하나님을 섬기려는 의지. 좋은 과제.

사람이 하나님을 섬기기 원할 때, 과제를 위해 자신을 드리는 일은 비교할 수 없이 아름다운 일이다. 그는 자신이 특별한 은혜를 받을 준비가 되어 있음을 선언한다. 왜냐하면 하나님이 자신을 섬기기 위해 자신을 드리는 모든 사람에게 은혜를 주기 때문이다. 그는 이 땅에서 그의 일을 하기 위해 특별한 힘이 필요하다. 그는 모든 저항을 극복해야만 하고, 모든 반대 견해에 대해 자신을 관철시켜야만 한다. 그는 모든 것을 이성적으로 반박할 수 있어야만 한다. 따라서 그의 심장이 진리로 영접한, 전하기 원하는 것을 옹호하기 위해 그의 이성을 훈련시켜야만 한다. 그는 위험 속에 있는 자신의 이웃사람들을 도우면서 함께 할 수 있기 위해, 이웃 사람을 향한 큰 사랑을 가져야만 한다. 이런 혼을 돕겠다는 생각이 한번 그 안에서 생명력이 있게 되면, 그는 앞으로의 이 땅의 삶을 단지 영적인 일에만 드려야만 한다.

이 모든 일에 큰 힘이 필요하고, 이 힘은 또한 하나님에 의해 그에게 주어진다. 사람들의 혼란스러운 영의 상태에 대항하여 선명하고 바르게 인도받은 생각을 가진 사람이 나서야만 한다. 그는 이웃 사람의 생각을 바꾸는 힘든 일을 해야만 하고, 저세상의 존재들이 이제 생각으로 사람에 역사하는 일을 더 쉽게 해주는 준비 작업을 해야만 한다. 심장의 문을 조금 열어야만 한다. 이로써 빛과 지혜의 전달자들이 입구를 찾고, 이제 그들의 편에서 역사할 수 있게 해야 한다.

사람이 이제 위로부터 온 은사를 올바르게 사용하면, 이를 통해 그에게 가장 큰 힘이 주어지고, 그는 그의 세상 일을 쉽고 힘들이지 않게 처리한다. 사람은 영적인 밤에서 자신을 완전히 구원한다. 그는 밝고 선명하게 생각할 수 있게 될 것이다. 그는 무지한 사람이 그에게 제시하는 모든 이의에 저항하게 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 그는 언제든지 그의 성품과 그의 의지가 진리에 합당한 모든 가르침을 거부하기 때문에 그들의 생각을 아직 올바르게 인도할 수 없었던 오류에 빠진 사람들을 깨닫게 될 것이기 때문이다.

하나님의 영향력을 받지 못하는 모든 영적인 교파들이 잘못돼야만 한다는 일은 이해할만 하다. 왜냐하면 지식을 가진 영의 존재가 활동할 수 없다면, 잘못된 길로 인간의 생각을 조종하는 오류에 빠진 영의 존재들에게 길이 열리기 때문이다. 그의 결과 사람들에게 모든 지식이 부족하게 되는 일이다. 그러나 그들이 지식에 대한 갈망을 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 그들에게 지식을 제공할 수 없다. 그러므로 지식을 가진 사람이 그런 혼을 돌보고, 혼의 관심을 불러 일으키는 특정 문제를 향해 혼들의 생각을 돌리려고 하면, 혼은 동시에 지식을 가진 사람에게 자신의 심장의 문을 열고, 빛의 광선이 그를 통해 지금까지 어두웠던 심장 안으로 비추게 한다.

빛의 광선은 큰 변화를 일으킬 수 있다. 지금까지 오류에 빠진 사람이 빛의 유익을 느끼고, 빛을 향한 갈망을 증가시킬 수 있고, 그는 언제든지 위로부터 그의 갈망을 성취시킬 수 있다. 이로써 그의 생각이 이제 더 질서 있게 되고, 그는 갑자기 무엇이 진리인지를 깨달을 수 있게 된다. 그는 이제 자신 편에서 영의 세계와의 연결을 이뤘다. 자원하여 주님을 섬기기 위해 자신을 드리는 사람은 자신과 이웃 사람들의 축복을 위해 오류에 빠진 혼들에 대한 과제를 완수했다.

Wanting-to-serve-God.... beautiful task....

It is an incomparably beautiful task that man sets himself if he wants to serve God. He declares himself ready to receive extraordinary grace, for God imparts this to everyone who offers himself to serve Him. He needs this extraordinary strength for his work on earth, he has to overcome all opposition, he has to stand his ground against all opposing views, he has to be able to refute everything intellectually and thus train his intellect in order to be able to represent that which his heart has received as truth and now wants to pass on. He must have great love for his fellow human beings in order to be able to help them in their spiritual distress. Furthermore, he must dedicate his earthly life exclusively to spiritual work once the thought of helping souls has become alive in him. All this requires great strength which, however, is also imparted to him by God. A clear, rightly guided thought bearer must oppose the confused spiritual state of men, and this one must do the laborious work to change the train of thought of fellowmen, and so do the preliminary work, which facilitates the work of the beings on the other side to now influence men mentally. The door of the heart has to be opened a little so that the bearers of light and wisdom find entrance and can now work on their part. And if the human being now utilizes the gifts from above correctly he will receive the greatest strength through them and he will accomplish his earthly task easily and effortlessly. And the human being completely redeems himself from spiritual night. He will be able to think brightly and clearly, he will offer resistance to all objections raised by ignorant people, for he will always regocnize the erring human being whose train of thought could not yet be guided correctly because his nature and will rejected all truthful instruction. It is understandable that every spiritual direction which lacks divine influence must be wrong. For if the spiritual beings with knowledge cannot be active, the path is clear for the erring spiritual beings who steer the human being's thinking onto an erroneous path. And the consequence of this is that they lack all knowledge, but they also have no desire for it and therefore cannot be offered it. If the knowledgeable person takes care of such souls and tries to direct their thoughts towards certain problems which arouse their interest, then this knowledgeable person will, as it were, open the chamber door of the heart and a ray of light will penetrate through it into the previous darkness. This ray of light can bring about a great change.... The hitherto erring person can feel the benefit of the light and increase the desire for it, which is then satisfied at any time from above.... so that his thoughts are now more orderly and he is suddenly also able to regocnize what truth is. For his part, he has now established a connection with the spiritual world. The human being, who willingly offered himself to the lord for service, has fulfilled the task of an erring soul for his and his fellow human being's blessing....
