Life in the divine will.... inner voice....

Man should scrutinize himself with relentless rigour as to how far he complies with God's will, and he should always keep his actions and omissions in mind, he should ask God for the strength to do so in a constant endeavour to always do what is right, he should never tire of working on himself and always and constantly answer to Him and listen to the inner voice that rebukes him if he wants to go astray. Always living in the will of God is only feasible if all thoughts are turned towards the eternal deity, if love for God dominates the person.... Then man will also always fulfil the will of Him Whom his soul loves. However, this also requires self-conquest, for in order to be able to fulfil the divine will, man must willingly renounce everything that gives him earthly pleasure.... he must be able to sacrifice.... he must tame his worldly desires and seek fulfilment of his longing only in love for God.... he must also avoid everything that could tempt him to sin. These are the thoughts that want to go astray and do not correspond to the divine will. The enemy tries to influence precisely those souls who want to serve God and any means is right for him to do so. And thus he tries to dissuade the striving earthly child from its serious striving for God through mental whisperings, and a struggling soul will therefore often have to fight against such thoughts which have to be regocnized as opposing influence and therefore rejected. And again the inner voice has to be listened to, which instructs the earthly child correctly in every way. And thus every danger will also be overcome if only the human being's will is always willing to submit itself to divine will, if he entrusts all his actions and thoughts to the lord, asks Him for His grace and for the right enlightenment in all things.... The father in heaven will hear this prayer of His child and his walk on earth will truly correspond to God's will, for the father demands nothing but free human will, if this is sacrificed to Him He will guide and direct His children so that they will safely reach their goal, their eternal home.

La vida en la voluntad divina.... Voz interior....

El hombre debe examinarse a sí mismo con una severidad implacable para comprobar en qué medida está cumple con la voluntad de Dios, y debe tener siempre presentes sus acciones y omisiones; en un esfuerzo constante por hacer siempre lo correcto, debe pedirle a Dios la fuerza para hacerlo, no debe cansarse de trabajar sobre sí mismo, y siempre y constantemente responderse ante Él y escuchar la voz interior, que lo corrige cuando quiere desviarse. Vivir siempre en la voluntad de Dios solo es factible cuando todo pensamiento está dirigido hacia la Deidad eterna, cuando el amor a Dios domina al ser humano.... Entonces el ser humano cumplirá también siempre la voluntad de Aquel a Quien su alma ama.

Sin embargo, esto también exige dominio propio porque para poder cumplir la voluntad divina el ser humano debe renunciar voluntariamente a todo lo que le da alegría terrenal.... deber saber hacer sacrificios.... debe domar sus deseos mundanos y sólo buscar el cumplimiento de su anhelo en el amor de Dios.... también debe seguir evitando todo lo que pueda tentarlo a pecar. Estos son los pensamientos que quieren apartarse que no corresponden a la voluntad divina. El enemigo precisamente trata de tener un efecto sobre estas almas que quieren servir a Dios, y todos los medios son adecuados para lo que haga. Y entonces trata a través de insinuaciones mentales de desviar al niño terrenal de su ferviente lucha por Dios, y un alma que lucha, por lo tanto, a menudo tendrá que luchar contra tales pensamientos, que son reconocidos como influencias opuestas y, por lo tanto, deben ser rechazados.

Y de nuevo hay que escuchar la voz interior, que instruye al niño terrenal correctamente en todos los sentidos. Y por eso todo peligro también será vencido si la voluntad del ser humano está siempre dispuesta a someterse a la voluntad divina, si confía todas sus acciones y pensamientos al Señor, Le pide Su gracia y la justa iluminación en todas las cosas.... El Padre en el cielo escuchará la oración de Su hijo, y su vida en la tierra corresponderá verdaderamente a la voluntad de Dios, porque el Padre no exige, sino la libre voluntad humana, si ésta le es sacrificada, entonces dirige y guía a Sus hijos para que puedan llegar con seguridad a su destino, su hogar eterno....
