L'union de l'âme avec l'esprit

C’est un processus outre mesure significatif lorsque l'âme de l'homme s'unit avec l'esprit en elle ; parce qu'alors il apparaît d’une certaine manière un tournant ; l'existence matérielle est dépassée, bien que l'homme demeure encore sur la Terre mais le monde spirituel est devenu prédominant pour la dernière partie de son chemin terrestre. Maintenant l'âme peut accueillir chaque manifestation de l'esprit, elle est en mesure de le comprendre et d’exploiter sa faculté de la manière la plus exhaustive. Elle se laisse instruire et entre ainsi dans un état de savoir. L'esprit dans l'homme est constamment intéressé à transmettre à l'âme sa très riche connaissance dans les domaines qui autrement resteraient fermés à l'âme et dans lesquels on peut entrer seulement avec l'aide de l'esprit. Mais chaque chaîne matérielle est toujours une entrave pour arriver à ce savoir, par conséquent l'âme doit d'abord avoir dépassé la matière, parce qu'une union de l'âme avec l'esprit est un processus purement spirituel qui ne supporte aucun lien terrestre. La matière exerce sur l'âme un effet qui la rend incapable d’entendre la voix de l'esprit en elle. L'âme doit être entièrement détachée de celle-ci et se laisser entièrement à l'esprit en elle, elle doit se donner entièrement sans résistance à sa Force qui maintenant devient efficace en elle comme Force de Dieu. Et ainsi l'âme est guidée dans la connaissance, la divine Sagesse lui est transmise, parce que l’étincelle spirituelle en elle est une Part de l'Esprit divin, dont les Dons sont d’une très grande valeur et donc ils doivent aider l'âme à arriver à la perfection. Maintenant l'âme est instruite selon le Plan divin, elle est guidée dans un savoir qui pour elle signifie un progrès spirituel, parce que plus l'âme est dans la connaissance, plus libre elle devient et plus elle est capable de valoriser ce savoir. Et donc maintenant elle s'active dans l'amour en portant au-delà ce savoir à son prochain. Un savoir que l'homme reçoit du prochain doit d'abord être examiné sur sa véridicité, un savoir par contre que l'homme puise en lui-même, que l'esprit en lui a transmis à son âme, porte en soi l'absolue Vérité et cette âme la sent et donc elle présente un tel savoir pleine de conviction. Et ce savoir ne restera pas sans impression sur le prochain, parce qu'il est offert plein de conviction et il est pour chacun parfaitement compréhensible, parce qu’il porte en soi la Vérité et celle-ci saisit aussi le prochain dès qu’il la désire sérieusement. Et donc l'union de l'âme avec son esprit est très significative, parce qu'elle n'aide pas seulement un homme à atteindre la Vérité et donc le mûrissement, mais elle agit de façon bénéfique sur de vastes cercles, parce que la Vérité s'impose et elle est reconnue comme telle par les hommes qui y tendent mais qui n’ont pas encore eux-mêmes établi l'union de leurs âmes avec l'esprit. Mais pour eux l'union ne sera pas difficile, dès qu’ils en auront la volonté sérieuse et celle-ci est à nouveau stimulée au travers des enseignements selon la Vérité à un homme dont l'esprit est réveillé.

Unification of the soul with the spirit....

It is an extremely significant process when the human being's soul unites with the spirit within it, for then the turning point has, so to speak, occurred; the material existence has been overcome even though the human being still dwells on earth, and the spiritual world is predominant for the last part of his earthly change. The soul can now accept every manifestation of the spirit, it is able to understand it, and it uses its ability in the most extensive way.... It allows itself to be taught and thus enters the state of knowledge. The spirit in the human being is constantly anxious to impart the richest knowledge to the soul in areas which are otherwise closed to the soul and which it can only enter with the help of the spirit. However, every material bondage is an obstacle in order to attain this knowledge, consequently the soul must first have overcome matter, for the soul's unification with the spirit is a purely spiritual process which does not tolerate any earthly bondage. Matter has such an effect on the soul that it is incapable of hearing the voice of the spirit within itself. The soul has to be completely detached from matter and completely abandon itself to the spirit within itself, it has to surrender itself completely without resistance to its strength, which now becomes effective in it as strength from God. And thus the soul is guided into knowledge, divine wisdom is imparted to it because the spiritual spark in it is part of the divine spirit, whose gifts are of highest value and which therefore must help the soul to perfection. The soul will now be educated according to divine plan, it will be introduced to knowledge which signifies spiritual progress for it..... For the more the soul stands in knowledge the freer it becomes and the more able it is to utilize this knowledge. And thus it now engages in love by passing this knowledge on to its fellow human beings. Knowledge which the human being receives from his fellow human being first has to be tested for its truthfulness, knowledge, however, which the human being draws from himself, which the spirit in him has imparted to his soul, carries the unconditional truth within itself, and the soul feels this and therefore represents such knowledge full of conviction. And this knowledge will also not remain without impression on fellow human beings, because it is presented full of conviction and fully comprehensible to everyone, because it carries truth within itself and this also captivates the fellow human being as soon as he seriously desires truth. And this is why the unification of the soul with its spirit is so significant, because it not only helps one person to the truth and thus to maturity but has a beneficial effect on wide circles, because the truth breaks through and is also recognized as such by people who strive for it again but have not yet established the unification of their soul with the spirit themselves. However, this unification will not be difficult for them as soon as they have the serious will to do so, and this will is stimulated again by truthful instructions from a person whose spirit is awakened....
