Responsibility of educators.... love of truth....

The person who exercises an educational ministry and leads the souls entrusted to him astray bears a tremendous responsibility. As soon as he is active as a teacher, he must also be completely convinced of what he is teaching, otherwise he must not transfer his knowledge to others. This is especially true for teachings that relate to spiritual matters, i.e. that are intended to educate the soul. If he is convinced of the truth of these teachings, then he also has the right to defend his conviction. However, in order to be convinced, he must have thought through the teachings himself and taken a stand on them with the full will to stand in the truth. Then he will also be able to justify his educational ministry before God, because he is now acting to the best of his knowledge when he fulfils this ministry. However, as soon as he only passes on knowledge that he himself has received in exactly the same way without being fully convinced of the truth of it, he is guilty of the educated thinking of the people entrusted to him, for he is, as it were, imposing knowledge on them that may be far removed from the truth. But he has the task of watching over their knowledge, he must protect them from error or from teachings that are so unclear that they only confuse their thinking, for this is his office, which he is to administer conscientiously. But he can fulfil his office with peace of mind if he takes refuge in God, if he asks Him for enlightenment and His help, thus entrusting the souls of the people entrusted to him to God so that He may protect them from error or wrong thinking. He must be aware of his responsibility and only want to represent the pure truth, then God will also strengthen his will and his power of realization, and he will only pass on what he can fully affirm, what is therefore regarded by him as truth. And that is why it is of particular importance for a teacher that he intimately connects himself with God and asks Him for His help and blessing, because not only his salvation but also that of the pupils entrusted to him is in danger if divine grace does not make his activity a blessed one, if God does not give him the fullest realization as to whether and when he is in the truth. For one day he will have to answer for himself and he will be called to account for the souls to whom he should proclaim the truth....

Responsabilidade dos educadores.... Amor à verdade....

A pessoa que exerce um ofício educativo e conduz as almas que lhe foram confiadas tem uma responsabilidade tremenda. Assim que ensina, ele deve também estar completamente convencido do que está ensinando, caso contrário não deve transferir seus conhecimentos para outros. Isto é especialmente verdade para os ensinamentos que se relacionam com coisas espirituais, ou seja, ensinamentos que se destinam a educar a alma. Se ele está convencido da verdade desses ensinamentos, então ele também tem o direito de representar essa convicção. Mas, para ser convencido, ele próprio deve ter pensado nos ensinamentos e ter tomado uma posição sobre eles com toda a vontade de estar na verdade. Então ele também será capaz de responder pelo seu ministério educacional perante Deus, pois agora ele está agindo com o melhor de seu conhecimento quando ele exerce este ministério. Mas assim que ele só transmite conhecimentos que ele próprio recebeu exatamente da mesma maneira, sem estar plenamente convencido da sua verdade, ele é culpado do pensamento educado do povo que lhe foi confiado, pois está, por assim dizer, impondo-lhes um conhecimento que pode estar muito longe da verdade. Mas ele tem a tarefa de zelar pelo conhecimento daqueles, ele deve protegê-los de erros ou de ensinamentos que são tão pouco claros que só confundem o pensamento, pois este é o seu ofício, que ele deve administrar conscienciosamente. Mas ele pode exercer o seu ofício com calma se se refugiar em Deus, se apelar a Ele para a iluminação e para o Seu apoio, assim se elogiar as almas do povo que lhe foi confiado a Deus para que Ele possa protegê-las de erros ou pensamentos errados. Ele deve estar consciente da sua responsabilidade e querer apenas representar a pura verdade, então Deus também fortalecerá a sua vontade e o seu poder de realização, e só transmitirá aquilo que ele pode afirmar plenamente, o que é, portanto, considerado por ele como verdade. E, portanto, é de particular importância para uma força pedagógica unir-se intimamente a Deus e apelar para o seu apoio e bênção, porque não só a sua salvação, mas também a dos alunos a ele confiados, está em perigo se a graça divina não fizer da sua atividade uma abençoada, se Deus não lhe der pleno conhecimento se e quando ele está em verdade. Por um dia ele terá que responder por si mesmo, e será chamado a prestar contas pelas almas a quem ele deve proclamar a verdade...._>Amém
