Blind faith is worthless....

The human being shall believe but he shall not believe blindly.... he shall form a mental opinion about everything he is required to believe and then let his heart decide whether to reject or accept it. This is what I expect of people, but I Am not content with blind faith when the demand of such signifies a coercion of will, as I gave people completely free will. And you always have to bear the human being's freedom of will in mind, then you will also recognise whether a doctrine has originated from Me, for I gave you humans absolute freedom, I gave you no other commandments apart from the divine commandments of love, the fulfilment of which, however, also presuppose free will. So now I want to guide you into bliss, and for that reason I repeatedly convey My Word to you.... I instruct you and familiarise you with spiritual knowledge.... and once again it is up to you to believe it or not.... Yet you have to form your own opinion about it, you have to think about it and have the good intention to recognise and accept what is right. I don't expect you to blindly believe what you receive through My Word; yet I expect you to scrutinise it before you make a judgment, and after serious examination you will also recognise the truth of what you are presented with, and then you will no longer believe blindly.

But I cannot absolve many people from the accusation of having accepted spiritual values without checking them and then holding on to them.... which, after serious consideration, they would have had to recognise as being untrue.... Many people are satisfied with what was handed on to them by way of tradition, and they deem it wrong to dwell on it because this is what they were also taught.... But how do they want to justify themselves one day? Every human being received from Me the gift of faculty of thought, but does he make use of it? Why does he scrutinise the value of earthly commodities but refrains from doing so with spiritual goods? Why is the salvation of his soul of so little significance to each individual person that he would anxiously ask himself whether he can rely on the fact that he was offered the truth? Why is he indifferent to the 'truth'? For truly, anyone who desires the truth will not live in darkness.... And this state of indifference can be found wherever any kind of spiritual knowledge is unreservedly and without scrutiny accepted because it originates from a specific source.... and precisely this source was not made accessible by Me, or the human being would live in truth and also clearly recognise it as such as soon as he forms an opinion of it. You, however, accept and believe blindly, and thus you strengthen the power of the one who is My adversary, who wants to push you into darkness and keep you there.... For you have dedicated yourselves to an organisation but not to Me, Who in fact wants to guide you to the light....

However, you have free will and therefore I have never proceeded forcibly but left the decision to you, and as long as you have searched for Me in all sincerity I allow Myself to be found and kindle a bright light in you which also clearly illuminates My adversary's activity. And every person can possess this light by just desiring the light.... But it involves the sincere will to be released from My adversary and this necessitates a close bond with Me.... And thus you need only ask yourselves whether you.... who believe blindly because you are told to do so.... feel impelled towards Me.... No one having sought this close bond with Me has remained empty-handed, for I reveal Myself to everyone and grant him the enlightenment which illumines his path ahead. For if he is searching for Me then love is in him too, which soon will bestow upon him the correct realisation. And thus he will also be able to separate error from truth, he will no longer believe blindly, his bond with Me will release him from My adversary, who will no longer be able to keep a person in darkness once he has seen the light, which makes him happy and only increases his desire for more light.... And he will free himself from the influence of those who pretend to be My true representatives on earth, who do not live in truth themselves and therefore cannot distribute it either.... who exert spiritual coercion on their followers, which can never correspond to My will, because earthly life is a matter of the human being's free decision of will which is being prevented by the former....

La fede cieca è senza valore

L’uomo deve credere, ma non deve credere ciecamente – lui deve prendere posizione verso tutto ciò che gli viene chiesto di credere e poi lasciare decidere il suo cuore se lo rifiuta oppure se l’accetta. Io chiedo questo agli uomini, ma non Mi accontento di una fede cieca la cui pretesa significa una costrizione di volontà, mentre da Parte Mia la volontà dell’uomo è libera. Dovete sempre ricordarvi della libera volontà dell’uomo ed allora riconoscerete anche se un insegnamento ha la sua origine in Me, perché da Parte Mia voi uomini avete la pienissima libertà, da Parte Mia non vi sono stati dati assolutamente dei Comandamenti eccetto i Comandamenti dell’Amore, il cui adempimento però premette anche la libera volontà. Vi voglio condurre soltanto alla beatitudine e per questo vi porto sempre di nuovo la Mia Parola. Vi istruisco e vi porto vicino un bene spirituale, e nuovamente siete liberi di crederlo oppure no. Ma voi stessi dovete prenderne posizione, dovete rifletterci su ed avere la buona volontà a riconoscere ed accettare il giusto. Non pretendo nemmeno che voi crediate ciecamente ciò che vi giunge ora mediante la Mia Parola. Ma pretendo che voi esaminiate prima di giudicare e con un serio esame riconoscere anche come Verità ciò che vi è offerto ed allora non crederete più ciecamente. Non posso assolvere molti uomini dall’ingiustizia di aver accolto un bene spirituale senz’averlo esaminato e di attenersi ora a questo – che loro avrebbero dovuto riconoscere come falso con una seria riflessione. Molti uomini si accontentano di ciò che viene loro trasmesso secondo tradizione, e persino ogni riflessione su questo la considerano ancora ingiustizia, perché anche questo è stato loro insegnato. Come vorranno costoro giustificarsi un giorno? Ogni uomo ha ricevuto da Me il dono della capacità di pensare, ma lui utilizza questa facoltà? Perché esamina i beni terreni sul loro valore mondano, ma trascura di esaminare il valore del bene spirituale? Perché al singolo uomo significa così poco la salvezza della sua anima, che non si domanda con timore se si possa anche fidare se gli viene offerta la Verità? Perché la Verità gli è così indifferente? Perché in verità, chi desidera la Verità non cammina nell’oscurità. Ma questo stato dell’indifferenza si trova ovunque dove ogni bene spirituale viene accolto senza pensare e senza esaminare, perché parte da una certa fonte e proprio questa fonte non è stata dischiusa da Me, altrimenti l’uomo camminerebbe nella Verità e riconoscerebbe anche chiaramente l’errore appena ne prende posizione. Ma voi accettate tutto senza riflettere e credete ciecamente, e con ciò fortificate il potere di colui che è Mio nemico, che vuole spingervi nell’oscurità oppure vuole trattenervi in questa. Vi siete impegnati con una organizzazione, ma non con Me Che voglio guidarvi davvero verso la Luce. Ma la vostra volontà è libera e per questo motivo non sono mai proceduto con forza, ma ho lasciato a voi stessi la decisione. Ma se Mi cercate con tutta serietà, allora Mi lascio anche trovare e vi accendo poi una Luce chiara, che vi illumina l’agire del Mio avversario. Ed ogni uomo può trovarsi in questa Luce, soltanto che la desideri. Ma per questo ci vuole la seria volontà di liberarsi dal Mio nemico, ma questo richiede uno stretto legame con Me. E così ponetevi soltanto la domanda se vi sentite spinti verso Me, che credete ciecamente, come vi è stato ordinato. Nessuno che ha cercato questo stretto legame con Me è andato a mani vuote, perché Mi rivelo ad ognuno e gli dono una Luce che gli illumina il resto della via. Perché se Mi cerca, allora in lui vi è anche l’amore che gli regala anche presto la giusta conoscenza. E così potrà anche scindere l’errore dalla Verità, non crederà più iecamente, il legame con Me lo libererà dal Mio avversario ed a costui non sarà più possibile di rattenere quell’uomo nell’oscurità a cui una volta splende la Luce che lo ha reso felice ed aumenta ancora il suo desiderio di Luce. E quest’uomo si libererà anche dall’influenza di coloro che si presentano come Miei “giusti rappresentanti” sulla Terra, che però loro stessi non si trovano nella Verità e per questo non possono nemmeno divulgare – costoro esercitano la costrizione spirituale sui loro seguaci, cosa che però non corrisponde mai alla Mia Volontà, perché nella vita terrena si tratta della libera decisione di volontà dell’uomo la quale però viene soppressa da quel lato.
