅의 생애를 마치면, 너희는 이것들을 버려야만 한다. 그리고 만약에 너희 인생에서 너희의 유일한 목표가 되기 원하는 나 자신을 그리고 너희가 복되기 원하면, 모든 능력으로 추구해야만 할 나 자신을 무엇보다도 최우선으로 두지 않을 때 너희는 빈손으로 저세상으로 가야 한다.

나는 너희의 창조주 하나님이다. 너희는 나로부터 창조되었다. 나는 너희가 나를 깨닫고 인정하기를 원한다. 너희는 나 자신과 내 사랑을 얻기 위해 모든 것을 지불할 자세가 있다는 증명을 나에게 해야 한다. 그러면 나는 진실로 너희 스스로 속한 것으로 느끼는 너의 아버지로서 너희와 영원에 영원까지 연합되어 있기를 원하는 너희를 위한 하나님이다.

너희 심장이 원하는 모든 것을 너희가 소유했으면, 너희가 단지 삶의 가치로 여기는 너희 이 땅의 삶을 관찰하라. 너희가 나를 너희의 창조주를 믿으면, 너희는 내 옆에 세워 둔 많은 신들을 만든다. 너희가 나를 진지하게 추구하지 않는 한 이런 믿음은 가치가 없다. 세상과 세상을 향한 갈망은 너희의 하나님을 향한 갈망을 막는다. 너희의 사랑은 내 대적자의 일부분 들인 여러 가지에 속해 있다. 나 자신이 너희 생각의 첫 자리에 설 수 있기 위해 그리고 너희가 다른 모든 신들을 버리기 위해 이에 대한 갈망을 너희는 극복해야만 한다.

너희가 영의 나라의 존재에게 기도함으로 영원한 복에 도달하는 목표를 이룰 수 있다고 믿으면, 너희는 너희 스스로 내 옆에 신을 만든다. 그리고 너희의 나에 대한 관점은 아직 올바른 것이 아니다. 왜냐면 이 땅의 삶은 너희가 한때 자유의지로 중단시킨 나와 연합을 다시 이루는데 있기 때문이다. 자유의지로 의식적으로 나에게 돌아오는 길은 너희가 스스로 이뤄야만 하고 어떤 중보 기도자도 중보 기도를 통해 이뤄줄 수 없다. 그들은 항상 단지 생각으로 너희에게 너희가 복되게 되기 위해 거절할 수 없이 가야만 하는 나 자신을 향한 길을 알려 줄 것이다. 만약에 어떤 사람에게도 그의 생각과 의지를 강요해서는 안 된다는 내 영원한 질서의 법이 빛의 존재 안에 심어져 있지 않았으면, 빛의 존재들의 사랑은 아주 커서 너희를 나에게 돌아오게 만들려고 함을 너희는 알아야 한다. 그러나 나는 영원한 질서의 법칙에 따라 모든 혼들이 자유의지로 나를 향한 길을 가기를 원한다. 그래서 나는 그들이 나를 위해는 모든 것을 희생할 수 있는 그들의 하나님이 되고 하나님으로 남기 원한다.

전적으로 완전하게 나는 너희 심장을 소유하기를 원한다. 왜냐면 나는 너희 심장을 내 사랑으로 채우기를 원하기 때문이다. 그러나 너희 심장이 아직 여러가지 종류의 소원과 정욕으로부터 자유롭게 되지 못했으면, 너의 심장 안에는 내가 그 안에 들어가서 홀로 다스리는 것을 막는 다른 신들이 있다. 만약에 내가 한 혼을 전적으로 온전히 소유하면, 이는 내가 그 혼에게 이제 최고의 행복을 줄 수 있다.

그는 나와 바꾸기 위해 다른 재물을 희생한 것을 진실로 후회하지 않을 것이다. 내가 이제 사람의 심장 안에서 홀로 다스리는 자가 되었기 때문에 더 이상 우리 사이의 깊은 연합은 무효가 될 수 없다. 그러므로 너희는 진지하게 너희 안에 나 자신보다 더 의미를 두는 것들에 대한 이것이 물질적인 것이든 사람이든 소원들로 채워져 있지 않는지 점검하라. 첫 번째 자리가 나를 위한 자리로 남게 하기 위해 이런 것들로부터 자유롭게 되려고 하라.

너희 안에 모든 세상적인 갈망을 죽이려고 하라. 모든 세상을 향한 사랑을 의미하는 모든 우상숭배로부터 너희를 자유롭게 하라. 그렇지 않으면 너희가 드리는 제사로 너희는 실제로 단지 내 대적자이며 이 세상이 그에게 속한 흑암의 권세자를 섬기게 된다. 재물은 너희의 하나님이다. 이런 하나님은 너희를 부수어 버릴 것이다. 그는 나 홀로 사랑과 지혜로 다스리는 내 나라에 속하지 않기 때문이다. 나에게 속한 사람은 나만을 경배해야 한다. 다시 말해 나만을 그의 심장의 모셔야 한다. 나는 그들에게 그들의 창조주 하나님이 되는 것뿐만 아니라 그의 아버지가 될 것이다.
