The coming ruler according to the will of God....

And it is My will that a power should be formed on earth which shuns all violence and only exercises its rule with love. And I will call this power into being, I will give it My blessing, I will let it become great and the world shall recognize that it is appointed by Me. In the foreseeable future someone will ascend the throne, that is, I will give him power over many countries, I will appoint people to elect him as their prince, as their ruler, and he will gain the love and esteem of all nations, he will be without falsehood and give Me alone the honour, and therefore I will bless his work on earth.... But before this comes, an unspeakable tribulation will befall the earth, for the adversary still reigns and his influence seeks to destroy. He determines all evil powers to tremendous activity, and thus the earth will be stirred up, all evil spirits will gain the upper hand and earthly measures will be taken which likewise indicate satanic influence, and the worldly ruling power will live without God, and thus the exercise of power will also be.... lawless, brutal and shying away from the light of truth, and humanity will recognize the evil influence ever more clearly and feel the secret desire within itself that this rule may be replaced by a power in accordance with divine will. God has planned this change, but the time has not yet come, for satan's activity must first be revealed, even to those who are completely committed to it.... For only when the evil is recognized will it also be abhorred, and only then will the good striving of the ruling power be recognized and appreciated accordingly. For God wants people to be governed wisely, even by worldly power; He wants the same relationship to exist on earth between the people and their ruler as God demands of people for Himself.... Man should willingly submit to the power that has been given to him as authority by God. Where the people are governed wisely, they will also be devoted to the authorities and will do everything to establish the best understanding.... the authorities, i.e. the ruler, will always be regarded and honoured as the divine representative, and this relationship between the people and their ruler is in accordance with the divine will, so He will bless both the ruler and the people, because both make the divine will their guiding principle and live for each other....

Le second gouverneur après la Volonté de Dieu

C’est Ma Volonté que se forme un pouvoir sur la Terre qui rejette toute violence et exerce son gouvernement seulement dans l'amour. Et J'appellerai à l’existence ce pouvoir, Je lui donnerai Ma Bénédiction, Je le ferai devenir grand, et le monde devra reconnaître qu'il a été imposé par Moi. Dans un temps proche il montera sur le trône, c'est-à-dire que Je lui donnerai le pouvoir sur beaucoup de pays, J’amènerai les hommes à élire leur prince, comme leur régent, et il conquerra l'amour et l'estime de tous les peuples, il sera sans fausseté et donnera l'Honneur seulement à Moi, et donc Je veux bénir son action sur la Terre. Mais avant qu'il vienne, il devra y avoir une indicible affliction sur la Terre, parce que là l'adversaire règne encore, et celui-ci cherche à détruire son influence. Il incitera toutes les mauvaises forces à agir de façon abominable, et ainsi la Terre sera bouleversée, tout le spirituel mauvais conquerra le dessus, et des dispositions terrestres qui laissent entrevoir l'influence satanique seront promulguées, et le pouvoir mondain régnant vivra sans Dieu, et la violence sera partout, définitive et brutale parce qu’elle craint la Lumière de la Vérité ; l'humanité reconnaîtra toujours plus clairement la mauvaise influence et ressentira secrètement en elle le désir que cette domination soit remplacée par un pouvoir en accord avec la Volonté divine. Dieu a prévu ce changement, mais le temps n'est pas encore arrivé, parce que d'abord l’action de Satan doit être évidente même à ceux qui se sont déclarés définitivement pour lui. Parce que seulement lorsque le malin sera reconnu et abhorré, alors seulement la tendance vers le bien du pouvoir régnant sera admise et sera digne de respect. Parce que Dieu veut que les hommes soient gouvernés sagement même ci c’est par un pouvoir mondain ; Il veut que sur la Terre le même rapport doive exister entre les peuples et leurs gouvernants, que celui que Dieu exige des hommes pour Lui. L'homme doit se soumettre volontairement au pouvoir qui lui a été donné par Dieu en tant qu’autorité. Là où le peuple est gouverné sagement, là il sera aussi adonné à l'autorité, et il se donnera du mal pour établir le meilleur accord, il représentera l’autorité, c'est-à-dire que les gouvernants seront toujours considérés et honorés comme le représentant divin et ce rapport entre le peuple et son gouvernant correspond à la Volonté divine, donc Il bénira le gouverneur comme aussi le peuple, parce que les deux ont fait de la Volonté divine leur ligne de conduite et ils vivent l'un pour l'autre.
