Jesus' promise of the spirit....

I promised you My Spirit when I walked on earth.... But only after My death on the cross was this spirit able to express itself in you, because it.... as My portion.... could not break through where the sin of the former rebellion against Me, the great original sin, had not yet been redeemed.... which only became possible through the act of salvation. And therefore My spirit can only express itself where redemption from sin has preceded it, which is why the revival of the spirit is only ever the result of redemption through Jesus Christ.... A revival of faith in Him can certainly take place which only then results in redemption from sin, but the revival of the spirit is now also possible out of this revival:... so that 'gifts of the spirit' become evident in various ways. And you humans should strive for these as soon as you believe in Jesus Christ, in My human manifestation and My crucifixion. Then you should also remember My words with which I promised you My spirit, you should remember that "I Myself will dwell with you until the end of the world...." I was only able to dwell amongst you for a short time in the form of the man Jesus, Who sheltered Me in all fullness within Himself, but I also want to always be present to those who desire Me, who love Me and want to live to please Me.... And I want to dwell with them in spirit, My strength shall flow through them so that they will also be able to accomplish unusual things. Wherever I am present I will also express Myself, I will introduce the human being to truthful knowledge, I will give him the strength to work for the benefit of his fellow human being, spiritually or earthly, I will reveal the future to him if it serves the salvation of people's souls, I will give him the strength to heal the sick in My name.... and I will thus always prove My presence, as I have promised.... I will be with those in spirit who love Me and keep My commandments. But I will not be able to work through My spirit where redemption through Jesus Christ has not preceded. For My spirit does not forcibly break through, and where it encounters resistance it remains silent. But blessed are those who allow it to break through, who give in to its quiet urging to practice love, who take the path to Jesus Christ and completely surrender to Him.... Then they will also experience the truth of My promise that I Myself will take possession of them, that I will remain with them and endow them with gifts of the spirit. For where I am I also want to give Myself away.... And My gift to the light- and strengthless human being will always consist of the supply of light and strength. I will impart the same to them again which I bestowed on My disciples on earth: unusual knowledge and unusual strength, so that they, too, could accomplish what was impossible for them as mere human beings.... But I could only pour out My spirit on My disciples who had willingly followed Me and whose way of life allowed My crucifixion to bring them complete redemption from My adversary, from their original sin and thus also from their state of weakness and darkness. My spirit enlightened them, My spirit gave them strength in abundance, for it was I Myself Who dwelt amongst them, Who spoke through them and performed the miracles through them when they went out into the world in My name to proclaim the gospel.... I was with them as in My time on earth, and I was able to be with them because they only belonged to Me and thus could also now work through the power of the spirit as I had promised.... And thus I will also always be with those who, through their conduct, enable Me to be present in them, and I will prove My presence through unusual activity, through the supply of light and strength.... And they will likewise proclaim, like My first disciples, the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.... They will proclaim His name in the world and likewise want to help their fellow human beings to salvation because they themselves are enlightened by My spirit and because My spirit impels them to speak for Me and My kingdom and to confirm the truth of their speeches through gifts of the spirit, through obvious evidence of My presence....

Jesu Verheißung des Geistes....

Meinen Geist habe Ich euch verheißen, als Ich auf Erden wandelte.... Erst nach Meinem Kreuzestod aber konnte sich dieser Geist in euch äußern, weil er.... als Mein Anteil.... nicht durchbrechen konnte, wo die Sünde der einstigen Auflehnung wider Mich, die große Urschuld, noch nicht getilgt war.... was erst durch das Erlösungswerk möglich wurde. Und darum kann sich Mein Geist auch nun erst dort äußern, wo die Erlösung von der Sünde vorangegangen ist, weshalb die Erweckung des Geistes immer erst die Folge der Erlösung durch Jesus Christus ist.... Es kann nun wohl eine Erweckung zum Glauben an Ihn stattfinden, die erst dann die Erlösung von der Sünde nach sich zieht, aber aus dieser Erweckung heraus ist nun auch die Erweckung des Geistes möglich:.... daß also "Gaben des Geistes" offensichtlich werden in verschiedenster Art. Und diese sollt ihr Menschen anstreben, sowie ihr glaubet an Jesus Christus, an Meine Menschwerdung und Meinen Kreuzestod. Dann sollet ihr auch Meiner Worte gedenken, mit denen Ich euch Meinen Geist verheißen habe, ihr sollt dessen gedenken, "daß Ich Selbst bei euch weile bis an der Welt Ende...." Nur eine kurze Zeit konnte Ich mitten unter euch weilen in der Form des Menschen Jesus, Der Mich in aller Fülle in Sich barg, aber Ich will auch immer denen gegenwärtig sein, die nach Mir verlangen, die Mich lieben und Mir zum Wohlgefallen leben wollen.... Und bei diesen will Ich weilen im Geist, Meine Kraft soll sie durchströmen, so daß sie auch Ungewöhnliches leisten können. Wo Ich also gegenwärtig bin, werde Ich Mich auch äußern, Ich werde den Menschen einführen in ein wahrheitsgemäßes Wissen, Ich werde ihm Kraft schenken, zum Wohl des Mitmenschen tätig zu sein, geistig oder auch irdisch, Ich werde ihm Zukünftiges enthüllen, so es zum Seelenheil der Menschen dienet, Ich werde ihm die Kraft geben, Kranke zu heilen in Meinem Namen.... und Ich werde so stets Meine Gegenwart beweisen, wie Ich es verheißen habe.... Ich werde im Geist bei denen sein, die Mich lieben und Meine Gebote halten. Aber Ich werde nicht wirken können durch Meinen Geist, wo die Erlösung durch Jesus Christus nicht vorangegangen ist. Denn Mein Geist bricht sich nicht gewaltsam Bahn, und wo er auf Widerstand stößt, bleibt er stumm. Aber gesegnet, die ihm den Durchbruch gestatten, die seinem leisen Drängen, Liebe zu üben, nachgeben, die den Weg zu Jesus Christus nehmen und sich Ihm gänzlich hingeben.... Diese werden dann auch die Wahrheit Meiner Verheißung erfahren, daß Ich Selbst von ihnen Besitz nehme, daß Ich bei ihnen verbleibe und sie nun mit Gaben des Geistes ausstatte. Denn wo Ich bin, will Ich Mich auch verschenken.... Und Mein Geschenk an den licht- und kraftlosen Menschen wird immer in Zuführung von Licht und Kraft bestehen. Ich werde das gleiche ihnen wieder vermitteln, das Ich auf Erden austeilte Meinen Jüngern: ungewöhnliches Wissen und ungewöhnliche Kraft, so daß auch sie vollbringen konnten, was ihnen als nur Mensch unmöglich war.... Aber Ich konnte Meinen Geist auch nur ausgießen auf Meine Jünger, die Mir willig gefolgt waren und deren Lebenswandel es zuließ, daß Mein Kreuzestod ihnen restlose Erlösung brachte von Meinem Gegner, von ihrer Urschuld und also auch von ihrem Zustand der Schwäche und Finsternis. Mein Geist erleuchtete sie, Mein Geist gab ihnen Kraft im Übermaß, denn Ich Selbst war es, Der mitten unter ihnen weilte, Der durch sie sprach und durch sie die Wunderwerke verrichtete, als sie in Meinem Namen auszogen in die Welt, um das Evangelium zu verkünden.... Ich war bei ihnen wie zu Meiner Erdenzeit, und Ich konnte bei ihnen sein, weil sie nur noch Mir angehörten und also auch nun durch die Kraft des Geistes wirken konnten, wie Ich es verheißen hatte.... Und so auch werde Ich immer bei denen sein, die Mir durch ihren Wandel es ermöglichen, in ihnen gegenwärtig zu sein, und Ich werde Meine Gegenwart beweisen durch ungewöhnliches Wirken, durch Zufuhr von Licht und Kraft.... Und sie werden gleichfalls künden wie Meine ersten Jünger von dem Erlösungswerk Jesu Christi.... Sie werden Seinen Namen verkünden in der Welt und ihren Mitmenschen gleichfalls zur Erlösung verhelfen wollen, weil sie selbst erleuchtet sind von Meinem Geist und weil Mein Geist sie antreibt, für Mich und Mein Reich zu reden und die Wahrheit ihrer Reden zu bestätigen durch Gaben des Geistes, durch offensichtliche Beweise Meiner Gegenwart....
