Cloudless sky....effect of the sun....

A cloudless, blue sky makes man's fear of threatening clouds disappear, he weighs himself in joyful expectations, and he himself is cheerful and radiant if earthly worries do not depress him. He rejoices in the light of the sun, he rejoices in the whole sight that presents itself to the beauty-thirsty eye. And not infrequently such a sight will also have an ennobling effect on a person's mind; the sun, which touches him favourably on the outside, will also cast a reflection in his heart, whereas a dark, cloudy sky often evokes resentful thoughts in a person. No other explanation is needed than that the beings of light, the mediators of the power from God, turn their power of light and love towards people in all its fullness, and thus the person who receives such spiritual support can reach the heights correspondingly effortlessly if he willingly abandons himself to this influence of the beings of light, i.e. if he thinks and acts as his inner feeling urges him and if this feeling mostly allows him to affirm the good. So on such sunny days the urge to be good is proportionately stronger, and it must also be observed that man does not oppose his inner desire and thereby reduce the influence of the beings of light and power. The natural sun is the awakener of all earthly life, but at the same time it also has the greatest effect on the human being's spiritual life if the human being strives towards higher spiritual development through his own will. The spiritual strength can then reach him to a far greater extent if he allows himself to be influenced by the natural rays of the sun, for these rays are only spiritual activity which can indeed remain without effect if the human being wants to remain completely unimpressed.... for then the effect of the sun's rays is only physically perceptible, i.e. only beneficial to earthly life while spiritual life remains unaffected. Therefore, conscious striving upwards is always a prerequisite for the rays of sunlight to have an influence on spiritual development, but then this effect will be tremendous, i.e. it will bring incomparable success for the human being. And this will manifest itself such that the will to do good, the strength to love and to regocnize wisdom from God will be extraordinarily strong.... The desire to ascend will increase, the activity of love will become ever more active and a spiritual decline will be less to be feared, for the beings of light can have a direct effect on hearts which willingly open themselves, which consciously turn towards the sun and, apart from the physical comfort, regocnize the spiritual effect of sunlight and desire it....

Il Cielo senza nuvole – L’effetto del Sole

Un Cielo senza nuvole e blu fa perdere all’uomo la sua paura da nuvole minacciose, si culla nelle liete aspettative ed egli stesso è allegro e raggiante, se non è oppresso da preoccupazioni terrene. Si rallegra della Luce del Sole, si rallegra della vista dell’insieme che si offre all’occhio assetato di bellezza. E non raramente una tale vista ha anche un effetto nobilitante sull’animo dell’uomo, il Sole, che lo tocca estremamente benefico, getterà anche un riflesso nel cuore dell’uomo, mentre un cielo oscuro, pesante di nuvole produce sovente dei pensieri astiosi nell’uomo. Ora non ci vuole nessun’altra spiegazione per capire che gli esseri di Luce, i mediatori della Forza di Dio, rivolgono agli uomini in tutta la pienezza la loro Forza di Luce e d’amore e quindi l’uomo, che riceve spiritualmente un tale sostegno, può giungere in Alto relativamente senza fatica, se si affida volonterosamente a quest’influenza degli esseri di Luce, cioè pensa ed agisce in modo come è spinto dal sentimento interiore, e questo sentimento afferma quasi sempre il bene. In tali giorni soleggiati la spinta di esser buono è relativamente più forte e deve anche essere osservato, che l‘uomo non oppone niente al suo desiderio interiore e da ciò l’influenza degli esseri di Luce e Forza non viene diminuita. Il Sole naturale è la sveglia di tutta la vita terrena, ma è anche contemporaneamente del massimo effetto di Forza sulla vita spirituale dell’uomo, se l’uomo tende mediante la propria volontà allo sviluppo spirituale verso l’Alto. Allora gli può giungere in misura maggiore la Forza spirituale, quando si da all’influenza dei raggi naturali del Sole, perché questi raggi sono soltanto l’agire spirituale, che può però anche rimanere senza effetto quando l’uomo vuole rimanere totalmente non influenzato, perché allora l’effetto dei raggi del Sole è percepibile solo corporalmente, cioè soltanto utile alla vita terrena, mentre la vita spirituale non viene toccata. Perciò è sempre premessa il cosciente tendere verso l’Alto affinché i raggi della Luce del Sole abbiano influenza sullo sviluppo spirituale, ma allora questo effetto è immenso, cioè apportando un incomparabile successo per l’uomo. E questo si manifesta in modo che la volontà per il bene, la Forza per l’amore e per riconoscere la Sapienza di Dio è straordinariamente forte. Il desiderio verso l’Alto si fortifica, l’attività d’amore diventa sempre più vivace, ed una retrocessione spirituale è poco temibile, perché gli esseri di Luce possono agire direttamente sui cuori che si aprono volontariamente, che si rivolgono coscientemente al Sole e riconoscono e desiderano inoltre il beneficio corporeo dell’effetto spirituale della Luce del Sole.
