Belichaming van de lichtwezens - Missie

In het tijdsbestek van een ontwikkelingsperiode wordt de menselijke ziel slechts eenmaal belichaamd, tenzij ze een tweede levenswandel op aarde in vrije wil op zich neemt, met het doel een missie te vervullen. Een herbelichaming is dus slechts mogelijk na afloop van een ontwikkelingsperiode, terwijl dit nodig is om het totale geestelijke, dat ver van God afstaat, dat op aarde heeft gefaald, toch nog in de nabijheid van God te brengen. Maar zo’n herbelichaming is geenszins in overeenstemming met de wil van het wezen. Integendeel, deze zou worden gevoeld als toestand van dwang, waarin de mens uit vrije wil nooit zou toestemmen. De hernieuwde belichaming als mens vereist ook de gang door al de scheppingswerken, die onvoorstelbaar kwellend is. Maar is een lichtwezen bereid om op aarde een voor de geestelijke ontwikkeling van de mensen nodige taak te vervullen, dan kan ze zich op aarde weer belichamen en daardoor ook een nog hogere graad van rijpheid bereiken, dus valt dan de gang tevoren door de werken van de schepping weg; de ziel incarneert zich van boven in een vleselijk lichaam, om nu onder dezelfde voorwaarden als mens geheel rijp te worden, tot die graad, die dan het uitvoeren van de haar gestelde taak mogelijk maakt. Zulke zielen worden steeds aan de zielen, die zich in geestelijke nood bevinden, ter beschikking gesteld. Het zijn leiders op aarde, mensen die het weten over God bezitten en daardoor de mensen bij kunnen staan in hun geestelijke ontwikkeling.

Hoe groter de geestelijke nood is, des te meer lichtwezens belichamen zich om hen te helpen. Ze hebben echter de weg over de aarde niet meer nodig om zich eerst te vormen tot een lichtwezen, maar hun ziel is een ziel van het licht, alleen zonder op de hoogte te zijn van hun geestelijke toestand en daarom ook vervuld van het streven naar omhoog, omdat zoiets voor de medemensen van grote betekenis is, dat dezen de weg wordt getoond, die omhoog leidt. Van een reïncarnatie, met het doel zich te vervolmaken, kan dus niet worden gesproken en daarom is ook de opvatting onjuist, dat een ziel zich naar believen kan belichamen, met het doel zich verder te ontwikkelen. Want alleen een volmaakte ziel, een lichtwezen, neemt vrijwillig de materiële omhulling aan, omdat ze tot liefde is geworden en de liefde voor het onvrije geestelijke haar beweegt, in een kerker terug te keren, die ze al lang ontvlucht is. Maar een ziel, die nog rijp moet worden, zou zich ertegen verzetten naar de aarde terug te keren, omdat ze zich onrukt voelt aan de last van het aardse bestaan, zodra ze al inzicht heeft en dit laatste voor haar ook het weten betekent van de mogelijkheden, zich positief te ontwikkelen in het geestelijke rijk en ze deze verreweg verkiest boven een herhaald leven op aarde.

De ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden in het geestelijke rijk zijn echter aangepast aan de toestand van rijpheid van elke ziel. Hoe gewilliger de ziel is, hoe meer ze ernaar streeft zich positief te ontwikkelen, des te werkzamer is ze ook en des te meer vergeestelijkt ze zich. Ze heeft geen materiële scheppingen meer nodig, noch verschaft ze zich zulke zelf door haar verlangen, al is het ook maar in haar inbeelding. Ze scheidt zich er steeds meer van af en ook aardse wensen komen meer en meer op de achtergrond. Dienovereenkomstig leeft ze nu in geestelijke sferen, in een omgeving, die alleen maar als geestelijke schepping is te bestempelen. Eke mogelijkheid om zich positief te ontwikkelen wordt haar geboden en ze heeft waarlijk niet nogmaals een verblijf op de aarde nodig en verlangt daar ook niet naar, omdat ze het aardse leven als een overwonnen stadium van haar ontwikkeling beschouwt, ongeacht of het haar de rijpheid heeft opgeleverd, die voor de ziel mogelijk was te bereiken. Maar het was voor haar een geketende toestand, waaruit ze zich nu bevrijd voelt en die ze nooit meer naar zou nastreven. Anders is het bij een nog geheel materiële ziel, die zonder dit inzicht van de aarde scheidt en nog met alle zinnen aan de aarde is gebonden. Deze zielen verlangen wel naar de aarde terug, maar nooit om geestelijk rijp te worden, veeleer om alleen zuiver lichamelijk te kunnen genieten, omdat de liefde voor de materiële wereld en voor haar eigen ik de ziel vervult en ze het verlangen naar de aarde steeds groter laat worden. Maar deze zielen moeten de liefde voor de materie overwinnen en ze moeten dat doen in het hiernamaals, omdat ze het op aarde verzuimden. Ze scheppen zich door hun begeerten zelf een aardse wereld in het geestelijke rijk, ze zien en bezitten alles wat ze zich wensen, maar niet meer in werkelijkheid, maar alleen in hun fantasie, en wel zo lang tot ze tot het inzicht komen, dat ze slechts schijngoederen najagen en hun verlangen ernaar nu overwinnen. Dan pas verandert hun omgeving en dan pas beginnen ze aan hun bezigheid in het geestelijke rijk, die hen een positieve ontwikkeling waarborgt.

Embodiment of the beings of light.... mission....

The human soul only embodies itself once during a period of development unless it takes on another earthly life of its own free will for the purpose of fulfilling a mission. A re-embodiment is therefore only possible after the end of a period of development, as soon as this is necessary in order to still bring the spiritual being, which is completely distant from God and has failed on earth, close to God. However, such a re-embodiment is by no means in accordance with the being's will but would be perceived as a state of compulsion to which the human being would never agree of his own free will. Re-embodiment as a human being also presupposes a walk through all works of creation, which is unimaginably agonizing. However, if a being of light is willing to fulfill a task on earth which is necessary for people's spiritual development it can embody itself again on earth and thereby also attain an even higher degree of maturity, thus the process through the works of creation is eliminated first, the soul incarnates itself from above in a body of flesh in order to mature as a human being under the same conditions to that degree which then makes it possible to accomplish the task assigned to it. Such souls are always given to souls in spiritual distress, they are guides on earth, people who have knowledge of God and can therefore assist people in their spiritual development. The greater the spiritual hardship, the more beings of light embody themselves in order to help them. However, they no longer need the earthly path in order to first shape themselves into a being of light but their soul is a soul of light, only without knowledge of its spiritual state and therefore full of aspiration to ascend, because it is of utmost importance for their fellow human beings that they should be shown the path which leads upwards. Thus one cannot speak of reincarnation for the purpose of perfection, and therefore the opinion that a soul can embody itself at will for the purpose of further development is also erroneous. For only a perfect soul, a being of light, voluntarily takes upon itself the material shell because it has become love and its love for the unfree spiritual substance determines it to return into a dungeon from which it has long since escaped. However, a soul which is still in need of maturity would be reluctant to return to earth because it feels raptured from the heaviness of earth as soon as it has already attained knowledge, and the latter also signifies for it the knowledge of the possibility of an ascent development in the spiritual kingdom and it far prefers this to another life on earth. However, the possibilities of development in the spiritual kingdom are adapted to every soul's state of maturity....

(13.9.19439) The more willing the soul is, the more it strives for ascent development, the more active it is and the more it spiritualizes itself, i.e., it neither needs material creations nor does it procure such for itself through its desire, even if only in its imagination. It separates itself more and more from it, and earthly desires also recede more and more. Accordingly, it now lives in spiritual spheres, in an environment that can only be addressed as a spiritual creation. Every opportunity for higher development is offered to it, and it truly does not need another sojourn on earth and does not desire it either, because it regards earthly life as a stage of its development which has been overcome, even if it has not earned it the maturity which the soul was able to achieve. But it was a shackled state for it from which it now feels liberated and which it would never strive for again. It is different with a still completely material soul which departs from earth without any cognition and is still chained to earth with all its senses.... These souls certainly long to return to earth, but never in order to mature spiritually, but only to be able to enjoy it purely physically, because the love for the material world and for their own ego fills the soul and makes the longing for earth grow ever greater. But these souls are supposed to overcome their love of matter and have to do so in the beyond because they failed to do so on earth. Through their cravings they create an earthly world for themselves in the spiritual kingdom, they see and possess everything they desired but no longer in reality but only in their imagination, and this until they come to realize that they are only chasing after illusory possessions and now overcome their desire for them.... Only then will their environment change and only then will they start their activity in the spiritual kingdom which will guarantee their upward development....
