The living word must be asked for....

To hear the living word is an extraordinary grace that must be constantly asked for, as it cannot be imparted without being asked. Just as the desire of the earthly child rises from the depths of its heart to the heavenly father, it will be considered according to that very desire. But the path to Him must have been travelled first, prayer must establish the bridge from the human being to God, the open vessel must have been provided so that the divine gift of grace can flow into it. And thus God offers Himself to people in the word, for God is the word from eternity. He unites Himself with every person who seeks Him and longs for Him, yet not always so obviously, for He distributes His gift in such a way that it corresponds to its purpose. People must be offered extraordinary proofs of His love at times in order to strengthen faith in those who doubt or to convert complete unbelievers to faith. Everything that belongs to the daily phenomena of life loses its effect.... Even in this form, the word of God offered to people would soon become commonplace and thus make no impression on most people. Hence this process is only outwardly recognizable if it is divine will, i.e. if it is necessary to provide erring humanity with evidence of God's visible activity, but then the earthly child will be allowed to hear the divine word at any hour, in any place and in any situation in life if only its will establishes the connection with the heavenly father and it attentively listens to what the father reveals to it. Hearing his voice should be a heartfelt desire, nothing else should be longed for and every available time should be used to serve the lord and at the same time receive the highest grace....

La Parola viva dev’essere richiesta

Sentire la Parola viva è una straordinaria Grazia che dev’essere costantemente richiesta, dato che non può essere trasmessa non richiesta. Così come il desiderio del figlio terreno sale in Alto dal più profondo del cuore al Padre celeste, verrà gratificato appunto secondo quel desiderio. Ma dapprima dev’essere percorsa la via verso di Lui, la preghiera deve stabilire il Ponte dall’uomo a Dio, il vaso aperto dev’essere preparato, affinché il divino Dono di Grazia possa fluirvi dentro. E così Dio Stesso Si offre agli uomini nella Parola, perché Dio E’ la Parola dall’Eternità. Egli si collega con ogni uomo che Lo cerca e Lo desidera, ma non sempre in modo così evidente, perché Egli distribuisce il Suo Dono nel modo come corrisponde al suo scopo. Agli uomini dev’essere offerte di tanto in tanto delle dimostrazioni straordinarie del Suo Amore, per far diventare forte la fede nei bramosi di dubbi oppure di convertire dei completi miscredenti alla fede. Tutto ciò che fa parte dei fenomeni della vita quotidiana, perde il suo effetto. La Parola di Dio offerto in questa forma diventerebbe per gli uomini presto una quotidianità e quindi rimarrebbe senza impressione sulla maggior parte degli uomini. Perciò questo procedimento è riconoscibile esteriormente anche solamente, quando è la Volontà divina, cioè quando ne esiste la necessità di fornire all’umanità errante la dimostrazione del visibile Agire di Dio, ma allora il figlio terreno potrà sentire la Parola divina in ogni ora, in ogni luogo ed in ogni situazione di vita, se soltanto la sua volontà stabilisce il collegamento con il Padre celeste ed ascolta attentamente ciò che gli annuncia il Padre. Sentire la Sua voce dev’essere il desiderio più intimo, null’altro dev’essere bramato ed usato ogni tempo disponibile, per serivre il Signore e contemporaneamente ricevere la Grazia più sublime.
