힘의 요청하는 일이 위로부터 오는 하나님의 도움을 보장한다.

너희는 이 땅의 삶에서 단지 하나님의 도움으로 하나님의 대적자의 공격이나 억압에 대항할 수 있게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 너희에게 대항할 힘이 부족하기 때문에 너희 혼자서는 저항할 수 없기 때문이다. 대적자의 유혹이 아주 악하고 그가 너희에게 교활하게 술수를 사용하여 공격하면, 너희에게 같은 정도로 하나님의 은혜가 제공되고 너희는 단지 하나님의 도움을 요구하면, 너희는 항상 하나님의 도움을 기대할 수 있다.

이는 단지 너희의 결정을 위한 일이고 너희가 어떤 주인을 고백하고 너희가 어떤 주인에게 속하기를 원하는 지에 관한 일이다. 그러므로 너희의 의지가 하나님께 향하게 되면, 너희는 또한 하나님께 도움을 구할 것이고 하나님은 항상 너희에게 도움을 줄 것이다. 그러나 너희는 너희 자신의 힘으로는 하나님의 대적자로부터 너희 자신을 절대로 해방시킬 수 없다. 왜냐면 너희가 인간으로 이 땅에 살게 될 때 너희가 그런 힘을 가지고 있지 않기 때문이다. 너희는 한때 스스로 그런 힘을 버렸다. 즉 너희가 하나님이 너희에게 넘치게 준 힘을 거부했고 너희는 이제 연약하고 무기력한 존재로서 이 땅의 육신을 입게 되었다. 너희는 이제 너희가 한때 거절했던 힘을 다시 요청해야만 하고 이 힘이 제한 없게 너희에게 흘러갈 것이고 하나님은 그런 요청을 너희에게 성취시켜준다. 왜냐면 너희가 하나님의 힘으로 하나님께 돌아가야 하고 하나님이 너희의 귀환을 갈망하기 때문이다. 그러므로 하나님은 자신이 끝없이 긴 기간동안 잃었던 너희를 다시 얻기 위한 모든 일을 행할 것이다.

그러므로 비록 너희가 하나님의 대적자의 도구가 아닐지라도 너희가 하나님과 떨어져 살면, 너희의 이 땅의 삶은 헛된 삶이 된다. 왜냐면 하나님 없이 사는 너희가 깊은 곳으로 다시 타락하지 않는다면, 너희가 같은 단계에 머물기 때문이다. 그러나 너희의 길은 높은 곳으로 향해야 하고 높은 곳으로 향하기 위해 너희에게 힘이 필요하다. 하나님은 너희를 자신에게 인도하는 자신의 말씀을 통해 이 힘을 끊임없이 너희에게 준다. 하나님의 말씀이 너희가 너희 위에 계신 한 주님을 생각하게 하고 너희는 이 말씀을 너희 심장 안으로 영접해야 하고 말씀대로 살아야 한다. 왜냐면 그러면 너희에게 힘이 흘러가고 눈에 띄지 않게 너희를 높은 곳으로 이끄는 하나님이 이제 심장의 갈망을 성취시켜주기 때문이다.

그러나 너희가 하나님이 없이는 높은 곳에 도달할 수 없다. 하나님께 힘의 공급을 요청하라. 너희가 너희 위에 계신 것으로 인정하는 하나님께 도움을 청하라. 이런 구하는 일로 대적자에게 저항하라. 너희가 하나님으로부터 보호를 요청하고 그의 유혹을 견딜 수 있는 힘을 요청하면, 대적자는 너희를 놓아줘야만 한다. 하나님은 너희가 도움을 받지 못하게 하지 않고 자원하여 너희에게 주고 풍성하게 준다. 그의 은혜의 흐름은 끊임없이 너희에게 흘러간다.

너희 자신을 열고 이제 끊임없이 하나님으로부터 오는 힘을 얻으라. 그러면 너희의 이 땅의 삶은 축복되게 될 것이고 너희를 목표로 인도할 것이다. 시험이 크고 이 땅의 삶의 결정을 위해 너희의 모든 의지가 필요할지라도 하나님의 사랑은 아주 크다. 그러므로 하나님은 사람들에게 훨씬 더 큰 힘과 은혜를 주고 너희가 하나님의 사랑과 은혜를 단지 활용한다면, 너희가 하나님의 대적자를 실제 이길 수 있다.

Request for strength secures God's help upwards....

Only with divine support will you be able to assert yourselves in earthly life against the temptations or oppressions of God's adversary, for you cannot resist alone because you lack the strength to do so. No matter how bad his temptations are, no matter how cunningly and treacherously he acts against you, God's grace is equally at your disposal, and you can always expect help from God if only you request it. It is solely a matter of your decision which lord you profess, which lord you want to belong to, and thus, if your will is turned towards God, you will also appeal to Him for help, which will always be given to you. But you will never be able to free yourselves from God's adversary with your own strength, because you do not possess this strength when you enter earth as a human being. You once forfeited it yourselves, i.e. you rejected the strength which God gave you in excess.... And as weak, powerless beings you are now embodied on earth.... And now you have to ask for the strength again which you once rejected.... And it will flow to you without restriction, for God will certainly grant you this request, because you will only find your way back to Him with His strength and yet He longs for your return, thus He will also do everything to regain you who were lost to Him for an infinitely long time.... Thus your earthly life is an idle one if you live it apart from God, even if you are not His adversary's outspoken instruments, because without God you will remain on the same level if you don't sink back into the abyss again. But your path shall go upwards and for this you need strength. God constantly offers you this strength through His word which is intended to lead you to Him, which reminds you of a lord above you and which you want to accept in your heart and live out, because then strength will already flow over to you and your heart's desire will now be for God, Who will imperceptibly pull you upwards. But without God you will not reach the height.... Ask Him for the supply of strength, turn to Him Whom you recognize as being above you, and through this request oppose the adversary and he will have to let go of you, as soon as you call upon God for protection against him, for strength to be able to withstand his temptations. For God does not leave you without help, He gives gladly and abundantly, and His flow of grace constantly flows to you.... Open yourselves and also constantly draw strength from God, and your earthly life will be a blessed one and lead you to your aim.... For even if the temptations are great, even if the decision in earthly life requires your entire will.... nevertheless God's love is so great that He will grant you humans strength and grace to a far greater extent and you can well survive the battle against His adversary if only you make use of His love and grace....
