‘No-one can serve two masters....’

No-one can serve two masters.... Anyone who wants to make contact with Me will never be able to look towards the world, for I can only be found beyond the world, and if I should allow Myself to be found then the desire for the world must be put aside, it must be completely ignored, for the world belongs to My adversary, it is his domain where he has free reign. And he really does not aspire to lead people to Me by way of the world, instead, he seeks to displace Me, he constantly tries to place special emphasis on the world so that I should be forgotten. So if anyone amongst you is serious about his higher development he cannot possibly still pay tribute to the world.... even though he is still in the midst of the world which makes great demands on him which he has to comply with, yet there is indeed a difference between duty and personal worldly longing. The former is entirely according to My will, for on earth you are given a task, but apart from that you can also fully accomplish your spiritual task, the maturing of your soul, if the desire for the world does not prevail, which happens when earthly pleasures and cravings predominate the desire for spiritual possessions, so that thereby the human being forgets about Me and, indeed, even the thought of Me is uncomfortable leading to his dismissal of Me. Anyone who strives to create an excessive sense of well-being for himself, i.e. for his body, be it through satisfying physical cravings, sensory and carnal desires or through an accumulation of material possessions without thinking of his neighbour, who therefore only strives for himself, is held captive by the world, he is My adversary’s willing tool, and he will never find the path to Me if he does not discard the longing for the earthly world, internalises himself and aspires towards spiritual wealth. Both together are not possible, for then he will serve two masters and will not serve either well. If you are looking for Me you must gaze heavenwards, for I Am above and not below.... Below is My adversary’s realm where you still linger with your body, but your soul can always lift itself up into My kingdom, to Me. Even though the body is still in My adversary’s realm, the soul can nevertheless always rise into spheres beyond the earth, and that is what I demand of someone who wants to find Me, serve Me and thus be one of My Own. Then the spiritual spark in him will unite itself with the eternal Father-Spirit, for if he strives towards Me in all seriousness his heart will also be awash with love, which has nothing in common with worldly love. This love will manifest itself towards the next person, in which case the human being is making contact with Me already.... he renounces what belongs to the world, he gives and thus serves his neighbour and, because I decreed this commandment he also serves Me as His Lord. Worldly love, however, is a form of selfish love, the human being should combat this love if he wants to attain bliss. Consequently, he must also combat his love for the world and try to fulfil the soul’s wishes which, driven by the spirit within, will apply to spiritual possessions and demonstrate love for Me. For I alone Am the Master you should serve if you want to become blissfully happy....

"Ninguém pode servir dois mestres...."

Ninguém pode servir dois mestres.... Quem quiser unir-se a Mim nunca poderá virar os olhos para o mundo, pois só posso ser encontrado fora do mundo, e se Eu quiser deixar-Me encontrar, então o desejo do mundo tem de ser posto de lado, tem de ser completamente ignorado, pois o mundo pertence ao Meu adversário, é o seu domínio onde ele governa e governa. E o seu esforço não é verdadeiramente para levar as pessoas até Mim através do mundo, mas procura deslocar-Me, procura constantemente colocar o mundo em primeiro plano para que eu seja esquecido. Agora, qualquer um de vós que esteja seriamente empenhado no desenvolvimento ascendente não pode ainda prestar homenagem ao mundo.... ele ainda está de facto no meio do mundo que lhe faz grandes exigências que tem de cumprir, mas já existe uma diferença a ser feita entre o dever cumprido e as suas próprias exigências do mundo. A primeira está inteiramente de acordo com a Minha vontade, pois foi-vos dada uma tarefa terrena ao lado da qual podeis também cumprir plenamente a vossa tarefa espiritual, a maturação da alma, se o desejo do mundo não predominar, que consiste em prazeres e desejos terrenos que superam o desejo de bens espirituais, de modo que o ser humano me esquece acima de tudo isto, de facto, o pensamento de Mim é-lhe inconveniente e por isso rejeita-me. Qualquer pessoa que se esforce por criar uma sensação excessiva de bem-estar para si próprio, ou seja, o seu corpo, quer realizando desejos físicos, prazeres sensuais e carnais, quer também acumulando bens materiais, e assim não pensa no seu vizinho, portanto qualquer pessoa que apenas se esforce por si próprio, é cativado pelo mundo, é uma ferramenta voluntária do Meu adversário, e nunca encontrará o caminho para Mim se não se desfizer do seu desejo pelo mundo terreno, se internalizar e se esforçar por bens espirituais. Ambos juntos não são possíveis, pois então ele servirá dois mestres e não prestará serviço adequadamente. Se Me procurais, o vosso olhar também deve ser dirigido para o céu, pois Eu estou acima, não abaixo.... Mas abaixo é onde o Meu adversário tem o seu reino, onde ainda habitais de acordo com o corpo, mas a qualquer momento a vossa alma pode balançar para cima no Meu reino, para Mim. Mas se o corpo ainda estiver no reino do Meu adversário, a alma, o vosso pensamento, sentimento e carência, pode no entanto sempre elevar-se em esferas que jazem fora da terra, e é isto que eu exijo daquele que Me quer encontrar, que Me quer servir e assim ser Meu. Então a centelha espiritual nele se unirá com o Pai-Espírito da eternidade, pois se ele se esforçar por Mim com toda a seriedade o seu coração também se encherá de amor que nada tem em comum com o amor mundano. E este amor expressar-se-á ao seu próximo, e então o ser humano já estabelecerá a ligação com Mim.... ele renuncia ao que pertence ao mundo, assim ele dá e serve o seu próximo e, porque eu emiti este mandamento, também eu como seu Senhor. Mas o amor ao mundo é uma forma de amor próprio, de amor que o ser humano deve combater se quiser ser abençoado. Assim, ele deve também combater o amor do mundo e procurar satisfazer os desejos da alma que, movido pelo espírito dentro de si mesmo, se estenderá aos bens espirituais e expressará amor por Mim. Pois só Eu sou o Senhor a quem deves servir se quiseres ser abençoado...._>Ámen
