인간의 혼을 얻기 위한 하나님과 사탄의 싸움. 유혹하는 수단.

나와 나의 대적자 중에서 택하라. 둘 다 너희의 혼을 얻기 위해 싸우고, 너희의 의지를 얻기 원하는 자에게 너희의 의지가 향하도록 너희 의지를 얻기 위해 싸운다. 너희가 나의 구애를 따르거나 대적자가 승리자가 되게 할지는 너희의 자유이다. 모두가 서로 다른 무기로 싸우기 때문에 모든 사람이 다른 성공을 하게 될 것이다. 그들의 심장이 자원하여 사랑을 행하려는 사람들은 나에게 향할 것이다. 왜냐면 그들은 나를 자체가 사랑인 하나님으로 깨닫기 때문이다. 그러나 사랑이 전혀 없는 사람들은 나를 깨닫지 못한다. 그러나 그들은 스스로 대적자를 따른다. 왜냐면 사람들의 혼을 위한 대적자의 싸움은 이 세상의 기쁨과 즐거움을 제공하는 일이고, 이 무기 앞에 대부분의 사람들이 패배하기 때문이다.

그러나 나는 절대로 나의 대적자와 함께 나타나지 않는다. 그러므로 또한 사람들의 사랑을 얻으려는 나의 구애는 연약하거나 믿지 않는 사람들을 완전히 사로잡아 사랑을 행할 힘을 빼앗는 세상의 유혹과 전혀 상관이 없게 될 것이다. 나는 원수와 대적자에게 굴복한 사람들을 불쌍히 여긴다. 왜냐면 나는 너희를 심연으로 끌어드려는 자의 술수를 알기 때문이다. 나는 너희를 도우려고 노력하고, 너희에게 말한다. 이로써 너희가 내 음성을 깨닫고, 내 음성을 통해 세상의 유혹을 피하게 한다.

그러나 나는 너희에게 강요하지 않는다. 너희는 스스로 너희 자신을 나에게 드려야만 한다. 즉 너희의 시야에서 대적자를 물리칠 권리와 권세를 나에게 부여해야만 한다. 너희는 나를 너희의 주님으로 인정해야만 하고, 너희 심장 안에 나의 형상을 모셔야만 한다. 다시 말해 너희는 사랑을 의미하는 모든 것에 이끌림을 받아야만 한다. 그러면 너희는 나의 추종자로, 나의 제자로 인정을 받고, 너희를 나에게 속한 사람으로 불릴 수 있는 권리를 갖게 된다. 너희는 나에게 속한 사람으로써 항상 내 아버지의 손길을 느낄 것이다. 마지막 날의 고난이 보이는 것처럼 너희를 짓누르지 않게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 너희가 너희를 짓누르는 모든 것을 나에게 넘길 수 있기 때문이고, 내가 너희가 이 짐을 짊어지도록 도울 것이기 때문이다.

(1948년 9월 2일) 너희가 나를 믿는다면, 너희는 대적하는 권세를 두려워해서는 안 된다. 왜냐면 내가 너희를 얻기 원하는 나의 대적자보다 더 강하기 때문이다. 너희가 해를 입기를 원하지 않는다면, 너희가 심장으로 나에게 향한다면, 나의 대적자는 너희를 해칠 수 없다. 사람이 나를 떠나고, 주인이 없이 세상 가운데 거할 때, 나의 대적자가 주인으로 나서고, 그는 너희를 자신에게 묶는다. 나의 대적자는 이 전에 너희를 유혹한다. 그러나 너희는 이 유혹에 굴복해서는 안 된다. 왜냐면 나의 대적자가 너희를 자극하기 위해 너희에게 보여주는 것은 나로부터 멀어지게 하기 때문이다. 너희가 나의 대적자의 재물을 얻기 원하면, 너희는 나에게 등을 돌려야만 한다.

나는 너희가 나와 나의 임재보다 세상 재물을 더 높게 평가하는 일에 대해 너희에게 경고해주기 원한다. 그러면 너희는 내가 잃은 사람이고, 나의 대적자가 너희를 얻은 것이다. 그러나 너희가 너희의 관점을 나에게 향하게 하고, 위를 향하게 하면, 부드러운 광선이 너희의 눈을 즐겁게 할 것이다. 이 광선이 너희 심장을 감동시키고, 너희를 나를 향한 사랑으로 충만하게 만들 것이다. 그러면 너희는 세상 재물을 경멸하고, 나의 대적자는 너희에 대한 모든 권세를 잃게 된다. 그러면 내가 너희를 영원히 얻은 것이다.

Battle of God and satan for souls of men.... lure....

Choose between Me and My adversary.... Both woo and fight for your soul and for your will, so that it turns to the one who wants to possess it. And you are free to surrender to My wooing or to let the enemy become the victor. And since everyone fights with different weapons, everyone will also have different success. Those whose hearts are willing to love will turn to Me, for they recognize Me as the God Who is love in Himself. But those who are devoid of love don't recognize Me either, but they will certainly strive towards the adversary of their own accord, for his battle for their souls consists of offering pleasures and pleasures of this world.... most people will succumb to this means of battle. However, I will never appear together with My adversary, thus My courtship for people's love will never be connected with enticements of the world which completely captivate weak or unbelieving people and thereby deprive them of the strength to be lovingly active. People who succumb to the enemy and adversary take pity on Me, for I know the arts of the one who wants to pull you into the abyss, and I try to come to your aid, I speak to you so that you will recognize My voice and let yourselves be held back by it from the enticements of the world. But I do not force you, you must give yourselves to Me and thus grant Me the right and the power to oust the adversary from your circle of vision. You must acknowledge Me as your lord and carry My image deep in your heart, i.e. you must feel attracted to everything that means love. Then you will be considered My followers, My successors, and you can rightly call yourselves 'My own'. And as 'My own' you will also always feel My father's hand, the adversity of the last days will not press you as much as it seems, for you can burden Me with everything that presses you, I will help you carry it.

(2.9.1948) You should not fear any opposing power if you believe in Me. For I am truly stronger than the one who is My adversary, who wants to win you over. He cannot harm you if you don't want it, if you are turned towards Me in your heart. His power will only appear when the human being detaches himself from Me and stands masterless in the world, then he will appear as lord and cast his spell over you. But he already tempts you before then, and you must not succumb to these temptations, for what My adversary holds before your eyes, with which he wants to tempt you, is far from Me, and you must turn your back on Me if you want to gain his possessions. And I want to warn you against valuing these worldly goods more highly than Me and My presence.... Then you will be lost to Me and he will have won you. But if you direct your gaze towards Me, upwards, a gentle radiance will delight your eye, it will touch your hearts and fill you with love for Me, and then you will despise the world's goods, then My adversary will have lost all power over you and I will have won you for ever....
