Divine mercy.... request this....

The most significant moment in earthly life is the realization of one's own weakness and the attention of divine grace. Man will never recognize the latter as long as he believes himself to be strong. Only the feeling of weakness enables him to make use of divine grace, i.e. he desires something that takes away his feeling of weakness, and he then recognizes this tangible help as grace, as a gift, offered to him by God in love. And this realization is so significant for him because now, by asking for grace, the human being also consciously establishes a connection with God and this proves both his faith and his desire for God, which will certainly result in the soul's higher development. divine grace is a means of ascent, divine grace is furthermore already the fulfilment of prayer, it is proof of God's love; and where this expresses itself the human being need not fear that he will ever be forsaken by God. He need not fear a spiritual decline, but he need not fear earthly either, for the plea for divine grace will never remain unanswered, and standing in divine grace the human being will overcome everything. For divine grace is power that God bestows on people without their merit. Divine grace is not distributed according to worthiness, but all people can receive it without restriction, they only have to desire it and therefore ask for it. However, grace cannot be distributed unasked for. God will only ever draw people's attention to it or try to encourage them to desire His grace, but He will never give His grace to people who never believe they need it. These people are arrogant; they do not know that they are nothing if God wills it, but they believe that they can master everything in the world by their own strength. God has to show these people His strength, He has to make them helpless so that they then call upon Him for His grace, for then He will impart it to people and only then will the human being's soul begin to mature. But before that the walk on earth was without great spiritual success, although earthly man certainly found joy and physical satisfaction. Only what benefits the soul has lasting value, but not what the body desires and receives. And if the human being always and constantly asks for grace, the influx will never dry up, and living in divine grace brings the soul unimaginable blessings and is therefore the first and most important thing that must be recognized. For only now does the human being consciously work on his soul if he continuously requests divine grace so that it can flow to him unmeasured....

La Grazia divina – Richiedere la Stessa

Il momento più importante nella vita terrena è diventare consapevole della propria debolezza e del rivolgersi alla Grazia divina. Quest’ultima l’uomo non la riconoscerà mai, finché crede sé stesso forte. Solo la sensazione di debolezza lo rende capace di avvalersi della Grazia divina, cioè di desiderare qualcosa, che gli toglie la sensazione di debolezza, e poi riconosce come Grazia, come Regalo, questa prestazione d’Aiuto per lui percettibile, offertogli da Dio nell’Amore. E questa riconoscenza è per lui tanto importante, perché ora l’uomo, mentre chiede la Grazia, stabilisce anche coscientemente il contatto con Dio e questo fatto dimostra sia la fede come anche la sua fiducia in Dio, cosa che ha ora per conseguenza con certezza lo sviluppo dell’anima verso l’Alto. La Grazia divina è un Mezzo d’Aiuto verso l’Alto, la Grazia divina inoltre è anche già l’esaudimento della preghiera, è una dimostrazione dell’Amore di Dio; e dove questo si manifesta, là l’uomo non deve temere di essere mai abbandonato da Dio. Non deve temere nessun naufragio spirituale, ma non deve nemmeno temere in modo terreno, perché la richiesta per la Grazia divina non rimarrà mai non udita, e l’uomo vincerà tutto stando nella Grazia divina. Poiché la Grazia divina è Forza che Dio rivolge agli uomini senza il loro merito. La Grazia divina non viene distribuita secondo la dignità, ma la possono ricevere tutti gli uomini illimitatamente, la devono solo desiderare e chiedere. Ma la Grazia non può essere distribuita se non richiesta. Dio cercherà sempre soltanto di fargli notare o di stimolarlo a desiderare la Sua Grazia, ma non regalerà mai la Sua Grazia agli uomini che credono di non averne bisogno. Questi uomini sono arroganti; non sanno che non sono nulla, se Dio lo vuole, ma credono di poter vincere tutto nel mondo con la propria forza. A questi uomini Dio deve mostrare la Sua Forza, li deve rendere inermi, in modo che ora Lo invochino per la Sua Grazia, perché allora Egli la trasmette loro e solo allora l’uomo comincia a maturare nella sua anima. Ma prima il cammino sulla Terra era senza grande successo spirituale, benché l’uomo avesse già trovato gioia e soddisfazione corporea in modo terreno. Solo quello che serve all’anima, ha un valore permanente, ma non ciò che il corpo desidera e che lo mantiene. E se l’uomo chiede sempre e costantemente la Grazia, l’afflusso non si esaurirà mai, e vivere nella Grazia divina procura all’anima una Benedizione inimmaginabile e perciò è la prima e più importante cosa che dev’essere riconosciuta, perché solo ora l’uomo lavora coscientemente sulla sua anima, se richiede continuamente la Grazia divina, affinché gli possa affluire smisuratamente.
