Helplessness in the beyond.... Law....

If the soul does not receive strength it will remain inactive. This condition of inertia can only be remedied by actions of love which the soul is unwilling to do when it finds itself in this helpless state in the beyond. However, on earth this willingness can be stimulated by the Word of God. The human being can be shown that deeds of love are a blessing to him, and then he can take God’s Word to heart, he can reflect on it and voluntarily decide to act kindly, because on earth he does not lack the strength to do what he wants to do. Then the soul will receive spiritual strength and further its development. But it is different in the beyond where the helpless soul can do nothing else but want.... And whether or not the being will receive strength depends on this will. Thus the soul in the beyond is reliant on the help of more mature beings, whereas the human being on earth can use his will without help from spiritual beings. Therefore the human being should not remain indifferent if he does not reach his goal on earth in the mistaken belief that he can make up his neglect of earthly development in the beyond. This is a deceptive hope which he shall bitterly regret one day, albeit the state in the beyond is not entirely hopeless. The soul has to endure appalling distress which it can easily avoid by seriously striving to ascend while it is still on earth. The state of helplessness is something terribly dismal, it is a state which the soul cannot remedy at will, rather, it is dependent on the love of other beings. And this love, which corresponds to its own love towards other suffering souls, is at times difficult to perceive by the soul.

Thus an uncaring soul can spend eternities in its helpless state without being approached by a caring being if it holds on to its selfish love, if it merely cares about itself and its fate without compassion for another soul’s fate. According to divine law it cannot receive what it is unwilling to give to other souls, and its selfish love prevents the approach of beings of light to bring relief. And since it is unwilling to give or to help itself it cannot be given anything or helped either. Worst of all, it cannot be given God’s Word which could remove the soul’s spiritual blindness since God’s Word is light, and as a result of its unkindness the soul is still unable to accept light. On earth, however, the Word of God is even offered to unkind people, because this is God’s mercy for the lost souls on earth who may accept or reject it in line with their will.... Whereas the being in the beyond is only touched by God’s mercy in as much as it is free to want and to stimulate loving thoughts within itself, after which it will receive strength too. Yet many a soul is so hardened that it cannot have loving thoughts, and then it is in an intolerable situation which it is unable to end by itself.

However, these souls are surrounded by fellow sufferers who could kindle their love, and thus they can improve their situation at any time if they allow themselves to love.... because even the least resolve to help their fellow sufferers will give them strength. As soon as they notice this influx of strength they become more helpful, and this helpfulness towards other souls results in inner happiness, and then they have overcome the helpless state, the state of complete inertia. From this point on they can also receive God’s Word, i.e. the teaching beings of light can approach them and reveal God’s laws and why they have to be fulfilled. The light beings’ lessons then have to start so that the uninformed souls can receive light and strength, i.e. knowledge which they then can pass on with lovingly care to improve the fate of suffering souls. But such helpless souls might have to do without help for eternities, and this condition could be easily avoided if the human being would make the best of his opportunities on earth in order to enter the beyond with a maturity which will give him light and strength and enable him to be blissfully active in the spiritual realm....

Impotência na vida após a morte.... Law....

A alma que não recebe força permanece inativa. E este estado de inatividade não pode ser remediado a não ser através de atividade amorosa, para a qual, no entanto, falta à alma a vontade se ela está neste estado de impotência no além. Na Terra, porém, isso pode ser estimulado através da Palavra de Deus. Pode ser apresentado ao ser humano que uma atividade de amor é uma bênção para ele, e então ele pode levar a Palavra de Deus a sério, pode pensar sobre ela e então decidir ser ativo no amor por si mesmo. Pois na Terra não lhe falta força para realizar o que ele quer. E então a força espiritual alcança a alma e promove o seu desenvolvimento. Mas é diferente no além, onde a alma impotente nada mais pode fazer do que apenas querer.... E o que é esta vontade depende de se a força é fornecida ao ser. Assim a alma no além está dependente da ajuda de seres mais maduros, enquanto o ser humano na Terra pode agir independentemente das forças espirituais, de acordo com a sua vontade. E por isso o ser humano não deve erroneamente permanecer despreocupado, na opinião de que, se não alcançar seu objetivo na Terra, pode compensar no além o que lhe faltou em seu desenvolvimento na Terra. Esta é uma esperança enganosa da qual ele se arrependerá amargamente um dia, embora o estado no futuro não permaneça totalmente desesperado. São agonias indescritíveis pelas quais a alma tem de passar e que pode facilmente evitar na Terra através de um esforço sério para cima. A impotência é algo indizivelmente desolador, é um estado que a alma não pode remediar à vontade, mas que depende do amor de outros seres. E esse amor, por vezes, só é reconhecível à alma, de acordo com o seu próprio amor pelas almas que sofrem. Assim, uma alma sem amor pode ter de passar eternidades na sua impotência sem ser abordada por um ser amoroso se continuar a persistir no amor-próprio, se apenas pensar em si mesma e no seu destino e não tiver compaixão do destino da alma que a rodeia. Segundo a lei divina, não pode ser pensado de outra forma que não seja pensando em outras almas, e seu amor próprio é um obstáculo para que os seres de luz se aproximem dele e lhe tragam alívio. E como ela mesma não está disposta a dar ou ajudar, ela também não pode ser dada ou ajudada. E isso é o mais amargo, que a Palavra de Deus também não pode ser transmitida à alma, o que poderia tirá-la de sua cegueira espiritual, pois a Palavra de Deus é luz, e a alma ainda não está receptiva à luz devido à sua falta de amor. Na Terra, porém, a Palavra de Deus também é oferecida a pessoas indignas, pois esta é a graça que Deus concede aos não redimidos na Terra, a qual eles podem aceitar, mas também rejeitar de acordo com a sua vontade. Enquanto que no além da graça de Deus só afeta o ser na medida em que ele é livre para querer e despertar pensamentos amorosos em si mesmo, e daí a força também lhe será transmitida. Mas algumas almas são tão endurecidas que são incapazes de amar os pensamentos, e então é um estado insuportável para elas, que não podem terminar por si mesmas. No entanto, essas almas estão rodeadas de companheiros de sofrimento cujo destino pode inflamar seu amor e, portanto, podem melhorar sua situação para si a qualquer momento, assim que deixam o amor surgir dentro de si. Pois mesmo a mais leve vontade de ajudar esses semelhantes que sofrem lhes dá força e, assim que prestam atenção a essa força, também se tornam mais ativos no seu trabalho de amor, e ajudar outras almas lhes dá felicidade interior, e então o estado de impotência, o estado de completa inatividade, é superado. Então a Palavra de Deus também pode ser-lhes transmitida, ou seja, os seres ensinantes podem aproximar-se deles e apresentar-lhes os mandamentos que Deus lhes deu e por que eles têm de ser cumpridos. A atividade docente dos seres de luz deve agora começar para que as almas ignorantes recebam luz e força, isto é, conhecimento que podem agora transmitir com amor, cuidando do destino das almas que sofrem. No entanto, tais almas fracas podem ter de viver em carência de eternidades, e este estado pode ser facilmente evitado se o ser humano na Terra fizer uso das oportunidades para entrar no além num estado de maturidade que lhe proporcionará luz e força e lhe permitirá ser felizmente activo no reino espiritual...._>Amém
