Lack of faith.... power of prayer.... coincidences....

Remember the lord everywhere and at all times, and you will also become aware of His faithful care in all adversity. Anyone who places himself in His care truly need not worry about what tomorrow will bring, and anyone who lifts his eyes to Him in right trust will find his fate in God's hands. The person of little faith, on the other hand, resists the danger from outside and yet cannot turn it away from himself, for he needs it to awaken or increase his faith and trust in the lord, and if he is timid and does not grant his prayer strength he will have a hard time fighting, and this is only due to his lack of faith. In the forthcoming time all those who lack faith will be in dire straits and a palpable pressure will weigh upon them.... (24.5.1939) For example, people put themselves in the position of having to make a decision in an important matter and not being oriented to how the consequences of the decision he has made, he will always feel a certain uncertainty and understandably ask for advice, and then he will turn to someone who is able to assess both the benefit and the harm which every decision entails, and he will advise him to his advantage. But in exactly the same way the divine saviour also wants to be asked for His advice in every earthly matter, because He is nevertheless able to create the greatest possible advantage for the earthly child, which not only has a physical but also a purely spiritual effect on it. But this again requires first establishing the childlike connection with the father, for only a child is able to pray so intimately to the father that it will also be fulfilled. And therefore the lord also called out to all of you: "Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest...." And if the father in heaven gives you this assurance, your faith shall be based on these words.... You shall unconditionally accept what the lord and saviour says.... you shall not doubt and not hesitate to comply with the divine will and carry an unlimited trust in Him in your heart.... And you shall remember the everlasting care of the divine lord. Not for one second does the lord withdraw His will from you, His creatures. The most diverse coincidences in life should make people think that, according to a certain wise plan, all events in life happen as they do, and these coincidences are only the visible intervention of an invisible power. And therefore the human being must also stand in the midst of all events, and the controller of all works of creation must also be granted the power to be able to avert the destined fates at will, and therefore the human being needs prayer so that he himself has it in his hands to hand over everything difficult to the divine lord and thereby be allowed to walk his earthly path unburdened and thus, to a certain extent, to choose the path which brings him the greatest advantage in spiritual matters, which brings him the greatest spiritual advantage without, however, excluding divine strength, for it is only this which ensures the right success for the being on earth.... but which has to be asked for consciously and therefore the human being recognizes the divinity with deep faith and Its working in love, omnipotence and wisdom....

Le manque de foi – le pouvoir de la prière

Pensez au Seigneur partout et en tout temps, et vous percevrez aussi Sa fidèle Providence dans toutes les misères. Celui qui s’en remet à Sa Garde, ne doit vraiment pas se préoccuper de ce que lui apporte le lendemain, et celui qui lève son regard vers Lui dans une vraie confiance, son destin est dans la Main de Dieu. Par contre celui qui est petit dans la foi ne peut pas s'opposer au danger venant de l'extérieur et il ne peut pas le repousser, parce qu'à lui il est nécessaire que sa foi et sa confiance dans le Seigneur soit réveillée ou augmentée, et si maintenant il est hésitant et ne renforce pas sa prière, il aura durement à combattre, et cela seulement à cause du manque de foi. Dans le temps qui vient tous ceux auxquels il manque la foi en arriveront à une grave misère, et une pression sensible pèsera sur eux. (24.05.1939) L'homme est par exemple dans la situation de devoir se décider dans une affaire importante et il ne sait pas quel effet aura la décision qu’il va prendre, alors il sera saisi d'une certaine insécurité, il est donc compréhensible qu’il demande conseil, et il se tournera vers quelqu'un qui est en mesure de juger soit de l'utilité comme aussi de dire qu'elle sera la conséquence de toute décision, et celui-ci le conseillera maintenant à son avantage. C’est vraiment ainsi que le divin Sauveur veut Être consulté pour Son Conseil dans chaque affaire terrestre, vu qu’Il peut procurer au fils terrestre l'avantage le plus grand possible, qui n'aura pas seulement un effet corporel, mais aussi un effet purement spirituel. Mais ceci demande de nouveau d'établir auparavant une intime liaison enfantine avec le Père, pour obtenir satisfaction. Car le Seigneur a dit à tous: «Venez à Moi vous tous qui êtes fatigués et chargés, Je veux vous revigorer....» Et si le Père dans le Ciel vous donne cette Assurance, votre foi doit se rehausser avec ces Paroles. Vous devez accepter inconditionnellement ce que le Seigneur et le Sauveur dit, et ne pas douter ou temporiser pour suivre la Volonté divine et pour porter dans le cœur une confiance illimitée en Lui. Et vous devez toujours penser continuellement à la Providence du divin Seigneur. Le Seigneur ne retire pas Sa Volonté selon celle de Ses créatures. Les cas les plus divers dans la vie devraient donner à penser aux hommes que selon un Plan sagement prévu tous les événements dans la vie se disposent comme c’est le cas, et ces cas sont justement seulement une Intervention visible d'une Puissance invisible. Et par conséquent l’homme doit aussi être au milieu de tous ces événements et au Conducteur de chaque Œuvre de Création il doit aussi être assigné toute Puissance pour qu’il puisse modifier ce que le destin avait assigné, mais pour cela Il a besoin de la prière de l’homme, pour qu'il ait lui-même dans la main de remettre chaque difficulté au divin Seigneur et donc pouvoir parcourir déchargé son chemin terrestre et d’une certaine manière choisir ce qui lui apporte le plus grand avantage dans la relation spirituelle, sans cependant exclure la Force divine, parce que c'est seulement celle-ci qui assure à l'être terrestre le juste succès, mais elle doit être demandée consciemment et l’homme doit reconnaître dans une foi profonde la Divinité et Son Action d’Amour, d’Omnipotence et de Sagesse.
