"Tu eres Pedro, la roca ..." La fe viva - Iglesia de Cristo

El que quiere contarse a Mi Iglesia, ese tiene que encontrarse en la fe viva, porque una fe muerta no la tomo en cuenta, porque esa no merece la denominación de "fe". Y con eso tenéis vosotros hombres ya el justo distintivo de Mi Iglesia y también la explicación de Mis Palabras: "Tú eres Pedro, la piedra, sobre ti quiero Yo edificar Mi Iglesia ..."

Sólo una fe verdadera está fundada Mi Iglesia. ¿Mas qué es una fe verdadera? Tener algo por verdad, lo que no puede ser demostrado, así reza vuestra explicación. No obstante, eso no quiere decir una fe ciega, ningún acceder irreflexivo de dogmas, porque ellos no pueden dar a luz ninguna convicción de fe. Pero el hombre tiene que poseer sin demostración la convicción interior. Eso es la verdadera fe, de lo contrario sería sólo un juego de palabras, si se habla de fe. Sólo la convicción de fe es una fe viva, pero jamás el tomar a ciegas un dogma de fe, por no poder ser denegado.

Pedro poseía una fe convencida, y de ahí que Yo llamara como la roca que portara Mi Iglesia. Y siempre de nuevo haré de condición esta fe para la pertenencia a Mi Iglesia, pues Yo no me complazco con los que, sólo de boca, se adhieren y profesan una doctrina pero a los que les falta la convicción interior. Una fe viva es condición, porque sólo depués se hace evidente la fuerza de la fe, donde se encuentra y está la convicción interior.

El hecho de que Yo exija de los hombres más que mera confesión con la boca, tiene que serle bien claro a todo hombre pensante, pues así pudieron presentarles a los hombres las enseñanzas más absurdas y ser exigida la fe en ellas. Eso lo hago Yo imposible a través de Mi Palabra, al darles Yo a los hombres un criterio: el de la roca Pedro, la que porte Mi Iglesia.

De ahí resulta, que vosotros hombres tenéis que tomar una actitud, un parecer, por lo tanto en cada doctrina dogmatica, para que podáis creer convencidos, tenéis que tomar una actitud mental en ella, y por eso no podéis comprensiblemente aceptar cada dogma, puesto que una doctrina herética tiene que ser por vosotros reconocida, porque no podéis llegar a persuadiros de la absoluta Verdad de lo que se pide de vosotros que creáis. Seréis capaces de discernir muy bien en una seria reflexión, cuales son las enseñanzas que corresponden a la Verdad y cuales son las que tienen que ser rechazadas. Y de ese modo seréis y permaneceréis siendo también verdaderos adeptos de Mi Iglesia, si os encotráis en la fe viva, y Yo os bendiciré.

'Thou art Peter, the rock....' Living faith - the church of Christ....

Anyone who wants to belong to My church must have a living faith, for I do not acknowledge a dead faith because it does not merit the description of 'faith'. And thus you humans already have the right characteristic of My church as well as the explanation for My Words 'Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church.... ' My church is only based on the right faith.... But what is the right faith?.... Deeming something to be true which cannot be proven is your explanation. Nevertheless, this is not meant to be blind faith, not a thoughtless acceptance of religious doctrines, because this cannot give rise to a convinced faith. Even so, the human being must possess the inner conviction without proof.... This is the right faith or it would only be a play of words when faith is being talked about. Only a convinced faith is a living faith, and not blindly accepted dogma which is merely not rejected.... Peter possessed a convinced faith and this is why I referred to him as the rock which should be the foundation of My church. And time and again I will make this faith the condition for belonging to My church, for I Am not satisfied with those who only pay lip-service to a teaching but lack the inner conviction.

A living faith is a prerequisite, because the strength of faith will only become evident where the inner conviction exists. The fact that I expect more of people than a mere avowal with their lips should be obvious to every thinking person, after all, people could be presented with and expected to believe the most absurd teachings. But I made this impossible with My Words which specify a guideline to people.... Peter, the rock.... who shall be the foundation of My church. From this follows that you humans must therefore clarify your point of view regarding every doctrine, that you, in order that you can believe with conviction, will have to mentally form an opinion about it and thus, understandably, cannot accept every doctrine, that an erroneous teaching must be recognised by you, because you cannot gain the conviction that what you are expected to believe is the absolute truth. On serious reflection you will certainly be able to distinguish which doctrines correspond to the truth and which have to be rejected.... And thus you will also be and remain true followers of My church if you have a living faith, and I will bless you....
