The commandment of love for one's neighbour encompasses all demands made on people, and love for God is again conditioned by love for one's neighbour. Thus the human being on earth will completely fulfil his task if he is absorbed in love for God and his neighbour and builds his life on this basis. Where the heart can make happy in love, there the enemy has lost power, for love is of divine origin, it makes happy and enlivens, whereas the enemy's power seeks to destroy what love builds up. Yet unselfish love for one's neighbour will only ever take care of his well-being but never do the slightest thing to harm him, for this would truly not be true love if it resulted in disadvantage for the human being. Therefore, it can only be in the spirit of the divine creator to take a stand in the service of neighbourly love on the ten commandments which the lord has given to human beings, namely for a more detailed explanation of the individual commandments which, in turn, each correspond to the demand to love one's neighbour as oneself and thus, in summary, are always based on unselfish love for one's neighbour. The spiritually equal attitude can also result in all who are of the same spirit uniting in love, or that the love which has become strong in the human being expresses itself precisely in such a way that the human being wants to give to his fellow human being again and again, and that without wanting to achieve the slightest advantage for himself, for as soon as the interest in an advantage, no matter how small, is predominant, every work of love for the neighbour remains a kind of speculation but is never what was taught to people by the heavenly father in the commandment of neighbourly love, instead, all calculation is only based on one's own desire for gain, and only in those few cases is active neighbourly love practiced in the spirit of God where the human being is only ever willing to give but never wants to take or possess....

O mandamento do amor ao próximo engloba todas as exigências feitas às pessoas, e o amor a Deus é novamente condicionado pelo amor ao próximo. Assim o homem na Terra cumprirá completamente a sua tarefa, se estiver absorto no amor a Deus e ao próximo e construir a sua vida com base nisso. Onde o coração pode fazer feliz no amor, aí o inimigo perdeu o poder, pois o amor é de origem divina, ele faz feliz e vivifica, enquanto o poder do inimigo procura destruir o que o amor constrói. Mas o amor altruísta pelo próximo só cuidará do seu bem-estar, mas nunca fará a mínima coisa para prejudicá-lo, pois isso realmente não seria amor verdadeiro se resultasse em desvantagem para o ser humano. Portanto, só pode ser no espírito do Criador divino tomar posição a serviço do amor ao próximo sobre os dez mandamentos que o Senhor deu aos seres humanos, isto é, para uma explicação mais detalhada dos mandamentos individuais que, por sua vez, correspondem à exigência de amar o próximo como a si mesmo e, portanto, em resumo, baseiam-se sempre no amor altruísta ao próximo. A atitude de igualdade espiritual também pode resultar em que todos os que são do mesmo espírito se unam no amor, ou que o amor que se tornou forte no ser humano se expresse precisamente de tal modo que o ser humano queira dar ao seu semelhante uma e outra vez, e isso sem querer alcançar a mínima vantagem para si mesmo, pois assim que o interesse por uma vantagem, por menor que seja, é predominante, Toda obra de amor ao próximo permanece uma espécie de especulação, mas nunca é o que o Pai celestial ensinou às pessoas no mandamento do amor ao próximo, ao contrário, todo cálculo se baseia apenas no próprio desejo de ganho, e só nesses poucos casos é que se pratica o amor ativo ao próximo no espírito de Deus, onde o ser humano só está sempre disposto a dar, mas nunca quer tomar ou possuir....
