1 Tessalonians 2, 13.... (according to Luther)

You are constantly given knowledge of God's working in the human being.... For the knowledge of this has been lost to humanity because people have distanced themselves so far from God that they cannot be permeated by His strength, i.e. that the effect of His flow of strength of love on the human being is curbed, if not prevented altogether. But the great distance is the result of unkindness, or also: Anyone who lives in love is connected to God and voluntarily opens himself to His illumination of love.... And receiving God's ray of love also means allowing God's working in the human being.... It means that the human being slowly returns to his original state where he was flooded with light and strength and stood in brightest realization.... However, knowledge, i.e. truthful knowledge, can only be attained from God Himself, the spirit from God that slumbers in the human being must be awakened, unite with the father-spirit from eternity and consciously strive towards this father-spirit..... Then the divine flow of love flows unhindered into the human being who allows this radiation. But then one can no longer speak of spiritual intercourse with the spirit kingdom.... nor can there be any talk of receiving spiritual messages in a mediumistic state.... but the "working of God in man" must be openly and clearly acknowledged, which produces spiritual results that are above criticism.... Yet because you humans know nothing of the fact that you can establish such a heartfelt bond with God that He reveals Himself, you deny any divine influx, even though you have to admit that a power is at work which cannot be explained earthly when a spiritual thinking is imparted to you which was completely alien to you. You want to dismiss everything with the working of satanic forces and thus attribute more power to this satanic force than to the divine one, for you first doubt God's great love Who wants to save but not condemn.... And precisely this judgment betrays yourselves and your spirit, it betrays that you are still ignorant, otherwise you would be able to clearly differentiate between divine activity and satanic influence. The very fact that you lack this discernment also explains that God's adversary can often intervene in your thoughts because the right light has not yet been kindled in you.... For anyone who stands in the right light, who stands in the truth which originates from God Himself as the eternal truth, will not doubt for a moment that God reveals Himself to people because He wants them to reach their goal in earthly life.... because He wants them to take the path to Him from Whom they once originated, and because this path has to be illuminated, which can only ever be achieved by the truth. For truth is the light which shines brightly into the night, which breaks through the darkness of spirit in which humanity walks. Therefore, as long as you humans still spread misguided teachings as truth, the spirit in you cannot yet be awakened, and as long as you do not have the right to judge and describe a divine revelation as the work of the adversary, you should first seriously examine and remember all sayings of Jesus which you cannot dismiss as lies.... For Jesus Himself said: "I will reveal Myself to you....“ „I will send you the comforter who will guide you into the truth...." Anyone who acknowledges Jesus and His work of redemption must also acknowledge His gospel, which He taught on earth, as pure truth, which often enough points to the working of the spirit in the human being.... Anyone who acknowledges Jesus as God's son in Whom God Himself manifested Himself, so that Jesus and God are one and cannot be separated from each other, will know the truth and will always understand the 'working of God in the human being'. And then he will no longer want to associate this working with the working of the opposing forces which only ever spread error and often make use of people who initiate contact with the world of spirits and who themselves cannot yet demonstrate the preconditions which guarantee a direct approach to God.... Truly, you humans will be exposed to strong errors and you will only be able to carry out all tests with God's support. But then you will truly also be guided into right thinking and no longer be subject to error. For God is love, God is light.... He does not want people to walk in spiritual darkness, He wants to kindle a light for them Himself, He wants to convey the truth to them if they are willing to accept it.... He wants to reveal Himself to people, and thus He lets His ray of light of love fall to earth, into which every person can enter who desires to stand in the light himself. And anyone who has been taught by God Himself need truly not fear taking the wrong path, for God Himself guides him by the hand through earthly life so that he can also teach his fellow human beings as he himself was taught by Him, so that light will shine everywhere where deepest darkness still reigns....

Vi viene costantemente data la conoscenza dell’agire di Dio nell’uomo. Perché questo sapere è andato perduto all’umanità, perché gli uomini stessi si sono così tanto allontanati da Dio, che non possono essere inondati dalla Sua Forza, cioè che l’effetto della Corrente della Sua Forza d’Amore è smorzata sugli uomini, se non persino impedita. La grande lontananza però è la conseguenza dell’assenza d’amore, oppure anche: Chi vive nell’amore, è unito con Dio e si apre volontariamente all’Irradiazione della Sua Forza d’Amore. E ricevere il Raggio della Forza d’Amore di Dio, significa anche permettere l’Agire di Dio nell’uomo. Significa che l’uomo ritorna di nuovo lentamente al suo stato primordiale, in cui era circumfluito da Luce e Forza e stava nella più chiara conoscenza, ma la conoscenza, cioè un sapere secondo la Verità, può essere ottenuto solo da Dio Stesso, di unirsi con lo Spirito del Padre dall’Eternità e tendere coscientemente a questo Spirito del Padre. Allora fluisce senza impedimento la divina Corrente della Forza d’Amore nell’uomo, che permette questa Irradiazione. Ma allora non si può più parlare di una frequentazione spirituale con il Regno degli spiriti, non si può nemmeno parlare di ricezioni di messaggi spirituale nello stato medianico, ma dev’essere riconosciuto chiaro e limpido “l’agire di Dio nell’uomo”, che procura risultati spirituali che sono al di sopra di ogni critica. Ma dato che voi uomini non sapete nulla che potete stabilire un intimo collegamento con Dio, che Egli rivela Sé Stesso, perciò rinnegato qualsiasi afflusso divino, benché dobbiate ammettere che c’è una Forza all’Opera, che non si può spiegare terrenamente, quando vi viene trasmesso un patrimonio spirituale che vi era totalmente estraneo. Volete mettere da parte tutto con l’agire di forze sataniche e quindi attribuite a queste forze sataniche più potere che a quelle divine, perché come primo dubitate del grande Amore di Dio, il Quale vuole salvare, ma non condannare. E proprio questo giudizio tradisce voi stessi ed il vostro spirito, tradisce che siete ancora ignari, altrimenti potreste discernere chiaramente l’Agire divino e l’influenza satanica. Che vi manca già questa capacità di giudizio spiega anche, che l’avversario di Dio si può sovente includere nei vostri pensieri, perché in voi non è stata ancora accesa nessuna Luce. Perché chi sta nella Luce, chi sta nella Verità che procede da Dio Stesso come l’Eterna Verità, non dubiterà nemmeno un attimo che Dio Stesso Si rivela agli uomini, perché vuole che raggiungano la loro meta nella vita terrena, perché Egli vuole che prendano la via verso di Lui dal Quale sono una volta proceduti e perché questa via dev’essere illuminata, che può sempre soltanto procurare la Verità, perché la Verità è Luce che risplende chiaramente fuori nella notte, che irrompe nell’oscurità nella quale cammina l’umanità. Finché voi uomini diffondete ancora insegnamenti errati come Verità, lo spirito in voi non può ancora essere risvegliato e fino ad allora non avete nemmeno il diritto di giudicare e di descrivere una Rivelazione divina come l’agire dell’avversario e dapprima dovete esaminare seriamente e ricordare tutti i Detti di Gesù, che non potete mettere da parte come menzogna. Perché Gesù Stesso ha detto: “Mi voglio rivelare a voi.... “ “Vi voglio mandare il Consolatore, che vi guida nella Verità.... “ Chi riconosce Gesù e la Sua Opera di Redenzione, deve anche riconoscere come pura Verità il Suo Vangelo che Egli ha insegnato, che indica abbastanza spesso l’agire dello spirito nell’uomo. Chi riconosce Gesù come Figlio di Dio, nel Quale Dio Stesso Si E’ manifestato in modo che Gesù e Dio Sono Uno e non Sono separabili reciprocamente, costui sta nella Verità ed a costui sarà anche sempre comprensibile “l’agire di Dio nell’uomo”. Allora non vorrà più collegare questo Agire con l’agire di forze avverse che diffondono sempre solo l’errore e per questo si servono sovente degli uomini che avviano una frequentazione con il mondo degli spiriti e loro stessi non possono ancora mostrare le pre-condizioni, che garantiscono un diretto Discorso di Dio. In Verità, voi uomini sarete esposti a forti errori e potrete eseguire tutti gli esami solo con il Sostegno di Dio. Ma allora verrete anche davvero guidati nel giusto pensare e non soccombere più all’errore. Perché Dio E’ l’Amore, Dio E’ Luce, Egli non vuole che gli uomini camminino nell’oscurità dello spirito, Egli Stesso vuole accendere loro una Luce, vuole guidare a loro la Verità, quando sono disposti ad accettarla. Egli Stesso Si vuole rivelare agli uomini e così Egli lascia cadere il Raggio della Sua Luce d’Amore sulla Terra nel quale può entrare ogni uomo stesso che desidera stare nella Luce. E chi ora viene istruito da Dio Stesso, non deve davvero temere di percorrere vie false, perché lo conduce Dio Stesso alla Mano attraverso la vita terrena, affinché possa anche istruire i suoi prossimi, come lui stesso era stato istruito da Lui, affinché si faccia Luce ovunque regna ancora la profondissima oscurità.
