Working together in the kingdom beyond.... help the unknowings....

Heartfelt love unites the spiritual beings in the kingdom of the beyond who no longer dwell in darkness, and therefore they also work with united strength as soon as they want to accomplish something for which their own strength is insufficient; that is, they can certainly already be recipients of strength in the beyond but still to a limited extent as long as they are not yet perfected, that is, beings of light which are in direct contact with God. Nevertheless, they can already be active according to their reception of strength. But if they work in unity then everything they want is possible for them, yet their will is always equal to God's will. The common love of the spiritual beings mostly extends to the souls on earth and in the spiritual kingdom which still dwell in darkness. They seek to bring help to them, and where they do not succeed on their own they unite for joint work and also have great success.

(10/28/1950) All their efforts aim to bring light to the beings still in darkness, thus to enlighten them about their present and future state, but they can only do this in the form of mental transmissions. It is often difficult to exert mental influence on souls, especially those still on earth, because they turn more towards earthly life and also believe little in a continuation of the soul as well as in beings which are in the spiritual kingdom and want to have contact with people on earth. Then the strength of a loving soul is often not enough and it seeks help from equally mature friends in the kingdom of light. It is a process of extraordinary importance to transfer thought currents to the human being without forcing the will.... it is an application of strength which is not allowed to break any resistance. And that is why these thought waves play around the human being's soul again and again and seek to gain entrance into the human heart, which emotionally turns towards such currents once it has opened itself. The opening of the heart is usually a consequence of miserable situations in life, of sorrow and suffering and disappointments of all kinds.... This is why people's fate in life is often a chain of such sorrowful events, all of which are only intended to open the heart voluntarily when it is touched by currents from the kingdom of light, so that it will then be receptive for the thought currents imparted to it by the beings of light as an effect of love. This is why these beings often intervene in life's fate in a decisive way, yet not according to their own will but according to God's will, Who has entrusted people to them as His charges and thus also gives them the authority to influence them in such a way that their spiritual development is successful. And the light beings' work on the imperfect souls in the beyond is just the same, they have to be considered according to their respective state and their course of development in the beyond is also incumbent on guardian spirits who are in knowledge and therefore also see every possibility which could bring help to the souls of darkness. The process of development in the beyond can go further upwards, but it can also go backwards, because even then the being's will is still free. Thus the will can only be influenced completely without constraint, which can only be judged by a being of light and which is incumbent upon it according to God's will. But just as people on earth often unite in their work against God by adopting each other's views and also representing them to their fellow human beings, so united activity must also take place in the spiritual kingdom so that the human being's will on earth remains free and yet it is possible for it to change. Consequently, it is a perpetual battle of light against darkness which, however, is not fought with hostility and the will to destroy, as it is on earth, but is only waged with spiritual weapons by the beings of light struggling for people's hearts, so that they voluntarily submit to their influence, so that they allow themselves to be guided in their thoughts and actions, so that they turn their thoughts away from the earthly world and towards the spiritual kingdom in which they shall one day lead the right life which will make them eternally blissful....

Gemeinsames Wirken im jenseitigen Reich.... Hilfe den Unwissenden....

Innige Liebe verbindet die Geistwesen im jenseitigen Reich, die nicht mehr in der Finsternis weilen, und daher wirken sie auch mit vereinter Kraft, sowie sie etwas ausführen wollen, wozu der eigene Kraftempfang nicht ausreicht; d.h., sie können wohl im Jenseits schon Kraftempfänger sein, doch noch so lange in begrenztem Maß, wie sie noch nicht vollendet sind, also Lichtwesen, die in unmittelbarer Verbindung mit Gott stehen. Dennoch können sie auch schon tätig sein ihrem Kraftempfang angemessen. Wirken sie aber im Verein, dann ist ihnen alles möglich, was sie wollen, doch stets ist ihr Wille dem Willen Gottes gleich. Die gemeinsame Liebe der Geistwesen erstreckt sich zumeist auf die noch in der Finsternis weilenden Seelen auf Erden und im geistigen Reich. Ihnen suchen sie Hilfe zu bringen, und wo es ihnen allein nicht gelingt, verbinden sie sich zu gemeinsamem Wirken und haben auch großen Erfolg. (28.10.1950) Alle ihre Bemühungen gehen darauf hinaus, den noch im Dunkeln weilenden Wesen das Licht zu bringen, sie also aufzuklären über ihren Zustand in der Gegenwart und der Zukunft, was sie aber nur können in Form gedanklicher Übermittlungen. Es ist oft schwer, auf die Seelen, besonders die noch auf der Erde sind, gedanklichen Einfluß auszuüben, da diese sich mehr dem irdischen Leben zuwenden und auch wenig an ein Fortleben der Seele glauben wie auch an Wesen, die im geistigen Reich sind und mit den Menschen auf der Erde Verbindung haben wollen. Dann genügt oft die Kraft einer liebenden Seele nicht, und sie sucht sich bei gleich reifen Freunden im Lichtreich Hilfe. Es ist ein Vorgang von außerordentlicher Bedeutung, Gedankenströme auf den Menschen überzuleiten ohne Willenszwang.... es ist ein Anwenden von Kraft, die keinen Widerstand brechen darf. Und darum umspielen diese Gedankenwellen immer und immer wieder die Seele des Menschen und suchen sich Eingang zu verschaffen in das menschliche Herz, das sich gefühlsmäßig solchen Strömungen zuwendet, so es sich einmal geöffnet hat. Das Öffnen des Herzens ist zumeist eine Folge von mißlichen Lebenslagen, von Kummer und Leid und Enttäuschungen aller Art.... Darum ist das Lebensschicksal der Menschen oft eine Kette solcher leidvollen Geschehnisse, die alle nur bezwecken sollen, daß sich das Herz freiwillig öffnet, so es von Strömen aus dem Lichtreich berührt wird, daß es also dann aufnahmewillig ist für die Gedankenströme, die ihm von den Lichtwesen als Liebeswirken vermittelt wird. Darum greifen diese Wesen oft in das Lebensschicksal bestimmend ein, doch nicht nach eigenem, sondern nach dem Willen Gottes, Der ihnen die Menschen als Schutzbefohlene anvertraut hat und ihnen also auch die Vollmacht gibt, so auf sie einzuwirken, daß ihre geistige Entwicklung erfolgreich ist. Und ebenso ist auch das Wirken der Lichtwesen an den unvollkommenen Seelen im Jenseits, die nach ihrem jeweiligen Zustand bedacht werden müssen und deren Entwicklungsgang im Jenseits auch Schutzgeistern obliegt, die im Wissen stehen und daher auch jede Möglichkeit ersehen, die den Seelen der Finsternis Hilfe bringen könnte. Der Entwicklungsprozeß im Jenseits kann weiter aufwärtsgehen, wie er aber auch zurückgehen kann, weil auch dann noch der Wille des Wesens frei ist. Also kann nur völlig zwanglos auf den Willen eingewirkt werden, was nur ein Wesen des Lichtes beurteilen kann und ihm dies nach Gottes Willen obliegt. Doch wie auf Erden die Menschen sich oft vereinen im Wirken gegen Gott, indem sich einer die Ansicht des anderen zu eigen macht und sie auch den Mitmenschen gegenüber vertritt, so muß auch im geistigen Reich ein vereintes Wirken einsetzen, auf daß der Wille des Menschen auf Erden frei bleibe und doch die Möglichkeit ist, daß er sich wandle. Es ist sonach ein immerwährender Kampf des Lichtes gegen die Finsternis, der aber nicht wie auf Erden ausgetragen wird durch Feindseligkeiten und Vernichtungswillen, sondern nur mit geistigen Waffen geführt wird, indem die Lichtwesen ringen um die Herzen der Menschen, daß sie sich freiwillig ihrem Einfluß unterstellen, daß sie sich lenken lassen in ihrem Denken und Handeln, daß sie ihre Gedanken von der irdischen Welt ab- und dem geistigen Reich zuwenden, in dem sie dereinst das rechte Leben führen sollen, das sie ewig selig macht....
