The coming ruler according to the will of God....

And it is My will that a power should be formed on earth which shuns all violence and only exercises its rule with love. And I will call this power into being, I will give it My blessing, I will let it become great and the world shall recognize that it is appointed by Me. In the foreseeable future someone will ascend the throne, that is, I will give him power over many countries, I will appoint people to elect him as their prince, as their ruler, and he will gain the love and esteem of all nations, he will be without falsehood and give Me alone the honour, and therefore I will bless his work on earth.... But before this comes, an unspeakable tribulation will befall the earth, for the adversary still reigns and his influence seeks to destroy. He determines all evil powers to tremendous activity, and thus the earth will be stirred up, all evil spirits will gain the upper hand and earthly measures will be taken which likewise indicate satanic influence, and the worldly ruling power will live without God, and thus the exercise of power will also be.... lawless, brutal and shying away from the light of truth, and humanity will recognize the evil influence ever more clearly and feel the secret desire within itself that this rule may be replaced by a power in accordance with divine will. God has planned this change, but the time has not yet come, for satan's activity must first be revealed, even to those who are completely committed to it.... For only when the evil is recognized will it also be abhorred, and only then will the good striving of the ruling power be recognized and appreciated accordingly. For God wants people to be governed wisely, even by worldly power; He wants the same relationship to exist on earth between the people and their ruler as God demands of people for Himself.... Man should willingly submit to the power that has been given to him as authority by God. Where the people are governed wisely, they will also be devoted to the authorities and will do everything to establish the best understanding.... the authorities, i.e. the ruler, will always be regarded and honoured as the divine representative, and this relationship between the people and their ruler is in accordance with the divine will, so He will bless both the ruler and the people, because both make the divine will their guiding principle and live for each other....

Der kommende Herrscher nach dem Willen Gottes....

Und das ist Mein Wille, daß sich eine Macht bildet auf Erden, die jede Gewalttätigkeit scheut und nur in Liebe ihre Herrschaft ausübt. Und diese Macht werde Ich ins Leben rufen, Ich werde ihr Meinen Segen geben, Ich werde sie groß werden lassen, und die Welt soll erkennen, daß sie von Mir eingesetzt ist. In absehbarer Zeit schon wird einer den Thron besteigen, d.h., Ich werde ihm Gewalt geben über viele Länder, Ich werde die Menschen bestimmen, ihn zu wählen zu ihrem Fürsten, zu ihrem Regenten, und er wird sich die Liebe und das Ansehen aller Völker erringen, er wird ohne Falsch sein und Mir allein die Ehre geben, und darum will ich sein Wirken auf Erden segnen.... Doch ehe dieser kommt, geht eine unsagbare Trübsal über die Erde, denn noch herrschet der Widersacher, und dessen Einfluß sucht zu zerstören. Er bestimmt alle schlechten Kräfte zu ungeheurer Tätigkeit, und also wird die Erde aufgewühlt werden, es wird alles schlechte Geistige die Oberhand gewinnen, und es werden irdische Maßnahmen getroffen werden, die gleichfalls auf satanischen Einfluß schließen lassen, und es wird die weltlich herrschende Macht leben ohne Gott, und so wird auch die Ausübung der Gewalt sein.... rechtlos, brutal und das Licht der Wahrheit scheuend, und es wird die Menschheit immer deutlicher den schlechten Einfluß erkennen und den heimlichen Wunsch in sich spüren, daß diese Herrschaft abgelöst werden möge von einer dem göttlichen Willen entsprechenden Gewalt. Gott hat diese Änderung vorgesehen, es ist aber die Zeit noch nicht gekommen, denn erst muß das Wirken des Satans offenbar werden, auch denen, die sich restlos dazu bekannten.... Denn erst, wenn das Schlechte erkannt wird, wird es auch verabscheut werden, und dann erst wird das gute Streben der herrschenden Macht anerkannt und entsprechend gewürdigt. Denn Gott will, daß die Menschen weise regiert werden auch von weltlicher Macht; Er will, daß das gleiche Verhältnis auch auf Erden bestehen soll zwischen dem Volk und seinem Herrscher, wie es Gott für Sich von den Menschen fordert.... Es soll sich der Mensch willig unterstellen der Macht, die als Obrigkeit von Gott ihm gegeben wurde. Wo das Volk weise regiert wird, dort wird es auch der Obrigkeit zugetan sein, und es wird alles tun, um das beste Einvernehmen herzustellen.... es wird die Obrigkeit, d.h. der Herrscher, stets als der göttliche Vertreter angesehen und geehrt werden, und es ist dieses Verhältnis zwischen dem Volk und seinem Herrscher dem göttlichen Willen entsprechend, also wird Er sowohl den Herrscher als auch das Volk segnen, weil beide den göttlichen Willen sich zur Richtschnur machen und füreinander leben....
