Disbelief in the end....

People do not want to believe that they are so close to the end, they do not want to believe that things will happen which they consider impossible, that a completely new era will begin, a time when completely different conditions will exist among people, a time when there will be peace and harmony.... and nothing reminds us of the battle on earth which precedes this new era. It is also difficult for people to believe in a total transformation of the earth's surface, in a so-called downfall, because they are still in the midst of life and so far removed from the spiritual that the correlations cannot be made clear to them. They do not know that a change, a turning point, has become necessary and that they themselves are the cause of it, precisely because of their lack of faith, because of their completely unspiritual state. The earthly world alone moves their thinking, and this earthly world they consider indestructible.... And yet they will experience it, upheavals will take place earthly and spiritually.... i.e., every earthly destruction has an influence on the spiritual, which likewise experiences a change in its abode.... People will experience what they don't want to believe.... but the belief in it would cause them to change themselves, so that they need not fear what they will experience because it would not be to their detriment.... whereas the faithless people will be affected quite severely without being able to defend themselves, and the end will come ever closer.... The signs are multiplying and everyone could pay attention to them.... The misery will become greater and greater.... people will be startled from their rest.... Every man's mind will be shaken by events of all kinds.... Nature will speak out as a warning to the indifferent.... Fate will often prove cruel, but never without reason.... Everything shall only serve to rouse people from their indifferent state, to turn their thoughts towards the forthcoming, of which they are well aware but do not believe in it.... And they will all be helped to gain faith in an end.... yet no person will receive such obvious evidence that he will be forced to believe the announcements of the end to be true.... Everyone will be able to believe it who follows people's spiritual development.... Anyone who does not just view events in an earthly material way but relates them to people's spiritual state.... anyone who believes in a God at all, Who guides people's destiny.... An end will be more likely for them than a continuation on the same path which can never lead to a good conclusion. An end will come, and good for him who reckons with it and prepares himself to lose his physical life prematurely.... For he will gain more than will be taken from him, and he will not be lost....

종말의 때의 불신.

사람들은 자신들이 종말 직전에 있다는 것을 믿기를 원하지 않고 불가능하다고 생각되는 일이 일어날 것을 믿기를 원하지 않고 완전히 새로운 시대가 시작되는 일을 믿기를 원하지 않는다. 새로운 시대에는 사람들 가운데 완전히 다른 형편이 지배하게 될 것이고 평화와 조화의 기간이 올 것이고 이 때에는 새로운 시대가 오기 전에 일어나는 이 땅의 싸움을 기억나게 하는 일이 없게 될 것이다. 사람들이 이 땅의 표면이 전적으로 재구성되는 일인 소위 종말을 믿기가 어렵다. 왜냐면 그들은 아직 삶의 한 가운데 있고 영적인 존재와 아주 멀리 떨어져 있어 영적인 존재들이 그들에게 연관관계를 선명하게 설명해줄 수 없기 때문이다.

그들은 변화와 전환점이 필요하게 되었다는 것을 알지 못하고 그들 자신이 그들의 믿음 없음과 그들의 전적으로 영적이지 못한 상태를 통해 이런 일의 원인을 제공한다는 사실을 모른다. 그들은 단지 이 땅의 세상을 생각하고 이 땅의 세상을 파괴할 수 없는 것으로 여긴다. 그러나 그들은 세상이 파괴되는 일을 경험할 것이고 세상적이고 영적인 격변이 일어나게 될 것이다. 이 땅의 모든 파괴는 영적인 존재에게 영향을 미치게 되고 영적인 존재가 마찬가지로 자신의 거처의 변화를 경험하게 된다.

사람들은 믿기 원하지 않은 일을 경험하게 될 것이다. 그러나 이를 믿는 믿음이 그들이 겪게 될 일을 두려워할 필요가 없게 자신을 변화시킬 것이다. 왜냐면 이런 일들이 그들에게 해를 끼치지 않기 때문이다. 반면에 믿지 않는 사람들은 자신을 방어할 수 없는 상태에서 심한 영향을 받고 있고 종말은 점점 더 가까이 다가오게 된다. 징조가 증가하고 모든 사람이 이런 징조에 주의를 기울일 수 있고 위험이 증가하게 될 것이다. 사람들은 그들의 평온함에서 놀라 깨어나게 될 것이다. 모든 사람의 생각이 모든 종류의 일어나는 사건을 통해 흔들리게 될 것이고 자연은 무관심한 사람들을 향한 경고로서 자신을 표현할 것이다.

운명이 자주 잔인한 운명임이 드러나게 될 것이다. 그러나 절대로 근거가 없는 것이 아니다. 모든 일이 무관심한 상태에서 사람들을 방해하고 그들의 생각을 앞두고 있는 일로 향하도록 만들어야 한다. 그들은 이런 일을 실제 알고 있지만 단지 믿지를 않는다. 그들 모두가 종말을 믿는 믿음을 갖도록 도움을 받게 될 것이다. 그러나 어떤 사람도 그가 예고 된 종말이 진리라고 여기도록 강요받을 정도로 명백한 증거를 받지 못할 것이다.

인간의 영적인 성장에 관심을 가진 사람은 누구나 이를 믿을 수 있게 될 것이다. 일어나는 일을 단지 세상의 물질적인 관점에서 바라볼뿐만 아니라 사람들의 영적인 상태와도 연결시키는 모든 사람과 사람의 운명을 인도하는 하나님을 믿는 모든 사람에게 절대로 좋은 결과로 이어질 수 없는 같은 상태로 계속되는 일보다 종말이 더 가능성이 있게 보일 것이다. 종말이 임할 것이고 종말이 임할 것을 고려하고 자신의 이 땅의 삶을 일찍이 잃게 되는 일을 대비하는 사람은 복이 있다. 왜냐면 그는 자신이 빼앗기는 것보다 더 많이 받을 것이고 그는 멸망을 받지 않을 것이기 때문이다.
