Following Jesus....

There is only one path that leads to eternal life and to union with God.... the path via Jesus Christ, and anyone who rejects Christ will never be able to enter through the gates of heaven to eternal bliss. Man must walk the same path that Jesus walked on earth, the path of love and suffering, for only through love can he redeem himself and reduce the guilt of sin through suffering. And in order to be able to do this, the graces acquired through Jesus' death on the cross must be imparted to him, which he in turn can only receive if he recognizes Jesus Christ as redeemer and son of God. He must have faith in the divine saviour.... he must believe that God Himself sent Him to earth in order to be able to take up residence in Him in all fullness.... he must believe that divine love itself has descended to people, and only then does he prove his faith in God when he recognizes the act of salvation as an act of the greatest love for people and wants to share in the blessing of the act of salvation. Jesus says: "No one comes to the father except through Me...." Jesus does not speak these words as a human being, but they are to be understood spiritually. He Himself was pure love, and therefore man must mould himself into love in order to be united with the father, Who is love Himself. But if the human being is in love, then he will also recognize that Jesus Christ is also the epitome of the eternal deity. He will no longer be able to separate Christ from God, and thus love will be the only way to reach God. However, if a person does not recognize Christ, he can never think correctly. And even if he wants to affirm God, this is not a deep faith that separates God and Christ. He has a false concept of the eternal deity. Christian doctrine prescribes the two most important commandments: You shall love God above all things and your neighbour as yourself. In order to fulfil this commandment, He Himself must be love, and thus He must walk the same path that Jesus walked on earth; He must distribute love on all His paths through life, and since God is love Himself, He draws the eternal deity to Himself through every work of love, thus He unites Himself with It, and the same thing then takes place that caused Jesus to say: "The father and I are (‚are‘ was overwritten by ‚is‘ ed.) one...." He likewise united Himself with God through His greater than great love, so that He could utter these words with full justification, for His being was completely permeated by the divine spirit, thus the father was.... the eternal deity.... in the son, in that which had emanated from Him, and could no longer be eternally separated from each other. And this merging with the elemental force will always be the result of intimate love for God and for people, thus love is the path that leads to God. The work of redemption was the greatest work of love by a human being for the whole of humanity. Anyone who does not recognize this must be devoid of all love, otherwise he would want to recognize the connection most clearly and all doubt about the divinity of Jesus would disappear. Without love, however, the path to ascent can never be travelled, for then the human being does not follow Jesus; he does not belong to those who were redeemed by His death on the cross and is therefore lost for eternity....

Urmând pe Iisus....

Există o singură cale care duce la viața veșnică și la unirea cu Dumnezeu.... calea prin Iisus Hristos, iar cel care îl respinge pe Hristos nu va putea intra niciodată pe poarta raiului spre fericirea veșnică. Ființa umană trebuie să parcurgă același drum pe care l-a parcurs Iisus pe Pământ, drumul iubirii și al suferinței, pentru că nu se poate răscumpăra decât prin iubire și nu-și poate reduce vina păcatului decât prin suferință. Iar pentru a putea face acest lucru, trebuie să i se împărtășească harurile dobândite de Iisus prin moartea Sa pe cruce, pe care el, la rândul său, le poate primi doar dacă îl recunoaște pe Iisus Hristos ca Răscumpărător și Fiu al lui Dumnezeu. El trebuie să aibă credință în Răscumpărătorul divin.... El trebuie să creadă că Dumnezeu Însuși L-a trimis pe Pământ pentru a putea locui în El în toată plinătatea.... el trebuie să creadă că însăși iubirea divină a coborât la oameni, iar apoi dovedește credința în Dumnezeu doar atunci când recunoaște actul mântuirii ca fiind un act de cea mai mare iubire pentru oameni și vrea să participe la binecuvântarea actului mântuirii. Iisus spune: "Nimeni nu vine la Tatăl decât prin Mine...." Iisus nu rostește aceste cuvinte ca o ființă umană, ci ele trebuie înțelese în mod spiritual. El Însuși a fost iubire pură și, prin urmare, ființa umană trebuie să se transforme în iubire pentru a se uni cu Tatăl, care este iubire. Dar dacă ființa umană se află în dragoste, atunci va recunoaște că Iisus Hristos este și întruchiparea divinității veșnice. El nu va mai putea să-l despartă pe Hristos de Dumnezeu și, astfel, iubirea va fi singura cale de a ajunge la Dumnezeu. Dar dacă o persoană nu-L recunoaște pe Hristos, nu poate gândi niciodată corect. Și chiar dacă vrea să-L afirme pe Dumnezeu, nu este o credință profundă, care Îl separă pe Dumnezeu și pe Hristos unul de celălalt. El face o concepție falsă despre Dumnezeirea eternă. Doctrina creștină prescrie ca fiind cele mai importante cele două porunci: Să-L iubești pe Dumnezeu mai presus de toate și pe aproapele tău ca pe tine însuți. Pentru a împlini această poruncă, el trebuie să fie el însuși iubire și, prin urmare, trebuie să parcurgă același drum pe care l-a parcurs Iisus pe Pământ; trebuie să distribuie iubire în toate modurile sale de viață și, întrucât Dumnezeu este iubirea însăși, prin orice lucrare de iubire atrage la sine divinitatea eternă, se unește cu ea și atunci are loc același lucru care l-a determinat pe Iisus să spună: "Tatăl și cu Mine suntem una". De asemenea, El s-a unit cu Dumnezeu prin iubirea Sa copleșitoare, astfel încât a fost pe deplin justificat să pronunțe aceste cuvinte, deoarece Ființa Sa era complet pătrunsă de duhul divin, astfel că Tatăl...., Dumnezeirea veșnică.... era în Fiul, în Cel care a provenit din El, și nu mai puteau fi separați veșnic unul de celălalt. Iar această contopire cu puterea primordială va fi întotdeauna rezultatul unei iubiri intime pentru Dumnezeu și pentru oameni, astfel încât iubirea este calea care duce la Dumnezeu. Opera de răscumpărare a fost cea mai mare operă de iubire a unei ființe umane pentru întreaga umanitate. Oricine nu recunoaște acest lucru trebuie să fie lipsit de orice iubire, altfel ar dori să recunoască legătura în modul cel mai clar și orice îndoială cu privire la divinitatea lui Iisus ar dispărea. Fără iubire, însă, calea de urcare nu poate fi parcursă niciodată, pentru că atunci ființa umană nu îl urmează pe Iisus, nu aparține celor care au fost răscumpărați prin moartea Sa pe cruce și, prin urmare, este pierdută pentru veșnicie.....
