Exression of the spirit only possible through the working of love....

Every spiritual thought is an expression of the spirit within you, otherwise all your thinking would only be earthly directed. But the spiritual spark in you constantly seeks the bond with the father-spirit, and it will always try to influence you by mentally affecting you. But its influence will only ever affect the spiritual kingdom, thus it will likewise turn your thinking towards this kingdom if it finds no resistance in your will. For the latter can also fully turn to the world, then it will reject every spiritual thought, and the spirit cannot express itself to the human being.... And very clear boundaries can be drawn: The more the human being thinks of himself, that is, is concerned about his own well-being, the more purely earthly thoughts will fill him and the spirit will be denied its activity. But if the human being thinks of his neighbour who needs his help, then the spirit will penetrate and be able to convey such thoughts to the human being which flow out of the spiritual kingdom and also lead him to the spiritual kingdom again. For then love will have awakened in the human being and thus also the spirit, which will always express itself for the blessing of the human being's soul. The spiritual spark, which is part of the eternal father-spirit, is the spark of love which has to be ignited in the human being in order to become effective. This spark of love slumbers in every human being, but it is up to the human being himself to ignite it, and thus the human being himself must awaken the spirit in himself to life.... He must practice love and let the spark of love flare up into an ever brighter flame.... he must perform works of neighbourly love, and to the same extent he will also give his spirit the opportunity to express itself. And what the spirit now gives him with such expressions is spiritual wealth, they are goods which originate from the spiritual kingdom and also follow the human being into the spiritual kingdom when he leaves this earth.... The flame of love illuminates the human being's inner being and he will now become seeing and knowing, he will learn to recognize what was previously unknown to him, he will gain a correct image of the creator and His creation, of his own relationship with this creator and of the task which was given to the human being for his earthly existence. But such knowledge will not be dead knowledge, knowledge which was only supplied to him from outside but which does not spread light within him. Such knowledge will be truly alive and give him brightest light which he can no longer lose for ever because it was imparted to him by the spirit within himself. For the spirit is part of the father-spirit from eternity, and therefore it is also familiar with all secrets of creation, it knows about the eternal plan of salvation, it knows about God's reign and activity in His kingdom.... He knows everything and can therefore also inform the human being who causes him to express himself, who, through a life of love, makes contact with the spirit within himself such that he can then be constantly guided and taught and only ever hears what the spirit from God announces to him. But this process can never take place in a person who only loves himself and the world.... The spiritual spark is still buried in him and it can happen that he has no opportunity to express himself until the end of his life. Then earthly life will have been lived in vain by the soul, which will not be able to register any spiritual progress because it lacks love. For even the slightest activity of love would awaken the spirit to life, but where selfish love predominates the spirit slumbers, and it cannot influence the soul in any way to accept the thoughts it receives. A person who only loves himself and the world resists all spiritual thoughts, which will indeed always push their way in but never force the person to accept them. Love alone brings about the change of will and nature, and only love gives the spirit the opportunity to express itself. And without the working of the spirit no human being will attain realization, without the working of the spirit no human being will travel the path to the father, because the father alone draws him upwards through His spirit, with Whom he is eternally and inseparably united, if only the human being of his own free will seeks this bond....

La manifestation de l'esprit est possible seulement à travers des actions dans l'amour

Chaque pensée spirituelle est une manifestation de l'esprit en vous, autrement toutes vos pensées seraient orientées seulement vers les choses terrestres. L’étincelle spirituelle en vous cherche constamment le lien avec l'Esprit du Père et cherchera toujours à vous influencer en agissant mentalement sur vous. Son influence cependant concernera toujours seulement le Règne spirituel, donc elle cherchera à faire tourner votre pensée vers ce Règne si elle ne trouve aucune résistance dans votre volonté, parce que celle-ci peut aussi se tourner totalement vers le monde, alors elle repoussera chaque pensée spirituelle et l'esprit ne peut pas s'exprimer vers l'homme. Des frontières très claires s’établiront. Plus l'homme pense à lui-même, donc à son propre bien-être, plus il sera rempli de pensées purement terrestres, et son esprit sera empêché d’agir. Mais si l'homme pense au prochain qui a besoin de son aide alors l'esprit surgira et maintenant il pourra guider à l'homme des pensées qui s'écoulent du Règne spirituel et reconduisent de nouveau à celui-ci, parce qu'alors l’amour s’est réveillé dans l'homme et donc aussi l'esprit qui maintenant se manifeste toujours pour la Bénédiction de l'âme de l'homme. L’étincelle spirituelle, qui est une part de l'Esprit du Père Eternel, est l’étincelle d'amour qui doit être allumé dans l'homme pour pouvoir devenir actif. Cette étincelle d'amour somnole dans chaque homme, mais lui-même est libre de l'allumer, et donc l'homme doit aussi réveiller à la Vie l'esprit en lui, il doit exercer l'amour et faire éclater l’étincelle d'amour en une flamme toujours plus claire, il doit dérouler des œuvres dans l'amour pour le prochain, et dans la même mesure il donnera aussi la possibilité à son esprit de se manifester. Et ce que maintenant l'esprit lui offre avec de telles manifestations, est une richesse spirituelle, ce sont des biens qui proviennent du Règne spirituel et qui suivront aussi l'homme dans celui-ci lorsqu’il abandonnera la Terre. La flamme d'amour éclaire l'intérieur de l'homme et maintenant il deviendra voyant et savant, il apprendra à reconnaître ce qui d'abord lui était méconnu, il gagnera une juste Image du Créateur et de Sa Création, de ses propres relations envers ce Créateur et de la tâche qui a été imposée à l'homme pour son existence terrestre. Mais un tel savoir ne sera pas un savoir mort, un savoir qui était apporté seulement de l'extérieur, mais qui ne répand en lui aucune Lumière. Un tel savoir sera vraiment vivant et il lui offrira la Lumière la plus claire qu’il ne pourra maintenant plus jamais perdre dans l’éternité, parce qu'il lui a été transmis par l'esprit en lui. Parce que l'esprit est la Part de l'Esprit du Père de l'Éternité, et donc il a aussi familiarité avec tous les Mystères de la Création, il connaît l'éternel Plan de Salut, le Règne et l’Action de Dieu dans Son Royaume. Il connaît tout et donc il peut donner connaissance de tout cela à l'homme qui pousse l'esprit à s’externaliser, qui au travers d’une vie d'amour se met tout seul en contact avec l'esprit en lui, pour que maintenant il puisse être constamment guidé et instruit et entende toujours seulement ce que lui annonce l'Esprit de Dieu. Mais ce processus ne peut jamais avoir lieu dans un homme qui aime seulement lui-même et le monde. En celui-ci l’étincelle spirituelle est encore couverte, et il peut se passer que jusqu'à la fin de la vie elle n'ait pas la possibilité de se manifester. Alors la vie terrestre a été vécue en vain par l'âme qui ne pourra enregistrer aucun progrès spirituel, vu qu’il lui manque l'amour ; parce que la moindre action d'amour réveillerait déjà l'esprit à la Vie, mais là où prédomine l'amour propre, là l'esprit somnole et il ne peut agir d’aucune manière sur l'âme pour qu’elle accueille les pensées qui lui arrivent. Un homme qui aime seulement lui-même et le monde, repousse toutes pensées spirituelles qui cependant se pousseront de toute façon toujours de nouveau près de lui, mais elles ne le forceront jamais à l'acceptation. L'amour seul procure le changement de la volonté de l'être et seulement l’amour donne à l'esprit la possibilité de se manifester. Et sans l’action de l'esprit aucun homme n’arrive à la connaissance, sans l’action de l'esprit aucun homme ne parcourt la voie vers le Père, parce que le Père l'attire vers le Haut seulement par Son Esprit, avec lequel éternellement et inséparablement il est uni, si seulement l'homme cherche ce lien dans la libre volonté.
